Tomas (8/5): Muy buena ! - Muy bien ubicada . Cerca estación de tren, supermercado y cafeteria. La Almohoada de la cama. Estaba vieja y no tenía nada de relleno. Y las alfombras algo sucias .
Marion (6/5): Für zwei Übernachtungen ausreichend, Zimmer 6 benötigt dringend eine Generalüberholung - Betten und Handtücher sehr sauber, ordentliche Matratze Neuer sauberer Kühlschrank Ein bunter Mix aus einzelnen Möbeln. Küchenzeile inakzeptabel, Herdplatten verrostet, Schubladen fallen fast auseinander, kein ordentliches Geschirr, Fußboden fleckiger, nicht gesaugter abgenutzter Nadelfilz, Toilette nicht ordentlich sauber. Türöffner hat teilweise nicht funktioniert, da Verbindungsprobleme. WLAN hat nicht funktioniert. Verschütteter Kaffe im Eingangsbereich wurde nicht weg gewischt.

andreas (7/5): - Verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Dicht am Bahnhof und die B5 ist auch ganz in der Nähe. Damit ist man in wenigen Minuten in Berlin.
Silke (7/5): - Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und praktisch eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist nicht schön, direkt an der Straße und die Busse fahren ständig am Haus vorbei. Auch die Montagearbeiter die dort untergebracht sind waren morgens (5 Uhr) super laut.

Frank (8/5): Gute Pension in ruhiger Umgebung und nahe Berlin. - Es gab kein Frühstück. Dafür gäbe es gegenüber eine tolles Café mit hervorragendem Frühstück. Es war alles in allem entsprechend der Preisklasse.

Alles war verwohnt und abgenutzt aber am schlimmsten war die nicht vorhandene Sauberkeit... die war so schlimm, das ich nicht näher darauf eingehen will . Nach meiner Beschwerde bekam ich allerdings einen Preisnachlass von 50 Prozent. Aber trotz allemdem möchte ich so lange dort nicht alles renoviert wurde, jedem abraten dort zu nächtigen. SAUBERKEIT, SAUBERKEIT, SAUBERKEIT Die Räume sind sehr hellhörig, und da dort viele Monteure schlafen , wird man schon sehr früh geweckt. klappernde Türen....

Bernd (3/5): Wir waren etwas erschrocken über den Zustand der Zimmer,aber für zwei Nächte war es auszuhalten. - Gut war der Kontakt vom Vermieter zu mir und die rechtzeitige Benachrichtigung über den Zugang zur Unterkunft. Da sich die Pension augenscheinlich in der Renovierungsphase befindet, hätte man bei der Buchung daraufhinweisen müssen. Zimmer 7 war ab 15:00 Uhr noch nicht nutzbar und wurde aber auf Anfrage sofort gereinigt. Zimmer 7, der Duschvorhang hatt Schimmelflecken. Der Abfluss war dreckig, z.B. Haare. Zimmer 9 Schimmel in der Dusche, Abfluss dreckig, kein sauberes Geschirrtuch und Staub wurde nicht gewischt. Der Spiegelschrank ist ein Fall für den Sperrmüll. ein Toilettenpapierhalter fehlt. Die Küchenzeile ist erneuerungsbedürftig.
Claudia (4/5): Nicht nochmal - Bad war nicht sauber,habe erstmal den Abfluß der Dusche frei gemacht,damit das Wasser ablaufen konnte. Toilettenpapier war noch nur ein Rest vorhanden. Zu Glück brauchten wir dort nur schlafen,da wir tagsüber bei den Verwandten sein konnten. TV funktionierte auch nicht. Siehe oben Preis nicht angemessen für dieses Zimmer.
