Ann was very helpful and friendly and went the extra mile to help us out of a tricky situation. Thank you Ann! There was no door on the bathroom which limited privacy. We cooked for ourselves so found the kitchen quite basic. This is reflected in the price however.

- Naresh (9/5): Value for Money - Friendly and flexible house owner. The flat has it's own privacy and quiet. It is reasonably clean and value for money. There is no door between toilet and the room. It made us uncomfortable. At least a curtain will do the job. Shower curtain needs to be replaced. There was no milk supplied for making tea. The bathroom lighting was insufficient for shaving.

Air conditioned comfort which would all be good for long term stay. Bathroom privacy a bit of an issue, suggest at least a concertina door so that toilet and shower area can be closed off from bedroom. Better quality bath towels would have been nice.

- Debbie (5/5): Not happy for the price I paid concerning the conditions. - Having my own little area to myself. It is attached to the house, but had my own entry off driveway. Where I could park my hire car. Also had heating unit of a nighttime. No water pressure in kitchen. Lack of cooking items and decent cutlery. No Stove. No condiments. A few tea bags and coffee satchels in side of fridge. No dishwasher. Shower is in the bath. Mop and bucket left next to the toilet for us to use in case of water on floor after shower. Small couch very uncomfortable. Small TV that only has local channels. Sitting on a small plastic table. Coming in after dark with no outside light to see where I’m going. The Two Towels provided were very Old and Worn.

- Beth (8/5): Value for money in a quiet location - The granny flat is in front of a private home in a very quiet suburb. The flat is quite spacious. It has a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster and jug. The owner has locations of eateries and shops on the fridge door. There is a separate bedroom. The flat has a shower/bath so would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. You do need a car to access the area if you are not familiar with the suburb.

- Amanda (10/5): We like staying here it's nice and peaceful in a residential area. - Second time we have stayed here. It suits us. We like the location it's in a tidy, quiet and safe area. The flat is comfy and clean. Some people may have an issue getting into the shower over the high bath, but we had a soak in the 🛁 which we enjoyed. We slept well as the bed is comfortable enough, but we are smaller people, some might want a bigger 🛌. Ann is very lovely and we had our privacy as the flat is cornered off from the main house.It is good old fashioned value with no extra unnecessary trimmings. You can park in the driveway and not on the street. A short and pleasurable walk to a Tavern and eateries. Kitchen has all whats needed. Large fridge, microwave, sink; frypan, toaster, kettle, cutlery, crockery. No stove but you don't need one Nothing to complain about. You get what you pay for. Clean ; comfy ; basic but good.

Has the basic furnishings you need for a stay, bed, cupboard, table and chairs, lounge small coffee table, shower plus a bath tub 🥳 Lovely garden. Quiet. Wifi good. Clean. Host was friendly and helpful. Small towels and no hand towel. Though this now seems to be becoming a standard sadly.

Stunning room that was spotless and well laid out, although a little way out of the town it was perfect for our 1 night stop over with many places to eat in the evening within a 2 minute drive.
