• Валечка (10/5): Уютный и удобный домик! - Уютный и удобный свой домик! Классно, что есть свой отдельный вход, закрытый дворик, и комнаты не пересекаются ни с чьими. Внутри есть все необходимое! (Холодильник, стиральная машина, плита, удобная кровать и т.д.). Мы просили дополнительные тапочки - нам предоставили. Заселились, нам все показали и дальше мы жили в своем режиме. Хозяева приятные люди! Остаются на связи, готовы помочь. Удобное местоположение, недалеко есть несколько магазинов. Очень приятные впечатления!

• Irina (10/5): Большое спасибо Аревик и ее семье за комфорт и заботу. Когда снова соберемся в Ереван, приедем сюда. - Очень понравилось жилье. Есть абсолютно все необходимое как для короткого, так и для продолжительного проживания. И все: техника, мебель, посуда - в прекрасном состоянии. Приятно пользоваться. Просторная кухня-гостиная, отдельная спальня. Большой телевизор, в сетке корого, кроме местных, настроены два первых Российских канала. За это хозяевам - отдельное спасибо! Мы в путешествии немного соскучились по новостям и сериальчикам с родины)) В квартиру - отдельный вход, собственный дворик с сиренью, столом и стульчиками, где можно выпить кофе или, еще чего хочется)) на свежем воздухе. И с комфортом покурить (для курящих людей это важно). Исключительно приветливые и заботливые хозяева. Очень внимательные к просьбам и возможным проблемам с поздним приездом, забытыми ключами и т.п. Аревик откликается, практически, мгновенно. Понравилось все. Мы ночевали, правда всего три ночи и программа у нас была специфическая: мы приехали на выставку с нашими двумя собаками. Утром рано уезжали и совсем вечером - возвращались. Достопримечательности и музеи мы посетить и осмотреть не успевали. Для нас главное было - найти место для выгула собак рядом с домом и также, в пешей доступности - магазины, кафе, обменный пункт. Хозяева любезно всю эту информацию нам подсказали. Также важно было полноценно высыпаться и успевать отдохнуть и самим, и собакам. Это все тоже было в полной мере.

• NEVE (10/5): A Perfect Stay for Two in Yerevan - We had such a wonderful stay in Yerevan! The accommodation was clean, cozy, and very comfortable — perfect for couples who just want to relax and explore the city. The location was very convenient, close to restaurants, supermarkets, and main attractions. What we loved the most was how peaceful and safe the area felt. The room was well-maintained, warm (especially helpful during winter!), and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was also very responsive and accommodating. Overall, it truly felt like our home away from home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Yerevan. We would definitely stay here again!

Радушно встретила нас, угостила вкусными сладостями, рассказала о городе, о проходящих в текущий момент выставках и событиях, а также помогла в бытовых вопросах (где магазин, как добраться и т.д). Район тихий, от центра близко, в пешей доступности, до продуктовых магазинов несколько минут. В номере чисто, есть все необходимое. С удовольствием приедем еще раз в Ереван и остановимся у Аревик.

The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook at home. Arevik and Edvard are fantastic people. On the first night we arrived, they warmly welcomed us, and we talked about our travels and what to expect in Armenia. Edvard is a tour guide, and we went on three tours with him. As someone who is very interested in the country I visit, I truly appreciated how patiently Edvard answered all my questions and helped me get to know his country. Thanks to Arevik and Edvard, I got to experience Armenia as a beautiful country with a rich history and culture, and I am very grateful for that. Arevik was kind enough to let me leave my backpacks in the living room until my flight, since it was at 23:00. I highly recommend their guesthouse. Not only will you have a perfectly clean room, but you will also get to discover every corner of beautiful Armenia—thanks to them. You’ll be staying with wonderful people and feel just like at home.

• Mathew (10/5): Warm welcoming helpful hosts , and excellent value for the solo traveler. - This small family owned property with extra rooms to rent is ideal for the solo traveler. Arevik and her husband Eduard put a lot of effort into making my stay as easy as possible. First off Eduard was kind enough to pick me up at the Kilikea Station, the drop off point for the Tbilisi shuttle to Yerevan, for a nominal price, and then drove me to a money exchange office at a local grocery store to get the best dollar/dram exchange rates. Then on to the residence which was quite a ways from the bus station. Was met by his wife Arevik, who spoke excellent English, and shared a welcoming cup of tea with pastry. She provided me with a detailed map of Yerevan and gave me advice for the best markets restaurants and sights in the city. When I mentioned some of the sights I was interested in seeing, ie . the Genocide Memorial, views of Ararat, Garni Temple, Geghard Monastery, Republic Square etc , she mentioned that Eduard was available for such a tour to drive and guide. Two days later we drove to all the sights, some out in the surrounding countryside over the course of six hours for 20,000 dram. ( a little over 50 USD ). Well worth the cost for everything we saw and the convenience of a private tour, door to door. The two rooms available for rent are separate from the family living space and have a share toilet and shower. The rooms themselves are small but very comfy and secure with shared kitchen area for meal prep and food storage. Eduard was kind enough to take me back to the bus station on Monday morning, for my return to Tbilisi after five days in Yerevan. Everything went smoothly and the arrangements made my life so much easier than what the average tourist has to deal with on arrival. I was very happy with my stay at Like Home Guesthouse and would highly recommend it for the independent solo traveler. The weather in late March was mostly cold and rainy but did finally get to see a clear view of Mount Ararat on that final morning before departure.

Giving you plenty of information and serving you as much as she can. Very early checked-in when the room’s ready was very helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better host than Arevik, the best! I definitely won't be searching for other places when visiting Yerevan again. Perfectly recommended for anyone, and definitely deserves 10/10 stars 🤍 For some, the location might not be very central, but personally I choose this location. Peaceful, quiet, and away from the hustle and bustle. Plus, walking 20-30 minutes to the center is such a nice exercise for the health.

This is the best place and I wont feel bad in recommending this property specially the couple owners AREVIK and EDUARD. Both are accomodating and will not take advantage of you specially if youre a tourist. They will treat you like family and will also tour you in best places in Armenia with extra efforts.
