• Manon Shirley (3/5): - Ce n'est pas loin à pieds de la station de ferry Il n'y avait pas de clim dans notre première chambre, seulement un ventilateur qui faisait le bruit d'un avion donc il fallait choisir entre le bruit ou la chaleur. Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude, on devait prendre nos douches froides (j'y suis allée en avril donc il faisait chaud mais quand il faut faire son shampoing sous eau froide c'est un peu rude). Ca a été très difficile à trouver, nous sommes arrivées le soir, les rues ne sont pas indiquées, la maison n'a aucune indication à l'extérieur précisant que c'est là, nous avons demandé à une voisine qui n'avait jamais entendu parler de ce lieu, pour ce rendre compte plus tard que c'était la maison quasi en face (donc même les voisins n'en avaient jamais entendu parler). De notre road trip de 2 semaines au Mexique, c'est le logement qui nous a coûté le plus cher alors que c'était aussi le moins bien.
• Simred3k (7/5): A comfortable stay - The owner is fantastic so I rated 7. She was very quick to answer my messages. Very lovely and friendly in person. The accommodation is what you pay for. The bed was comfortable and the fan worked well. The shower had enough warm water. Luckily for me I was the only person in the house so it was quiet. It's like being in someones house. The accommodation is a 4 bedroom house in a residential area, I walked to the ferry for Isla Mujeres. There are a few little convenience shops close by. You get what you pay for.
• Katarzyna (10/5): Dobra lokalizacja, blisko dobre jedzenie, klimat lokalny nie turystyczny - Miejsce wśród lokalnych mieszkańców, blisko portu a jeszcze bliżej pysznego jedzenia (doña Eva). Łatwo dojechać colectivo do dworca ADO. Byliśmy dwa razy- po przylocie do Cancun i wyjeżdżając, za każdym razem było super Wszystko było ok

• Leon (9/5): Top! Sauber, gemütlich, gute Lage - Top Lage, Ferry nach Isla mujeres ist in Lauf Nähe, zum playa de Nino sind es 30 min zu Fuß. Gutes Preis leistungs Verhältnis, die Frau der es gehört ist sehr sehr nett!!

• Warut (9/5): I had a great time staying at this property. - The property was clean and well-organized. The caretaker was responsive and very kind. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed to prepare breakfast and lunch. The curtain in my room wasn't a blackout curtain.

• Nicholas (10/5): the hostess is extremely nice and helped with every problem - Calm Place with enough space for relaxing and close to the beach kitchen was a bit small
• Hiten (6/5): Only a small shining star. - Host photos are true of property. Like an Abnb. You receive a message with your room name, collect the keys from a security box, and check yourself in. The lady manager / owner was friendly and visited morning and evening to check everything was OK. Area looks run down, but had no trouble. Was given room Luna, which was large, and the bed comfortable. 3 small supermarket markets nearby. Bus R6 stops nearby to take you to or from the city centre 10 min walk to a small beach. No hot water. 2 hob electrical cooker in a very very very small kitchen. If someone else is cooking, you will have to wait for them to finish.

The owner was available for answering any questions and providing directions to get to the place Rather shady neighbourhood, not a pleasant experience. There is a school 50 m away, so in the morning you are woken up by shouting, honking and school bell. Not a good place if you want to sleep in or relax, because it's noisy

• Alexandre (9/5): Really good value for Cancún - The owner is incredibly helpful and does her very best to keep the place clean and tidy. My flight was rescheduled for one week ahead and she put all the effort on reschedule my reservation without any costs. Also considering that is Cancún, the price is unbeatable. The block were hostel stands is pretty ok but the area from there to the center is quite dodgy and far, although I was aware of it from the beginning and there are "colectivos" for 10 pesos to center allowing to skip walking that area. So it wasn't an obstacle.
