• Krebs (9/5): Insgesamt gesehen war es ein netter Aufenthalt und ich werde mir die Adresse behalten. - Ich konnte mich selber versorgen, obwohl man auch ein Frühstück erhalten kann. Die Räume waren sehr sauber, nur an einer Stelle etwas eng eingerichtet. Die Pensionsinhaberin ist eine sehr verständnisvolle und nette Person und ich hab mich in ihrem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Parkplatz ist genug vorhanden und zum Zentrum sind es zu Fuß nur ein paar Meter. Es gibt auch genug Restaurants und andere Lokalitäten, in denen man gut essen kann. Ich hatte nur ein kleines Zimmer und es hatte auch nur ein Fenster, was dem Raum ein bisserl wenig erleuchtet hat.

• Franz (7/5): - Gute Ausstattung. Gepflegtes Bad. Problemlose Kommunikation. Konnte Koffer bis Nachmittag auf dem Zimmer lassen, weil Unterkunft nicht ausgebucht. Zu Fuß in einer guten Viertelstunde von Bahnhof aus erreichbar. Dusche brauchte morgens über zwei Minuten, um warm zu werden. Leider kein Shampoo in der Dusche. Duschkopf verkalkt, so dass das Wasser in viele Richtungen sprüht. Wasserkocher gut versteckt unter der Spüle. Kein Geschirrtuch auffindbar. Kaffeemaschine leider ohne direkten Anschluss in der Küchenzeile. Wassertank enthielt noch braunes Restwasser und leckte. Maschine konnte sich aus unerfindlichen Gründen nicht aufheizen, was sie letztlich unbrauchbar machte.

• Sylvia (10/5): Ruhige und saubere Pension mit dem richtigen Motto: feel at home! - Es ist wirklich eine schöne, moderne Pension, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Haus vorhanden und man kann auch später anreisen wenn man vorher Bescheid gibt dann wird der Zimmerschlüssel hinterlegt. Zu den Zimmern: sie sind liebevoll eingerichtet man merkt das Motto der Pension: feel at home! Es ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig man hat eine kleine Küchenecke in dem man sich Tee usw. zubereiten kann und einen kleinen Kühlschrank. Frühstück kostet extra und ist einfach gehalten aber genug um satt zu werden man sollte das aber vorher angeben dass man sowas wünscht! Ich werde, wenn ich wieder dort in der Nähe sein sollte, auf jeden Fall wieder einchecken! Ps: Ich konnte mich leider bei Abfahrt nicht persönlich bei den Damen (Chefin und Reinigung) bedanken für ihre Zuvorkommende Unterstützung nach meinen ‚kleinen‘ Unfall den ich außerhalb der Pension hatte. • Mischa (8/5): Eine ruhige gut ausgestattete Pension - War ganz ruhig - habe mich voll entspannen können. Mein Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet - es gab alles, was ich gebraucht habe (sogar eine kleine Kochplatte war dabei). Das Wäscheservice war sehr günstig. Das Licht der Deckenlampe war ziemlich kalt, so wie das OP-Licht. Eventuell ließe sich die Dauer des Wäscheservices etwas verkürzen.

• Marta (7/5): Comfortable and clean place, but room for improvement - The hotel was spotless and the room had everything that I needed. The bed was comfortable. The situation is slightly up above the rest of the town, so it was nice to look out the window and be looking down towards the town. I would have given this hotel very high ratings as far as cleanliness, modernity, and room comfort go, but there were a few things that I liked less. Firstly, although the pension is walking distance from the train station, keep in mind that the walk is slightly up hill most of the way, and the last 50 meters or so rise more abruptly. Secondly, although she appeared very friendly, the lady who welcomed me spoke very little English. This made communication a little difficult. Thirdly, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. I discovered this after having used the facilities upon my arrival in the room, so it's presence was greatly missed! I was upset by that incident, and had to ring to announce the problem to the owners. They both seemed apologetic. At that point, I realized that the husband spoke English very well, and wondered why he hadn't been the one to greet me, as they knew full well that I didn't speak German - I'd told them so when I first gave them my name when I arrived at the hotel! They offered me a drink or a glass or wine to compensate for the toilet paper mishap, which I declined. But then I asked if they could bring me some cold milk, as I had cereal, but no milk, and after my arrival (around 8 p.m.?), it was too late to order breakfast for the next morning. Once again, I had to explain that to the lady, who did not understand me very well. She seemed to think I wanted cream for coffee.. She brought me some small containers of coffee cream, and partly consumed open carton of fresh milk. Later, when I checked the date on the milk carton later it was almost 3 weeks past the expiration date! I'm sure they meant well, and I didn't want to bother them again, so I didn't say anything. I then thought of buying a drink from the machine to accompany my breakfast. The machine, however, was not plugged in! All this to say, it seems like the organization could be improved.
