• Maria (7/5): It is an experience - A lot of character. Attentive check in with loads of explanations. Very well located I was asked for dietary requiarement ahead of breakfast and the next day they didn't have anything ready for me I told me they were not told before. No vegan options at all. Bathrooms are more tatter than pictures.

• Sonia (9/5): - The staff was extremely nice and had friendly and socializing vibe. The guesthouse is an historical house well mainteined. The rooms were big and with normal beds. It has a nice courtyard. It doesn't have a kitchen, just very old stuff for cooking that was not working. It is the only thing missing to be perfect.

• Elisabeth (10/5): Lovely hostel in the old town - Very enchanting place, beautiful old restored house and very scenic courtyard for breakfast and chilling. You have to be aware that there are no privacy curtains or anything in the shared rooms, however the pretty room is worth it.

• TS (10/5): Best of the best hostel I have ever stayed. - It is a well recognised hostel in Bulgaria.Staff checking me in was pleasant, patient and polite.Room and storage space are spacious.The bed is comfortable. There are a number of showers and toilets so no issue at all using them.They are seen always clean and dry all the time and it is pretty amazing. Free cold drinks are served the whole day.Guests are welcomed to help themselves with tea and brewed coffee.This is something that you won't definitely get in a regular hostel. If you are a sociable person,there is a beautiful yard with dining space beside the kitchen and some guests are seen socialising each other there. Of course,don't mention the free breakfast and it is simply awesome. In conclusion,you are only paying a few of bed to enjoy a full premium hotel facilities and services. Nothing at all.Everything works incredibly great.

• TikiTah (7/5): Pas mal de désagréments - Mention spéciale pour le personnel vraiment très gentil L'emplacement est impeccable, directement dans la vieille ville à proximité de pas mal de choses à pieds. L'ambiance rétro vintage de cette vieille bâtisse d'exception et son très agréable coin jardin en arrière cours. Petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant. Les nombreux 10 ne reflètent pas pour moi la réalité car si le concept est de jouer sur le côté rétro, vieille bâtisse avec une déco à l'ancienne, cela ne doit pas être au détriment du confort des voyageurs : - l'insonorisation de ma chambre côté ruelle est très médiocre.Bruits des passants mais surtout de la boutiquiere qui juste sous la fenêtre met sa musique d'ambiance de magasin dès l'ouverture jusqu'au soir 21h : Peut-être aller lui dire qu'elle gêne ? - l'équipement de la salle de bain commune à deux chambres est déglingué : pommeau de douche entartré, support serviette cassé, delivreur de gel douche vide jamais rempli. A cela le wc resté bouché 24h ( eau sale + excréments) après qu'un voyageur indélicat l'ait bouché !! - Côté literie : certes on est dans l'ambiance rétro mais faut il la jouer jusqu'à laisser des matelas à ressorts d'un autre âge ?
• Shiena (10/5): 歴史の中に滞在できる - 立地が良く、スタッフがみんなフレンドリー。猫がいて、気まぐれで部屋に遊びに来てくれる。膝の上に乗ってくれたりもする。レモネードなども無料で読めるのもいいです。宿自体が古い建物なのでこの街の雰囲気にずっと浸れるのも良いポイントです。 建物全体が古いため、部屋近くの廊下を人が通ると軋み音がすごい。神経質な人は向かないかも。私はぐっすり寝ました。
• Lily (8/5): Very good value for money and very comfortable beds. - The staff were very welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable, and not bunk beds in the dorm rooms, just regular single beds. Check in was a nice experience, they explained the town to me and gave me maps. There was a nice patio. It was a little hard to locate. It’s just a bit outside the city centre. Because the building is old, the floors and doors were very creaky.

• Yume (10/5): 泊まる価値のある伝統的な家 - 伝統的な家にリーズナブルな値段で泊まれるのでとても良いです。部屋の雰囲気も良く、バスルームは広くて清潔です。観光するために立地も良いです。野外にキッチンもあり、無料のドリンクが常にあるのも嬉しいです。スタッフもとても良かったです。 キッチンにコンロが増えると、さらに使いやすい。

The guests end up having to deal with everything like helping the late arrivals. I think the hostel and customers would benefit greatly from staff on site in the evenings

• Sylwia (10/5): Bardzo polecam! - W dniu przyjazdu do obiektu właściciel skontaktował się z nami na whats up i poinformował, jak dojechać samochodem i gdzie zaparkować, co biorąc pod uwagę lokalizację w samym centrum starówki nie było proste. Po przyjeździe na tablicy czekały nasze imiona na powitanie. To było bardzo miłe! Łazienka była wspólna na korytarzu, ale biorąc pod uwagę lokalizację, przepiękny wystrój, pokoje, pościelone łóżka i atmosferę - nie stanowiło to problemu.

• Sean (9/5): Even with the early wakenings, I would still go and stay there again. Beautiful guest house. - I loved the authenticity of the building and rooms. The staff welcoming was very warm and they were also very helpful with things not to miss in Plovdiv. Our room was directly behind the main reception and due to the age of the building, we were woken before we had liked each morning due to the thin walls.

• Nelson (10/5): Amazing experience - This hostel is by far the most original i've stayed on, it feels like a time traveling experience. But the highlight is actually the way they welcoming you, it's done in such a heart warming way that makes you feel at home or part of the family (the sign is such a beautiful gesture). I only booked one night because i had the flight next day, which made me sad because wish i could stay atleast one or more two days, but definetly will come back!

The staff is very friendly, the house is beautiful and well restored, so that everything reminds of the time when it was built. • Franske (10/5): Absolute aanrader voor een verblijf in een traditionele woning in Plovdiv. - Prachtig onderhouden/gerenoveerd pand, kamers in traditionele stijl, uitnodigende woonkamer, locatie in oud deel van de stad, op loopafstand van bezienswaardigheden en de gezellige wijk Kapana, de gastvrijheid van de gastheer en de vriendelijkheid van de overige stafleden. De houten vloeren kraken wel.

• Karolina (9/5): Пренасяне във времето по комфортен начин. - Личното отношение към всеки гост, изключително подробните и точни обяснения как да се самонастаним, тъй като пристигнахме след затваряне на рецепция. Отлично разположение и страхотно преживяване да се пренесеш назад във времето. Добра закуска. Банята и тоалетната са заедно на втория етаж, което прави употребата им доста бавна, пък се ползват от 3 стаи. Това беше единственото ни неудобство, като държа да уточня, че не се сетихме да ползваме другите две бани на долния етаж.

The receptionist ladies were lovely, they even make a welcome sign for you, which instantly made my arrival more pleasant. The kitchen is well eqquiped, not exactly a pan or a pot for your every recipe, but you will manage. Common areas like bathrooms and main hall were quite cold, especially in the morning and evening. Also, the outdoor kitchen is REALLY outdoor, with a roof but without door or windows and during my visit it was heavy raining one night and the floor ended up wet

The staff are wonderful, a great breakfast is supplied with free coffee too. The rooms are top notch with very comfy beds. And the location is right where you need it to be, in the middle of the old town. Also there's cats chilling outside There's nothing bad to say about the place. Honestly.

• Limei Li (10/5): The employee who can’t speak English tried to help me and always smiled. - The old house with all the decorations is so nice, most importantly , it is managed/cleaned well. The swing of AC is too strong, which in some beds would feel too much wind.

• Jack (9/5): - A really unique hostel to stay in. Lovely design and an old authentic building. Beds were comfortable and rooms large. Hosts very welcoming and the homemade lemonade made it a memorable stay. Would recommend!
