• Bernhard (10/5): - Superfreundlicher Empfang. Daniel hat uns an der Garageneinfahrt empfangen. Das Zimmer ist mit viel Liebe sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über ein geräumiges Bad. Die Wohnung liegt im 31. Stock und hat einen gigantischen Ausblick. Ca. 2 KM bis zum Zentrum Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke 😀

• NLman (9/5): - Het appartement heeft een goede locatie en een prachtig uitzicht. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Daniel en Monique zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een grote plus is de privé parkeerplaats. De reviews van de openbare parkeergarages in Brussel waren verontrustend maar hier staat je auto absoluut veilig. -

• Manare (10/5): Je recommande - L’accueil de l’hôte était super chaleureux. La vue panoramique est également magnifique, et les équipements sont au top. La chambre est très bien décorée, on s’y sent vraiment dans un cocon. Le parking gratuit est un vrai plus, surtout à Bruxelles. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous sommes de nouveau de passage dans le coin. /

• Marco (9/5): Ottimo e confortevole, grazie Daniel! - Suggestiva vista della città, ottimo trattamento da parte del padrone di casa Daniel, che non ci ha fatto mancare cioccolatini, biscotti, caffè e tè, in pratica abbiamo fatto colazione direttamente in camera anche se non sarebbe inclusa Leggermente lontana dal centro, circa 2 km dalla Grand Place, ma Comunque facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi.
• MIHOUB (10/5): - 🌟 Avis 5 étoiles 🌟 Nous avons passé une nuit exceptionnelle au 31ᵉ étage à Bruxelles ! La vue est tout simplement magnifique, à couper le souffle. La chambre est très bien équipée : café, thé, eau, chocolats, biscuits… tout y est pour se sentir comme à la maison. L’accueil de l’hôte a été parfait — d’une gentillesse rare, très communicatif, agréable et attentionné. Petit plus très appréciable : une place de parking privée et sécurisée. Une expérience au top, que je recommande sans hésiter. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir

• Robert (10/5): Wonderful Brussels property with a welcoming host - Beautifully arranged accommodation with full en-suite bathroom. Although you are effectively staying in the owner's appartment, it is completely secluded from the rest of the property and feels very private (own corridor, bathroom and bedroom, and keys to the appartment). The appartment is located on the 31st floor of a nice modern building with great views of Brussels (you are in the only high rise of the neighbourhood so it stands out), with direct access from a very secure car park where spaces will suit vehicles of all sizes (you receive your own which is a plus). Access to the building and the car park are both secure. Daniel welcomed us on our arrival outside the entrance to the car park and provided plenty of local information, including dining recommendations both directly below the building and in the heart of Brussels. The property is less than five minutes walk from the Tours & Taxis centre, which is one of the reasons we picked it as we were attending a 3-day festival there, but it is equally suitable if you want to go into the town centre which is only a few minutes away. We will certainly consider coming back on one of our next visits to Brussels

• Damien (10/5): - Daniel is an excellent host. The property is close to transport links to easily access the city, or you can walk 20-25mins. The room is quite spacious and the bed is comfortable. It is just the room, so you have nowhere to relax really, if you would like to stay in for a bit

• Melvin (8/5): A room in the sky. Romance is up to you - This is precisely what is represented. You stay in a high rise apt building and use lower garage parking. You must contact the owner and he comes down for auto entry. Location is good, easy to walk into city. You have access to a small refrigerator stocked with drinks at reasonable cost. He also provides a Nespresso, coffee, tea and a few goodies. No complaints. Room is separated from owner for entry and exit. A better tv with a few English channels.
• Ramses (10/5): Without a doubt I would recommend this place. We will definetly come back! (Hopefully) - It had a fantastic view of the city and the cherry on top was access to the roof (floor 42), I think there is no better sky view than this one. The hosts were extremely friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I wouldn't say we didn't like it, but I at least didn't expect it... for the room to be inside the apartment of the hosts... maybe I simply didn't read well the description, as it often happens =P In any case it doesn't feel at all as if you are in the same apartment. You have more than enough privacy, and there is a seperate full-extra-nice-bath just for you. A door seperates you (room and bathroom) at all times from the hosts. Our stay was an extremely pleasing experience.
• Maresa (10/5): Breathtaking view - The view was absolutely breathtaking! Overlooking the whole city and far taller than any of the surrounding buildings. It was very comfortable and so clean. It is within walking distance of the Grand Place. The owner was so accommodating with checking in when we had a delay in the airport. I will definitely recommend this room to anyone I know visiting Brussels.
• Igor (9/5): Superb - Attention to details—a lot of decorations, etc. A large bathroom, with cosmetics, and a robe, slippers. Cookies, tea, and coffee (nespresso) are free to use (plus a fridge with beers, they ask a small amount of money for the drink, but the price is fair). Maps, leaflets about public transport, how to get to the center, what to see, and recommended restaurants. This is an apartment with a part split/converted to separate the room. The hosts live in the same apartment. There are single entry doors, but inside you have your own doors, a small corridor, the room, and the bathroom. It seems a bit more like an airbnb (but they are registered as offering _hotel services_ with the city), but the hosts didn't bother us at all—we've seen them twice (at check in and checkout) and it's quiet and we've had privacy. The parking spot in the underground garage was accessible with the elevator, it was large enough to accommodate our car with a rear bike carrier. The apartment is on the 31 floor with an amazing view roughly towards the center and the building has a viewing terrace on the 42 floor which has 360-degree view. Two days of our stay were during the heatwave. It was really hot in the room and there's no air conditioning. Then the weather changed to a normal one and it was a huge improvement. With open window there's a lot of noise from the street (despite the high floor).

• Marianne (8/5): Very good - Central location in Brussels. Very easy to go to the city center with an electric bike or scooter. Very kind hosts. Only thing missing is an air-conditioning system in the room. Can be very hot, windows are in the sun most of the day.
