Not happy that I had to share shower and bathroom with someone else. - Is near the Duomo, and Historical Center, Mercado Central, etc I guess when I booked this place, I did not know. It was more like a hostel, because I had to share bathroom and shower with other people. And my room Was very tiny.

He really loves his job👍 The location is great, close to the main tourist spots. The sheets are warm and comfortable. Although there seems no shower gel, we brought our own.

• Liudmyla (10/5): Прекрасное расположение и отличный номер со всем необходимым - Отличное расположение: практически в центре. До основных достопримечательностей 10- 20 минут. Огромная комната с высокими потолками. Кухня со всем необходимым. Два туалета и душ на 3 комнаты: очень удобно. Чисто и уютно. Доброжелательный персонал.

• Schill (3/5): - Die Lage ist gut mitten in der Innenstadt, alles ist gut fußläufig erreichbar. Es war alles äußerst heruntergekommen. Die Möbel in der Küche, die Kühlschranktür, die Fensteranstriche. Der Staub auf der Lampe war zentimeterhoch. Wenn es nicht nur 2 Nächte gewesen wären, wir wären nicht geblieben. Einzig die Lage war gut.

• TAKEDA (8/5): ホストが最高にいい人！！ - · とにかく、ホストがとてもよかった。鍵の閉めが難しいタイプの宿だったため、部屋や外の玄関がうまく開けられずに困って、ホストに2回も連絡した。ホストは嫌な顔もせずに２回とも宿にきてくれた。そして、ドライバー持参で鍵がスムーズに開け閉めできるようにしてくれた。大変助かりました。 · エレベーターが存在しないので、スーツケースを持って、０階から１階へ移動するのが大変だった。（だからと言って、エレベーターを据付けられる構造ではないので、改善できるわけではない）そして、ローマやミラノ以外ではエレベーターがついていないアパートの存在はあたりまえだ。だから、スーツケースを持参した私が悪い。バックパックでイタリアに来るべきだった。
• Liudamira (9/5): Good value - Situated directly in the historical city center, everything you'd want to see is 10-15 minutes walk away except maybe piazzale Michelangelo with the city panorama which is 25 minutes away. Spotlessly clean. There's a kitchen with a microwave. The bed is comfortable. Be aware it's in the restricted traffic area, you can't enter by car till 8 pm. Towing trucks are working all night . The Kitchen has many useful things but it'd be great to add salt and a bottle of oil. One can't carry this bulky things from place to place.

• Elisa (7/5): - L'appartamento e la camera sono accoglienti, semplici e con tutti i servizi necessari a disposizione. Lo spazio condiviso è dotato di forno a Microonde, frigorifero e congelatore oltre ad avere 4 posti a sedere. Ottimo per usufruire dello spazio cucina. Inoltre ci sono due bagni: uno di servizio e uno con doccia. L'arredamento è un po' scarno ma decoroso.. per il prezzo pagato va benissimo.
• Kateryna (8/5): Good for an overnight stay. - The room is very spacious, warm, quiet, with a simple old design. The bed was ok. The property is easily accessible with public transportation and walking distance from the main attractions in the city center. The room and the property in general are clean. The staff was helpful and friendly, replied very fast. Contactless check-in and check-out. Overall, decent for a couple of nights. The shared kitchen is clean, but not very functional. The shower wasn't draining very well. One thing we didn't like - they ask to fill in a long complicated registration form before checking in, and they share your personal data with third parties - Amazon AWS, and some others. And you cannot check-in unless you allow them to share your data with them.

• Silvia (9/5): Breve ma intensissima esperienza fiorentina. - Personale gentile e disponibile (Carmine persona unica), stanze pulite, mura rinfrescate, temperatura giusta, localizzato vicino a piazza Santa Croce, poco distante da piazza Signoria, in pieno centro storico e quasi di fronte al Forno Ghibellina che consiglio. Lì vicino c'è anche la piccola bottega d'arte Marangio che vale la pena visitare. A piedi è più vicina la stazione dei treni di Campo Di Marte rispetto a quella centrale di Santa Maria Novella. Il bagno in comune, fuori dalla stanza. Ero informata della cosa e per me è stato un esperimento, forse in estate è meno scomodo, ma preferisco una sistemazione con bagno in camera.

• Paqui (1/5): Desestre de alojamiento - La ubicación...estaba cerca del centro y a 20 min andando de la estación de trenes. Los baños compartidos y fuera de la habitación era algo muy incómodo. La casa era muy vieja y antigua, la lámpara del techo no funcionaba ( sólo teníamos luz de mesa de noche) y tardaron 2 días en cambiarla, el mando de la tele no funcionaba por lo que estuvimos sin TV, aunque lo comunicamos. Eran 3 habitaciones en la casa y se escuchaba todo lo de la habitación contigua, incluso toser. Un desastre, de los 4 hoteles en los que hemos estado en Italia el peor... Respecto a limpieza, al retirar la mesita de noche para enchufar el móvil había una bola de pelusas tremenda...no sé desde cuándo no limpiarían...

• Isabel (9/5): - Es un departamento con 3 habitaciones, totalmente equipado, dos baños compartidos limpios, uno de ellos muy grande y comodo, todos los días alguien hace aseo, y puedes utilizar la cocina que tiene todos los utensilios necesarios. La cama era muy cómoda. Solo como comentario, al llegar debes tener acceso a Internet, por que no hay nadie esperando (o ese fue nuestro caso), y te hacen una video llamada por WhatsApp para validar tu identificación (en la calle) y ahí recién te dejan ingresar. Y tener en cuenta que el ruido de la calle comienza temprano. La tasa de turismo debes dejarla en efectivo.

Работает газовая плита!!!а рядом и рынок и COOP с морепродуктами)) Всего три номера ,максимум 5 человек , при этом 2 туалета, поздний выезд, владелец на связи по WhatsApp. Всё в пешей доступности. И за окном не орут туристы! В кранах вода очень горячая ,а в душевой она неожиданно закончилась...но я с этим сталкиваюсь постоянно ))) немного шумно утром от дороги.

Zameldowanie bez problemów. Światełko koło łóżka czy dodatkowa rolka papieru w pokoju są fajne! Codziennie była sprzątana część wspólna co też się chwali. Nie korzystałam z kuchni, więc się nie wypowiem. Wifi działało sprawnie! Pogoda się zepsuła i zmarzłam, a na pytanie o ogrzewanie właściciel już nie odpowiedział na WhatsUpp chociaż cała nasza komunikacja tak się odbyła. Używałam znalezionej w szafie kołdry i farelki na prąd, ale wiadomo... nie zostawisz farelki elektrycznej na całą noc. W łazience nie domykające się okno - w samym prysznicu dokładnie. Kąpiesz się gorącą wodą, a wieje ci po plecach. Nie nagrzejesz w łazience, bo farelki wtyczka jest nowa, a instalacja stara. Generalnie po takich warunkach wróciłam chora. W wakacje może miło, ale jesienią nie polecam.
