• АННА (10/5): - Нас встретили поздно ночью, хозяйка была постоянно на связи. Никаких неоправданных ожиданий, все как на фото. Было комфортно проживание, рядом есть продуктовый магазин. Мы приезжали на концерт, локация была очень близко расположена к стадиону. Рекомендую. Такого нет.

• Sinatra007 (8/5): Short stay over weekdays is okay - The location is a little away from the center but app taxis are readily available. The room has everything you need. It was a comfortable stay. The host even offered me some fruits. It would have been helpful to mention that you can't stay out post-midnight. I was in Yerevan to experience the weekend life but the gate closes at 11:30-12 which I had not known earlier and was a major inconvenience. The lady who manages offered to 'make an exception' for me for one night and told me I could come back exactly at 2. It felt like too much trouble and work. The whole thing left a bitter taste in my mouth.

• Dav (3/5): Poor - I am all for saving and staying in budget accomodations when traveling but not at the expense of basic comfort and one's health.Hosts are nice yeah probably because they know they're renting a barn and not a Guesthouse in the middle of nowhere.The grandma and her granddaughter are ready to show their True color when money is involved.First the grandma didn't return me change of 1000 and didn't wait for 1 hour until I have withdrew money to get paid.broke into the room and demanded payment immediately.Moreover the daughter asked to cancel is so annoying.
