Lokace je fajn, asi 10 minut na trmavaj do centra. Koupelna je opravdu velmi velmi malá. WC mělo rozbitý poklop a baterie na umyvadle se kývala - byla rozbitá. Majitel se po upozornění snažil vše řešit, takže věřím, že pro dalšího hosta bylo již vše v pořádku.

• Iliyan (8/5): - Cozy authentic environment in a safe neighbourhood. You can get to the city centre within half an hour (via tram). Nice view from the window. Pretty difficult to find a parking space. The parking spaces are pretty narrow. Had to circle for about half an hour before choosing to park on a paid parking nearby - 20 EUR for day and a half. Recommend this option.
• Wjatscheslaw (8/5): Abschließend können wir sagen, dass uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen hat. Sollten wir wieder nach Florenz reisen, wü - Das Apartment befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung, was wir vorher nicht wussten, aber als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Die Küche ist eine Gemeinschaftsküche für drei Parteien – während unseres Aufenthalts waren wir jedoch die einzigen, sodass alles problemlos war. Die Ausstattung war gut, und auch die Zimmer waren völlig in Ordnung. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ein großer Pluspunkt: Das Stadtzentrum ist gut erreichbar, unter anderem mit der Straßenbahn. In der Nähe gibt es außerdem eine Bäckerei und kleinere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Parksituation ist allerdings etwas schwierig. Kostenlose Parkplätze an der Straße sind begrenzt, und man braucht teilweise Glück, um einen zu finden. An manchen Stellen muss man etwas improvisieren, und für größere Autos ist es nicht immer ideal. Es gibt jedoch auch Parkmöglichkeiten im Hinterhof gegen Gebühr sowie weitere bezahlbare Optionen in der Nähe. Negative Punkte gab es ansonsten keine – alles war insgesamt in Ordnung.

• Magali (8/5): Appartement bien mais un peu sous dimensionné pour une famille de 4 - L'appartement était propre et la literie très bonne. Il est possible de se garer dans la rue et de se rendre dans le centre de Florence en transports en commun. Simone est très agréable et très réactif. Nous avons eu un soucis avec l'évacuation de la douche. Il est venu voir dans la soirée ce qu'il n'allait pas et a résolu le problème. La cuisine nous semble un peu sous dimensionnée pour le nombre de chambre en terme de place assise, de couvert et de place dans le frigo. Nous n'avons pas réussi à faire fonctionner le four. Heureusement pour nous, il n'y a eu qu'un seul couple en même temps que nous.

• LEILA (10/5): Hanno reso più piacevole il mio soggiorno - Ottima posizione raggiungibile a piedi e con i mezzi qualunque sia lo scopo del viaggio. Zona tranquilla e sicura per chi si ritrova a viaggiare solo e in orari serali. Nelle vicinanze si può mangiare cibo veloce e ottimo, oppure cercare ristoranti di pesce e carne di qualità, o supermercati. Organizzati molto bene, in struttura ho trovato tutto ciò che serve anche se si arriva stanchi e tardi, quindi nulla da suggerire se non di continuare così.

• Łukasz (5/5): - Świetna lokalizacja i zdalne zameldowanie zdecydowanie na plus. Pokój, a własciwie dwa pokoje połaczone przestronne. W jednym łóżko podwójne w drugim łóżko piętrowe, to dobry układ dla rodziny z dziećmi. Dobry kontakt z właścicielem, szybko odpisuje na wiadomości. W ogłoszeniu jest informacja o darmowym parkingu ale znalezienie wolnego miejsca graniczy z cudem. Po zameldowaniu dowiadujesz sie o opłacie klimatycznej w wysokości 48 euro za 4 dni. Wcześniej pomimo wymiany informacji z właścicielem nigdzie nie podano takiej informacji. W pokoju jest też problem z wentylacją, rano wszystkie okna były zaparowane, wentylator w łazience był bardzo brudny i nie spełniał swojej roli. Komary w pokoju. Łazienka bardzo mała z grzybem na ścianach, zepsutym kranem, połamaną deską klozetową i zapchanym odpływem z prysznica. Zgłosiliśmy to właścicielom, zaproponowali naprawę w ten sam dzień, ale to nie są usterki na poprawki w godzinę. To powinno być naprawione przed udostępnieniem pokoju do wynajęcia.

El depratamento súper seguro, con todas las comodidades, baño excelente, cocina completamente equipada (compartida, pero siempre impecable), lavarropas, y disponibilidad insumos básicos y comodidad en cada espacio. La decoración realmente linda, en cada detalle! La ubicación es muy buena, es una zona tranquila, con parking público disponible, de fácil acceso. Si bien está alejada del centro, el acceso por tren es muy simple, a 4 cuadras tomas el tren, pagas con el teléfono o monedas, económico y rápido para llegar a las zonas turísticas. Igualmente, en las inmediaciones, hay lugares para comer o comprar las cosas básicas. Florencia y sus pueblos aledaños dan para pasear y sorprenderse todo el tiempo. Nada, todo fue excelente.

Ο χώρος πάρκινγκ είναι πάνω στον δημόσιο δρόμο και υπήρξαν στιγμές που χρειάστηκε αρκετή ώρα ,μέχρι να βρούμε κάποια θέση.
• Laura (8/5): Schönes Zimmer in guter Lage - Ein schönes Apartment mit guter Anbindung an die Stadt. Wir konnten in der Straße kostenlos parken und das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten leider zahlreiche Mücken in unserem Zimmer, die ziemlich gestört haben.

All the questions, if any, were solved really fast. The owner was always available, with italian hospitality and courtesy.

There is no reserved parking spot, terrain is very uneven, you can't park there is you have low or big car. Also, there was no any free space, we checked every day for 3 days in row, it was all full. Toilet and sink are very flimsy, water heater in shower is really loud, the bathroom in general is not in the best condition.

Bedden iets langer, ik ben 1,82 m. en lag met de benen buiten het bed ( de bedden lagen wel goed). Niet ver naar de tram, echter terug naar het hotel wel een steile heuvel op.

• francisco ricardo (9/5): Boa hospedagem. - Quarto muito bem equipado e confortável. Eu estava de carro e queria evitar circular na ZTL de Florença. O carro ficou estacionado em frente ao imóvel e fui de trem para o centro de Florença. A estação do trem fica uns 10 minutos de caminhada. O anfitrião foi sempre muito simpático e atencioso. A hospedagem é um grande apartamento composto de 3 suítes, portanto, a reserva é de uma suíte e a cozinha é compartilhada mas não tivemos problema. Eu não gostei da taxa de turismo, achei um valor alto para 2 dias, dos quais eu paguei 48 euros para 4 pessoas. Confesso que fui pego de surpresa e um valor desse deve ser levado em consideração no planejamento e no valor total da hospedagem.

• Igor (10/5): A wooden cutting board could be added to the kitchen. - Everything was excellent. Comfortable apartments, a beautiful view of the mountains, and all the appliances were in good working condition. Hospitable hosts! From the tram to the apartment, you have to walk slightly uphill.

Would definitely recommend for a nice stay in Florence for someone who might be on a budget! A little bit far from downtown Florence and the touristic spots, but there is a tramway stop a few minutes away from the apartments that makes the trips very easy, so not a real problem in our book

I dont think most places would have done this, and I was so thankful that the staff went above and beyond to help me out.

Flexible with offering luggage storage after checkout in an area with camera surveillance. If we are ever back in Florence we would love to stay again.

• Elwin (7/5): Quadruple OK for family with kids, but not for couples. - Kitchen has a large table and chairs. Unit was nice and clean as others have said. Quiet at night. The elevator was small but helpful for luggage. AC has a nice window switch that turns off AC when window opened. Large well equipped kitchen strangely has a mini fridge that doesn't leave much room when shared with 3 apartments. We were 2 couples and chose the Quadruple room with private bathroom. The main bedroom had a bed, and nothing else. No side table, or anywhere to hang clothes. Were told to use the other bedroom closet. The main bedroom has direct access to the bathroom. But the second bedroom occupants have to walk through the main bedroom to use the bathroom. Late Sept and still mosquitoes every night in the rooms. There was supposed to be a terrace on the property. We looked outside and found long grass. Eventually realized that terrace to them meant the hallway outside our room that connects the 3 apt/rooms. AC had a habit of going off randomly. And we kept the windows closed at ALL times to try to prevent mosquitos getting in. Likely a timer set up somewhere in the wiring to save electricity.

They had a fully equipped kitchen and also a washing machine. There was a lift up to the rooms It’s a bit of a walk from the tram line up a hill so definitely recommend looking at getting a taxi/Uber but other than that it was a perfect stay

It has an elevator too which is a plus for us who had luggages. The room is big with a spacious toilet. There is a shared kitchen with everything needed for cooking. It is a bit far from the city center, but in a quiet neighborhood. It would be great for other guests if there is available shampoo/shower gel and an iron. 😊 Toaster was missing in the kitchen.

• Anamarija (10/5): Everything was great! - Self check-in, pleasant neighborhood easily accessible by public transport, detailed information provided by the owner, tidy and clean room, kitchen with everything you need to prepare a simple meal, good windows that do not let in light in the morning, air conditioning, comfortable beds and pillows and finally friendly son who greeted us on our check-out.
• Antoni (10/5): Fabulous apartment in Firenze - The hosts were very friendly, kind and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped with any utensils you may need. The room was very clean and spacious. The air conditioning was working like a charm. It’s less than 30 mins from the city centre by tram (or 40 mins if you like walking). Truly recommended!

• Invicta (8/5): Very good - Quiet location a little bit out from the bustle, but still only a short tram ride from all the big Florence sights. Room was basic, but clean, comfortable and of a good size. We had a double bed in one room and bunk beds in a second room leading off the first, which was perfect for us with 2 children. Felt safe. Owners were very pleasant. Nothing, I didn't like.
• Aki (8/5): Very good - Free parking, as we were travelling by car. Check-in/out was smooth, good communication. Location is a bit remote, not many great restaurants around. But tram station is only 7min walk, so be sure to go towards the center for restaurants.
