• Liudmyla (5/5): Переночувати можна - Від центру приблизно 2 км, є холодильник, кавоварка з капсулами, чайник, трохи посуду, стара плитка на 1 комфорку. Матрас і подушки зручні, теплих ковдр достатньо. Поруч супермаркет, де можна придбати все необхідне. Добу не було гарячої води. Жодної компенсації чи хоча би вибачення від хазяїв. Все старе, шнури протягнуті незручно, дуже чутно сусідів і потяги з вулиці.

Per uscire si deve anticipatamente schiacciare il tasto del citofono prima di scendere, augurandosi che nel frattempo nessuno lo chiuda. - Trovato la camera fredda e umida - Lo scarico del lavandino della cucina è collegato al lavabo del bagno mediante tubi visibili che passano nel muro attraverso un buco grezzo. - La cucina e la lavatrice non c'erano nonostante fossero presenti nelle foto. - In dotazione c'è un fornello a piastra elettrica, che bisogna - Il top della cucina è troppo piccolo e mancano piani di appoggio, tutte le volte abbiamo dovuto spostare gli elettrodomestici. - Il bidet gocciolava copiosamente dal tubo dietro. - Sarebbe stato gradito avere 2 sedie con lo schienale invece di 2 sgabelli impagliati. - Le stoviglie tutte diverse tra loro, bicchieri, ciotole posate, piattini - Le prese del bagno sono inutilizzabili, perché una è sfondata e quella dello specchio non sorregge la spina.

• Galina (3/5): Very nice people and clean room, but no chance for the next stay - The room was spacious The hosts were very nice and friendly There was a coffee machine, cups, teapot, microwave, fridge, towels, hair dryer etc Good location It was extremely cold - no heating, no air conditioning, all floor was tiled. Had to sleep under two blankets in a sweater. The wall in the bathroom was shared with the common bathroom on the floor and when someone on the floor turned on the light in the bathroom, the light came in through my bathroom. No insonorisation - I could hear everything and everyone like if they were in my room.

• Genis (3/5): Mal - No me gusto nada, el lavabo esta bien No había horno ni lavadora, más qué sucio estaba antiguo y dejado y con humedades, no había aire acondicionado y los utensilios de cocina horribles y la cocina heran dos hornillos de camping con los cables por encima de la nevera y al lado del fregadero, había pelos y capsules de cafe usadas y cadicadas. • Shyam (6/5): Very tiny but neat place. SHARED ACCOMODATIOn!! - Good location, easy to reach Florence city centre with the bus. 4 min walk to the bus but more than 10 min walk to the train station. Neat Very SMALL room with two double beds jammed in it. The description is not very clear, it’s a shared accommodation (almost like a dorm) with private rooms and bathrooms (private and public). The description made it seem like it’ll be two separate bedrooms but that was not the case!!

• Gonçalo (5/5): Noisy and smelly. Good if not counting those - The bathroom smelled like sewage that infested the whole room. There was alot of noise during the night by the host inside the apartment but also from outside
• Flippie (7/5): Maybe not - Charming place to stay. The place is VERY small, it is basically part of a person's home. We were not allowed to use the sofa bed, even when it was in the room.

• Michal (7/5): Good - We liked the bed, matress was good. Also bathroom was alright. Carrefour is close. We think the apartment needs deep cleaning and also some upgrades and small maintenance. The kitchen ammenities are poor. We received bare minimum of toalet paper for our stay. Beware of the fridge- do not open the door too quickly. There are glass water bottles inside which can fall out and break.

• Rrcar (9/5): Above expectations for the price - Big accommodation with all the amenities you might need including washing facilities fantastic for the price. Close to a train station which takes 5 minutes ride to central station although it's only a 25-30 minutes walk to the city centre. Wonderful host above expectations. There's nothing that I particularly did not like. However, the lift was a little antiquated and small, wifi did not have very strong coverage in the room.
• Ali (8/5): Nice apartment, close to City Center by bus - First of all, this is not a hotel a home. That's why name is Home Willy. There was a kind woman who share the room. Room was really clean and big enough to walk around and etc. Bathroom was also good and big. We haven't have any issues. She prepared everything we might need. Iron, coffee (with machine), some tea and kitchen equipment. There was even a vape bar too. She told us the rules, the places we should go and left. We never seen her again. It was very nice accomodations. Room was cold. Maybe the weather was not good that's why we got cold. But two days were cold. I know she would help if we asked help. Anyway, you should know that room might be cold.

• George (6/5): Nice value for the money! Willy is so nice! - The property is shared with the owner. Having said that, the owner is a very very nice lady and her son, Willy is a gem. He's very smart, speaks great english and impressed us. In general the stay was good. Even in a shared context, the owner is friendly, tendered all our requests and the location is great. In the ad it looks like there is a washing machine, but there isn't.
• Filipa (10/5): Family friendly place - The fact that there was a place to cook made all the difference. The place is quite nice and near the train station. It is also a 35 minute walk to the center of Florence. Overall a family friendly place to stay. I have no complaints

• Dorota (8/5): Nice place to stay in Florence. - The room was big with a private bathroom and small kitchenette. Very friendly and helpful owner. Clean and homely place. Walkable from the center (about 20 min walk) but if you want to take the train, it's only a 5 minute walk to the station. Thank You!

• Aga (10/5): Recommended - Amazing location for someone who travels from Campo station. Only 5 min of walking. The area is calm and safe. Actually, the room is simple but perfect. You have your own fridge and the private ensuite bathroom. There s a kettle and small kitchenette. Joyful family. Absolutely recommended and in real it seems much better than in the pics.
• Florian (10/5): Exceptional - I had a perfect stay at Home Willy! The owner was very friendly and gave me the advice for a beautiful location to look over the city. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bathroom had everything I needed. The room is close to a train station from where you can easily reach other cities like Pisa.

• David (8/5): Nice place to stay at in Florence. - The room was very big with an on suite bathroom and kitchenette. Location was good, walkable from the center but if you want to take the train it's only a 5 minute walk to the station (Campo di Marte). The hosts also provided filtered water on request. The neighbourhood was quiet and seemed safe. The bed was okay but not super comfortable.
