Siska (8/5): - Wij waren er voor de Special Olympics die plaatsvinden in centre Sportif in Malmedy. Voor ons was locatie dus perfect. Geen handleiding voor tv. Wij kregen telkens "scrambled signal". We hebben via eigen Netflix account film gekeken.

Menno Kuus (6/5): Bwah. - Locatie prima en parkeren voor de deur Hygiëne en slechte geluiddemping. Kon de buren letterlijk verstaan. Erg gehorig. Handdoeken met vlekken, wel gewassen maar niet fris. Na opmerking en doorsturen foto’s, zijn ze de volgende dag verwisseld.

Tanja (8/5): Für einen Kurztrip sehr ansprechend - Es war ein super netter Kontakt vorab. Schnell und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war außergewöhnlich geschnitten und ansprechend. Kostenloser Parkplatz war vorhanden. Anscheinend war die Wohnung einige Zeit nicht besetzt, es war sogar Staub auf den Kopfkissen. In der Küche fehlte es an wichtigen Dingen: zb. Dosenöffner und Korkenzieher.

Lucie (7/5): Enjoyed our stay in Malmedy and would like to return. - Apartment was very well located in a beautiful area . Restaurants close by with lovely delicatessen shops. Beds are comfortable and hot tub was an added bonus. It was not as clean as we thought it would be. Needed a bit of minor maintenance done on the doors and shower. It was very expensive over F1 weekend.

It was super difficult to find a remote for A/C The switches for lights and window shutters were very difficult to understand as they are all in one panel without label. hair left in bathtub and the toilet and bathroom is completely exposed with no privacy from the bed and living room. Water pressure is minimal and not comfortable. No tissue is provided.

Daniela (6/5): Pleasant - Location was good We stayed in the riz room which is on the ground floor next to a street. Obviously it used to be a shop. There were no windows to open. Just a big shop window. We always closed the blinds not to be seen. Therefore it was rather dark, just artifical lighting. All in all not comfortable and not worth the money. Due to the closeness to the street rather noisy. The "kitchen" could be stoked with sponges and detergent. Bed was very soft.

Louise (10/5): Marvellous , excellent location in town after long day travelling and helpful host ! - Lovely furnishing and excellent location in town centre , 2 minutes walk to restaurants etc and parking ! Very comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities , quiet location at back of building with courtyard ! Loved it , would have liked to have been able to stay longer in the town ! Also very close to Spa ! Possibly would have liked a kettle !
Selman (5/5): I wouldn’t stay again - location It wasn’t as the pictures. and the other people / rooms were sharing the same quart/area and because they didn’t sleep till 3 am, I couldn’t sleep at all and they wake up at 6 am and I had to wake up at 6 with them. so no privacy and if other rooms are not your friends, don’t stay, you get a rest.

Betina (8/5): Nice and modern room, great little town - The location is great, easy access with code. This way it is not so important when you arrive. There is no staff on site, but can be reached via phone/Whatsapp, if any questions. The room was clean and modern. You have to leave 3€ per person/per day in cash on the table for tourist tax - make sure you have change. Bakeries and restaurants in the area. The position of the toilet is unlucky, very close to the shower wall. The set up of the bed in the room is in a way that it cannot be switched to 2 single beds. It was no problem for us, but should not be offered as choice on booking.com if it is not possible.

David (8/5): As Advertised! - The breakfast suggestion was perfect - wonderful bakery friendly staff, enjoyed the walk around the town at night and had a nice dinner at one of the restaurants on the square, Town is easy to get around and so much history. more shower soap and kleenex!
James (5/5): Average, no back up from the host, couldn't get a reply when contacting her - Ease of location for our stay, clean and presented well. parking, got blocked in by local residents that are fed up and annoyed with tourists visiting and parking in the courtyard. Not sure who's responsibility is but this needs to be resolved.
Emily (9/5): Fab room, no parking - Lovely and clean, lots of space and comfy bed Very British but it would have been nice to have a kettle, there was also nowhere to park on site
Daniel (7/5): Beautiful nature exploration in a central location. - The location of this room was excellent. We parked our car and did not get back in until it was time to go home. There was so much to explore and so many beautiful walking trails to find. We will definitly go back to Malmedy. The room was beautiful, large, and well decorated. I loved the foam mattress topper. Check-in was perfectly done without ever seeing a desk. The key was already in a lockbox and the owner sent me the code. Very nice. The television did not work. Luckily we were too tired from hiking to watch. So, we just left it off. Before we arrived I received a message saying to send a messsage via WhatsApp if there were any problems. I sent a message saying the TV did not work and I never received a single reply. I could see that the owner checked the message, but they never sent a single reply. I would have given a better rating if they had replied.

Marcvdc_ (9/5): Just great - The size, the style, and the bed are perfect. Location is perfect as well if you want to be in the middle of the town. It is at the ground floor of a busy street but at night there is not a lot of traffic. On top, you can lower the roller shutters. I am pretty sensitive for such noises but it did not disturb me. There is nice hot bakery just across the street and you have a nice place to eat in your room with a coffee machine. So, don't worry about the breakfast. The third bed is in a separate room. So, even with one child you have privacy. Just don't forget to bring your own shower gel. Maybe it was a coincidence but we had only a few ml in a very small bottle. the television is not working properly. There are only a few channels and even these are not viewable due to signal interruptions.

Michael (8/5): Nice big smartly renovated room on its own off back courtyard in AirBnB-style establishment - Large, very smart, well-equipped ground-floor room, newly renovated in spectacular taste, accessed via and looking into a rear courtyard off the main street of this prosperous-looking little east-Wallonian town. The establishment is less guesthouse than urban AirBnB, with absent staff, perplexing and rather troublesome access arrangements, and a certain eccentricity. However the room once we got into it was very good, big, clean and comfortable.
