• Sarah (4/5): Un manque de confort et propreté décevant - L'hostel est bien situé dans Salento, 10 min à pied du terminal de bus. Le personnel est sympathique et n'hésitera pas à répondre à vos questions. De l'eau potable est à disposition. Le lieu n'est pas très bien entretenu et le ménage n'est pas fait tous les jours. Dès mon arrivée, un chien a uriné sur le tapis de douche du dortoir et personne n'a nettoyé de tous le séjour. La propreté du lieu est très limite. L'hostel est équipé d'une cuisine et réfrigérateur mais il n'y a ni huile, ni sel à disposition. La douche et les toilettes sont dans le dortoir ce qui ne permet aucune intimité. Les matelas sont encore dans un plastique et font beaucoup de bruits au moindre mouvement. Il n'y a pas de lampe de chevet. Il n'y a pas souvent quelqu'un à la réception de l'hostel, à mon arrivée, j'ai dû attendre 1h avant de pouvoir faire le check out.
• Martin (7/5): Okay soweit, bei moderaten Ansprüchen - Die Lage ist super. Fußläufig zum Busterminal und ins Stadtzentrum wenige Minuten. Auch eine kleine Wanderung in die Kaffeehänge ist wirklich gut möglich. Die Ausstattung selbst könnte hier und da Updates vertragen. Wir für unseren Teil fanden die Übernachtung im Disney-Prinzessinnen Zimmer sehr lustig. Die Sauberkeit ist jedoch verbesserungswürdig. Das Personal war auf die Frage hin, ob man hier bedenkenlos wandern gehen könne (im strömenden Regen) etwas angefressen. Wir fanden die Frage angemessen. Nicht um Salento zu beleidigen, einfach zur Sicherheit. Selbst in Deutschland gibt es viele Straßen von denen ich bei solchen Wetterverhältnissen abraten würden. (Zu viele Autos, zu wenig Rücksicht, zu viel Aquaplaning). Aber seis drum. Alles in Allem war der Aufenthalt okay.

• Angie (10/5): Estancia excelente, cómoda y tranquila - ¡Fue excelente! 😊 La verdad quedé muy contenta con el alojamiento. Todo estuvo muy bien: limpio, cómodo y organizado. Me gustó mucho el ambiente, se sentía tranquilo y agradable, perfecto para descansar. Además, la atención fue muy buena, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera aún mejor. Sin duda volvería y lo recomendaría. La verdad, no hubo nada que no me gustara. Todo estuvo excelente y cumplió con mis expectativas. Me sentí muy cómoda durante toda la estancia.

Sheets were used, a lot of hair on the floor, doors were so dirty (both bathroom and entrance) that it was more than disgusting, bed mattresses were terrible and covered in plastic so we were sweaty all night, bathroom so small that you could not close the door while sitting on the toilet and we had to enter the shower sideways, no AC so it was hot during the day, place was very cramped and one person was robbed during our stay. Would not recommend at all

Mooi uitzicht vanaf kamer. Check in ging prima. Prijs was goedkoop. Qua hygiëne vonden we de keuken niet schoon. Al het bestek en servies moesten we nog een keer afwassen omdat het er niet fris uitzag. Het rook ook niet lekker in de keuken. De badkamer was erg klein, maar prima, echter waren de handdoeken ook niet fris. We hadden 1 normale handdoek en rare handdoek die erg dun was en niet schoon leek. Het bed lag niet heel lekker.

Alles war sauber und die Aussicht auf die Berge wirklich wunderschön! Auch der kleine Balkon perfekt und zumindest unter der Woche war es nachts auch nicht laut und trotzdem sehr nah am Zentrum. Der Eingangsraum ist gleichzeitig Vernetzungsraum, zum Sitzen und gemeinsam Trinken/Essen.

There's a steep climb up and down in the direction of the main square. So it posed a difficulty as I had a knee injury. The owner explained that the plastic cover for the mattress was to avoid the problem of bed bugs.

• Thomas (6/5): - The hostel is very small and has just the basics. It's cheap, that's probably the only good point to mention. The mattresses are packed in plastic and hence make a lot of noise when someone moves at night. Since the bathroom is part of the tiny rooms, you hear everything what's happening there while you try to sleep. Furthermore, the staff is quite cold and not welcoming at all. Impossible to feel comfortable.

• Gerardo Ortiz (5/5): - El clima Que las reglas dicen que después de las 10 de la noche no se puede hacer ruido y eran las 11 ya para las doce y una buya en esos balcones y dentro de las instalaciones, también dicen que no se puede consumir alucinógenos y un fuerte olor a m4riu4na como a 1 de la mañana nos tocó abrir la puerta del balcón para que se oxigenera el cuarto, al momento de entregar las llaves del cuarto nadie nos las recibió solo nos dijeron deje las llaves encima del mostrador y ya....

• RMMadeleine (4/5): Annonce à revoir - Pas grand chose En fait il y a eu malentendu. La chambre que j’ai réservé affichait 21m2 avec 1 balcon vue montagne. Or il est vrai que le prix est peu cher mais on ne peut pas savoir quels sont les prix pratiqués dans ce village sans jamais y avoir mis les pieds. Il s’avère que la chambre fait maximum 7m2 et le balcon 0,5m2. L’escalier qui mène au 1er étage ne fait même pas la largeur de mon pied (je chausse du 36 et je ne peux même pas poser ma valise sur une marche). Les équipements annoncés comme faisant partie de l’hébergement sont en fait les équipements en commun de l’établissement. Ce qui fait donc que l’annonce ne correspond pas à la réalité de la chambre. De plus l’accès à l’établissement est au bout d’une pente très raide. Et donc pour aller sur la place il faut la grimper cette pente. Pour des personnes ayant des problèmes de déplacement, il faut bien étudier la chose. De ce fait en arrivant la nuit, le propriétaire m’a vu déçue de l'emplacement, (je l'ai dit car j’ai des problèmes avec la pente) a été on ne peut plus désagréable. J’ai demandé à voir la chambre et il a refusé, me disant que je peux annuler. Il a fait un genre de chantage (nous étions 2 femmes, il est tard) on a dû rester là pour la nuit. Mais on a pu trouver autre chose plus propre, plus sain et avec petit déjeuner, pour pas grand chose de plus. Tout cela pour dire que : - l’annonce doit être refaite pour coller à la réalité des chambres proposées - Préciser que les équipements annoncés concernent l’ÉTABLISSEMENT et non pas l’hébergement qui est la chambre elle même. Désolée pour le propriétaire qui ne voulait pas que j’écrive des mauvaises appréciations sur son hostel, mais je ne fais que décrire les faits pour les suivants. Donc à lui de rectifier ses annonces pour que les futurs clients ne soient pas trompés comme je l'ai été

• Pauline (7/5): Très correct pour quelques jours low budget à Salento - Bon rapport qualité prix proche de la place centrale. Chambre minimaliste qui fait le taffe avec une belle vue. La literie n’est pas très confortable dans la chambre 4. La douche est pas top, galère de régler la pression et l’eau chaude (quand il y en a). Cuisine peu équipée.
