• Bouliong (8/5): Je recommande cet établissement pour séjourner à Florence ! - L’emplacement en plein centre ville est très pratique. La chambre est bien équipée et propre. Le personnel est disponible. La salle de bains et les WC accessibles par un couloir commun. Ils sont toutefois privés.

Lovely terrace with green views and helpful host. A TV with more channel options.

We had a room with private bathroom outside of our room, so requires you to exit your room and walk a few steps to the bathroom itself, but it’s a minor thing. At least it was private and reserved exclusively for us.

• Janet (8/5): Amazing Renaissance vacation in Florence :) - The location of the property is amazing - just around the corner to Piazza della Singoria - very comfortable for visiting the galleries and palazzi. There are many good restourants in the neighborhood. The host is very kind and helpfull. The small refrigirator and the electrical kettle are very usefull.

Situata nel centro a due passi da Piazza della Signoria è molto comoda anche per raggiungere la stazione dei treni. Qualche volta si sentivano molto le voci dei passanti nella via sottostante, ma è normale considerato il centro storico. Nulla che non si potesse evitare chiudendo le finestre.

Soundproofing and the lack of stairs are issues, but they weren't a big problem for me, especially at this price. There was a slight heating problem during my stay, but even though it was 9 pm, the staff quickly handled and resolved it.

É um banheiro exclusivo do hóspede, mas de privativo não tem nada, sem falar no desconforto em ter que sair do quarto para usar o sanitário, escovar dentes, pentear cabelo, isso pq no quarto sequer tem um espelho. No box do banheiro sequer existe um apoio para itens de higiene como shampoo e sabonete que precisam ficar no chão.

La camera era pulita, accogliente e ben organizzata, con tutto il necessario. Un valore aggiunto è senza dubbio la gentilezza e la disponibilità dello staff, sempre cordiale e attento. Ci siamo sentiti subito a nostro agio. Inoltre, essendo stati nel periodo di capodanno, lo staff ci ha dwliziati con uno spumante e due panettoncini in camera. The property is in an excellent central location, ideal for exploring Florence comfortably on foot. The room was clean, welcoming, and well organized, with everything we needed. A real highlight was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff, always friendly and attentive, making us feel at home right away. Moreover, since we stayed during the New Year’s period, the staff pleasantly surprised us with a bottle of sparkling wine and two small panettones in the room. Highly recommended!

• Olena (6/5): - Great location in the center of city. Bad smell in the room, soundproofing inside the hotel is zero, the “inner yard” from the hotel description is just a shaft with sewer pipes and A/C. To get to your private bathroom you need to go through hall, it was a surprise.

Only bring earplugs cause it is noise outside ( trash van and people outside ) We stayed 3 days and I would have expected a change of towels at least once. Also the mattress is very hard and the extra bed had a really unconfortable mattress) maybe for kids but it was a triple room so we were expecting to be able to use that bed.

Inoltre, Giuseppe il incaricato della struttura, è una persona molto gentile e in gamba... Essendo in un luogo così centrale, ovviamente sempre ci saranno persone in giro e si sente il rumore ma io personalmente non ho avuto nessun problema a dormire... E poi la zona e molto sicura...

• Emre (10/5): Temiz, güzel veharika konum. - Tesisin konumu ve temizliği çok iyiydi. Yürüyerek tüm meydanlara maksimum 5-6 dakika sürüyor. Duvarları çok ince. Kalan diğer konukların sesleri gelebiliyor.
• Imperator Michael (10/5): - Die Lage ist eine 11 von 10! Mittendrin in Florenz aber auch 15 Fuß Minuten zum Bahnhof. Aus der Türe raus und rechts rum 20m zum Palazzo del Gucci. Man kann alles anschauen und mittags ne Pause in der Unterkunft machen. Kleiner Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher sind da. Beppe ist sehr nett, spricht sehr gut Englisch und weiß, wie man Probleme löst. Mit dem Auto nach Florenz? Tue das Nicht! Gerade wenn Du in Deutschland Autofahren gelernt hast und Dich gerne an Regeln hältst. Chaos! Auch das Parken ist kompliziert und teuer und verlangt großes Vertrauen in Wildfremde Menschen. Nimm den Flieger oder die Bahn oder lauf lieber, als dass Du ein Auto mit nach Florenz bringst. Ich mach das nie wieder!

On a acheté des boucles quies ce qui a sauvé notre séjour. La salle de bain privative, mais séparée de la chambre. Séparée de la chambre veut dire Qu il faut traverser un couloir pour l utiliser. Couloir commun à plusieurs chambres. C était écrit mais on avait pas compris

• Aistė (10/5): Great location, clean room and friendly host. - The host was amazing, his recommendations on food were great, he was really welcoming with helping us celebrate a special occation. The room was really clean, spacious and the location is perfect.

La chambre était confortable L'emplacement est imbattable - juste à côté de la place du palazzo vecchio et en plein centre. Accès facile et parfaitement communiqué par notre hôte. Il nous a donné des conseils pour la visite des offices et le mercato. Le checkin s'est fait en autonomie sans horaires imposés donc super pratique quand on arrive de l'étranger Le lit était très confortable et la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement. Le manque de double vitrage et la lumière parce que les rideaux ne sont pas occultant et que nous sommes sensibles à la lumière. Pour le bruit, les chambres ne sont pas très isolées et donc on entend un peu les "voisins". La douche était un peu petite mais c'est un détail
