• marleen (8/5): Top voor 2 nachten. - Een rustpunt in een drukke stad. Speelse indeling, wat leuk was voor de kinderen. Voor de deur een speeltuintje, dat ook zeer welkom was. Bedden sliepen top. De kamer was schoon. De codes voor het binnenkomen zorgden even voor verwarring. Er was niemand die ons verwelkomde.

The location is super central, there is a parking space near byand you are within walking distance to every place you may want to visit. The apartment was great and had everything for our comfortable stay. The check-in process was somewhat of a quest. I do believe the e-mail instructions need to be updated.

Nie było z kim tego skonsultować.

• Maria (10/5): Чистота и удобство. - Отлична локация, много добра и навременна комуникация с домакините. В стаята - изключителна чистота, наистина съм възхитена, това не се среща навсякъде! Много удобни матрак и възглавница. В стаята освен стандартните телевизор и мини-хладилник, имаше на разположение електрическа кана, чай, сешоар, ютия - всичко необходимо за престой, без да трябва да се пита и търси на рецепция. Цялото място е много артистично и приятно, декорациите и оформлението на общите пространства създават много приятно усещане. Стаята (единична, на втори етаж), беше таванска и скосена, за мен (1.60 м) едната половина беше леко дискомфортна при ползване, а за човек с висок ръст би било доста сериозно затруднение. Предполагам обаче, че останалите стаи не са така.

Il y avait un canapé qui ne pouvait pas servir de lit pour un adulte. La cinquième personne n’avait pas de draps ni de serviette contrairement aux autres. Personne ne m’a répondu quand j’ai posé la question.

Бяха оставили една ползвана рокла тоалетна хартия за 5 човека. Ключалката беше абсурдна и потресаваща - резе. Ако единият гост е в стаята , а другият излезе, излезлия не знам как ще се прибере. Персонала от ресторанта прави паузи точно пред вратата на апартамента и Бяха шумни. Очаквах като за бутиков хотел да не влизам с кодове за достъп и да се самообслужвам. Определено трябва да махнат " бутиков" от названието си.

• Boris (10/5): PERFECT for families (and couples etc) - The Location is AMAZING!!! There's a very nice playground and a park in front of the building! There's a huge park with nice things 300m nearby. You are literally on the main street of the Plovdiv Old Town. With pretty much all tourist attractions on a short walking distance. Lots and lots and lots of restaurants and shops in the area. ... The interior is also really great! The beds are super comfortable! ... The place is very quiet. ... Parking was possible within 100-200m even without the paid parking option (in 2026 April). Only the restaurant has issues. The restaurant feels like the staff is very much still figuring it out. A lot of things remaining to work out in the customer experience of the restaurant. The managers should be a lot more involved to get the restaurant to work out - because other than the staff still figuring it out, everything else in the restaurant is super nice!

• Eleni (7/5): Τίμια οικονομικά επιλογή! Το δωμάτιο ήταν μικρό αλλά καθαρό. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία! - Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και περιποιημένο, με όμορφη αισθητική. Βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό πεζόδρομο της πόλης, με άμεση πρόσβαση σε ότι μπορεί να χρειαστεί κάποιος. Για όσους ταξιδεύουν με αυτοκίνητο, υπάρχει ένα parking στα 150m, το οποίο συνεργάζεται με το κατάλυμα και κοστίζει μόλις 10€ ανά ημέρα. Το δωμάτιο, αν και 38 m2, δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα άνετο και βολικό. Δεν είναι ιδανικό για οικογένεια με μικρά παιδιά, γιατί ο χώρος κρύβει παγίδες. Η εξωτερική πόρτα και η αυλή εσωτερικά δεν προδιαθέτουν θετικά. Ωστόσο το εστιατόριο που είναι μέσα στο χώρο του κτίσματος φάνηκε πολύ συμπαθητικό. Επιπλέον, η διαδικασία του check-in μας πήρε περισσότερο χρόνο απ' όσο χρειαζόταν. Το προσωπικό αδιάφορο.

• Gergana (6/5): - The location is excellent. It was clean and cozy. No drapes or window blinds on the window which is right above the bed. In the photos there are blinds. I couldn't sleep much because of the light. Tried texting the property, but no response was received. The soundproofing is good for the outside noise from the street, however you can very well hear the noise from the corridor and other rooms.

• Hristina (8/5): Great location and very cute style, but lack of contact with the host - Very good and central location - within walking distance to all main attractions/ bars/ restaurants. The room was clean and very cute giving this boutique vibe. Good for couples. It isn't suitable for guests with any disabilities - the house is old and has a very narrow and steep staircase. Keep in mind that the bathrooms aren't private and since the building is old they were integrated in the rooms and separated with glass only from the room - as shown in the pictures. They have a curtain tho for more privacy. I had trouble checking into the room. You have to go through the restaurant, which belongs to the property, to reach the rooms. This sadly wasn't mentioned anywhere. They gave me instructions for check-in, but sadly didn't give me a code to enter the front door - only a code for the lockbox to get the keys of the room, which was located directly at the door of the room. The entrance door of the building was locked, it was very cold outside and we were carrying our baggage, while trying to figure out how to enter the building. Terrible communication with the host - meaning non-existent. I called a few times to get any information on how to enter the building, but the phone was turned off. I texted the host - no response. I entered the restaurant close to the entrance to ask there, if they knew how to help me; thankfully, they did. There is no parking, as the add suggests!!! If you come by car, apparently you have to park at a paid open parking close by for 10 euro/day. We managed to find a space outside the parking for free. That was very disappointing for me.

• Теодора (1/5): Не го препоръчвам - Добро местоположение Нямат собствен паркинг.Този ,който предлагат е на около 2 км. и трябва да вземете такси ,за да се върнете.Отделно и е неохраняем и нямаше на кого да платя таксата от 20 лв. До стаята се стига по тесни дървени стълби и нямаше телевизия.

Originally we were placed in an upstairs room, but when we expressed our inability to navigate several flights of narrow stairs the lovely woman who greeted us relocated us to the first floor.

• Maria (9/5): Чудесно място с отлична локация - Всичко беше много хубаво, стаята беше приятна, с всичко нужно за един комфортен престой. Сградата е много приятно преустроена с красив автентичен интериор с качествено обзавеждане и артистични закачливи нотки. Персонала е вежлив и услужлив а местоположението е много добро, в близост до платен паркинг и на централно, но спокойно място. Стаята беше по малка, с остъклена баня със завеса в самата стая. Това за нас не беше някакъв проблем, даже може да се каже че е закачлив детайл, но е хубаво да се има предвид ако не пътувате с половинката си.
• Jaime (9/5): Recomendable. - Hotel encantador y acogedor. Personal amable. Muy buena ubicación. Tiene un restaurante con buena relación calidad-precio. El tamaño del baño, muy pequeño.

• Christian (9/5): Hospedaje perfecto para Plovdiv - El servicio, exquisito, la ubicación, la limpieza y la instalación (aparentemente engaña su fachada, luego es todo un lujo). Por poner algo, no dispone de ascensor, se tiene conocimiento de no dispone de dicho medio, no fue un impedimento para elegir el Boutique.

• Krasimira (5/5): Два дни в Пловдив. - Може би не бяхме подготвени за вида на къщата за настаняване. Мястото е супер център, излизаш и си на главната улица. Това беше много удобно за нас. Персонала беше любезен, има пряк вход към ресторанта, където храната беше чудесна. Чисто е. Обзавеждането е много интересно, нестандартно. Помещението е на 2 етажа. Перфектен wifi. Много картини, дърво и добро осветление . Вратите на стаите са към грозен коридор, който като че ли не е към къщата. Прозорците гледат към "фоайето", което е помещение за пушене, доста неугледно и грозно. Прозорците са огромни и са към пушалнята. С пердета бяха през цялото време иначе от вън всичко гледаш вътре. През повечето време има пушачи и се събират хора. Това беше много некомфортно. Може би трябва да има информация, за да се прави информиран избор. Ние имахме неотложен ангажимент и къщата беше добро решение. Не е подходяща за почивка.

• Lesley (8/5): - Lovely accommodation with a large room. Warm and clean. It was quite difficult to find. Google maps takes you about 100 meters the other side of the road. If you Google the restaurant rather than the guest house it's easier to find.
• Simone (7/5): - Room well-kept and clean, very spacious. Central position and helpful staff. In general good value money ratio We were sent a PIN to enter, but it didn’t work, and we were left outside the property, trying to call with no answer. Then we went to the neighboring restaurant (Patriki), which is owned by the same company/owner, to ask and we found out, we could finally check in there. It was late December, very cold, and one of the two heat pumps in the room wasn’t working. They had discovered this two days earlier, and there was nothing we could do, so the room was cold at night. They could have informed us in advance. The room we stayed in is on the ground floor, with two large French windows, making it difficult to properly darken the room. The door locks from the inside with the quite broken mechanism shown in the photo, which is not very secure
• Παναγιωτης Τζατζαγος (3/5): - The location was great in the middle of the city and close to all attractions. The room was dirty and messy, we found some stuff from previous guests, like beer bottle caps etc. Additionally, the room was equipped with two heaters one on the group floor and one upstairs, but only the latter was working, resulting in half of the place being very cold.

• çiğdem (2/5): berbat - Lokasyonu iyi Otel çok pisti. Personel yoktu. Asansör yoktu ve aşırı dar merdivenlerden valizlerimizi indirmekte çok zorlandık.
