• Robert Josef (4/5): Zentral gelegenes Appartement, keine Suite - Die Lage ist erstklassig. Der Innenhof ist super, sehr sauber und wird nur von den Gästen der drei "Suiten" benutzt. Die "Suite" ist wirklich gross, aber die oberen beiden Räume, über eine Wendeltreppe erreichbar, sind mit je einem Doppelbett bestückt, was für zwei Personen nicht sehr nützlich ist, weil im Erdgeschoss ebenfalls ein Doppelbett steht. Tägliche Reinigung und Ersatz der Tücher, wenn man sie auf den Boden legt. Ein Drittel des Raumes wird durch zwei zusätzliche Schlafzimmer genutzt, was dazu führt, dass im unteren Bereich kaum Ablageflächen bestehen und auch die Möglichkeit einmal TV zu schauen sehr eingeschränkt ist. Mit üblichen Suiten haben diese "Suiten" nur den Preis gemeinsam. Kein Angebot für Frühstück, Mittag- oder Abendessen - es ist wie in einem Appartement - eine Nespressomaschine (eine Kapsel pro Tag), ein spärlich gefüllter Kühlschrank (kleines Bier EUR 3) und zwei Herdplatten befinden sich in einem Wandschrank. Als erstes wurden Gebühren von EUR 48 vor der Schlüsselübergabe eingezogen, obwohl die Gebühren gemäss Angebot inkludiert sind. Eine Quittung wurde nicht ausgestellt, mit dem Hinweis, dass man diese per E-Mail erhalten würde - was nicht stimmte.

Апартаменты огромные, очень чистые, просторные и ухоженные. Персонал приятный и отзывчивый. После выселения бесплатно предложили оставить у них под присмотром багаж. Отличное расположение, 5-10 минут до собора Завтрак подавался в отдельном кафе в 7 минутах от отеля и был одинаковым каждый день и порционным, все было сладкое

Le seul petit détail concerne le vitrage de la Chambre qui n est pas suffisant que pour atténuer le bruit de passants ou de véhicules bruyants. Ceci dit la rue est relativement calme.

I've traveled a decent amount, not as much as others I'm sure but generally 1-2 trips a year abroad and this place blew my expectations out of the water. We stayed in the suite and it was the most lovely room. Super quiet. Great location. Staff was very lovely.

• Peter Ekh (8/5): Perfect location to explore Florence - Perfect location for exploring Florence. A little bit away from the absolute tourist madness, but just 10 min walk from the Duomo. The area is less touristy which reflects in the local restaurants which were excellent (tip AcuaCotta and One). The property was very nice and unique from a tourist perspective. The light was a little dark and what a lot of places are missing is to have an extra 220V outlet by the bed.

• claire (10/5): - Proximité de la cathédrale et du quartier sant ambrogio très agréable pour sortir le soir car animé et vivant. L'établissement est un rêve! La chambre est décorée de fresques et d'arches voutées car c'était un ancien monastère. La gérante nous a donné un plan et des conseils pour profiter de la ville au mieux sur 3 jours. On a pu laisser nos bagages le dernier jour pour ne pas avoir à les porter toute la journée. Le tram pour l'aéroport est à 10 min à pied. Le petit déjeuner se prend dans un café très sympa à quelques pas et il est très copieux: 1 croissant, 1 salade de fruits frais, 1 jus orange, 1 boisson chaude et 1 bol de yaourt velouté. Je recommande vivement cet établissement. L'insonorisation car nous avions la chambre n°2 qui donne sur la rue et la 1ère nuit on a entendu des gens qui parlaient très forts dehors à 3h du matin. Mais avec des bouchons d'oreilles, ça s'est arrangé.

• Tara (9/5): Great stay in Florence, provided everything we needed and more. - Lovely facility, spacious room, friendly staff and good location. Hit everything we were looking for in a Florence accommodation. The room was off the lobby which gets a tiny bit of ambient noise, but that’s really struggling to find a negative. It didn’t really impact us at all and we enjoyed our time there.

Персонал завжди на звʼязку , миттєво відповідає на всі питання. При виселенні, можна залишити речі ще на декілька годин , щоб не ходити з ними по місту. Кровать велика, матрас зручний.

• Antonio (9/5): Gran opción cerca del centro - Habitaciones en una zona relativamente cercana al centro y sobre todo convenientemente a la distancia idónea de zona de bares/restaurantes. Habitaciones muy amplias y diferentes. El personal fantástico al pedir el cambio de habitación a una más tranquila. Las habitaciones está cercanas a la calle y alguna puede ser algo menos tranquila por el tráfico. No hay recepción 24 h pero tienen un servicio de Whatsapp muy efectivo y que funciona perfectamente en caso de necesitarlo

A kitchen “cabinet” holding a frig, stove, coffee pot and all that you need for those items. Spacious bathroom with hot shower. The decor is beautiful and unique. We were able to leave our luggage before our train departure which allowed us to see more of the city. Again, we were greeted with kindness and professionalism and can’t wait to come back! Our stay was too short.
