- Rafael Siciliani (10/5): - Nossa estada foi fantástica. O hotel é lindo, pequeno, aconchegante e requintado. Vi algumas reclamações aqui no booking - que, na minha opinião, são infundadas - sobre o jardim (estava impecável, mix de areia e jardim tropical típico de Trancoso) e sobre o café da manhã (sensacional, com uma “base” self service e o restante todo em à la carte, com diversas opções tradicionais e regionais - ponto para a querida Nara, que nos recebeu muito bem). Toda a equipe foi nota 10: Matheus, Rafa, Luis e cia. O hotel fica a poucos passos da praia, por um caminho seguro e discreto. Poderia haver uma parceria mais robusta com o Awê beach club, com insenção de consumação mínima aos hóspedes para o uso de cadeiras e chuveiro.

- Max (4/5): Not good, average and overpriced. - For the price, the breakfast was mean and cheap. We turned up and not all the items had been placed out, the detail is lacking. We ate at the hotel one night and the food was equally average for the outrageous price and meat was inedible (the cat enjoyed). The shower didn't drain and the pool was green so we were offered to move room, and in that room the water in the sinks was brown. They sent an engineer but it was never fixed and they gave us water bottles to wash our teeth/face. Four times staff walked in to our garden/house without announcing they were there which was disconcerting and unprofessional. At breakfast, one of the staff members sat on a table nearby on a call on his laptop, very unprofessional disturbing the ambience. The swimming pool was fixed in the end and the room itself was nice. Bed comfortable. The staff were friendly but could benefit from some better training. In conclusion, I would go elsewhere and would not return or recommend.
