• PINELOPI (8/5): - Παραδοσιακή πολυκατοικία Καλή τοποθεσία, κοντά σε περιοχή με επιλογές για φαγητό και βόλτα. Χωρίς θόρυβο το βραδυ.Καθαρό δωμάτιο και ευρύχωρο για 2 άτομα. Η κουζίνα είναι κοινή αλλά δεν υπήρχε πρόβλημα με αυτό. Το διαμέρισμα μας ήταν στο δεύτερο όροφο με αρκετά σκαλιά για να ανέβεις.Ισως δυσκολέψει κάποιους επισκέπτες. Θα το συνιστούσα Σκάλες για να ανέβεις στο διαμέρισμα ίσως να είναι πρόβλημα για κάποιον μεγαλύτερο σε ηλικία ή με πολλές αποσκευές.

• Jack (6/5): Prima locatie, wanneer je het appartement met een ander wil delen - De locatie was perfect, de host was super vriendelijk en alles was erg schoon. We hadden niet goed gelezen dat de keuken werd gedeeld, wat dus betekend dat je met anderen het hele appartement deelt. Als we dat hadden geweten, hadden we dit niet geboekt.

• Girolimini (8/5): esperienza abbastanza piacevole - Ll servizio è stato eccellente. Il proprietario era molto disponibile e alla mano. La stanza era veramente pulita e bella, anche l’area in comune. La postazione era molto centrale ma diciamo un po’ “pericolosa” in quanto immersa nei vicoletti. Però per il resto tutto eccellente Il riscaldamento, non funzionava molto bene, non scaldava abbastanza la stanza, in cui il letto era fornito esclusivamente di lenzuola senza coperte o piumone. Anche se questi si trovavano all’interno dell’armadio davano l’idea di non essere molto puliti perciò l’unico modo per scaldarsi era quella sorta di “stufetta” e le lenzuola.

• Cristina (7/5): Overall a nice place where to stay. The position is amazing. Clean, tidy and with the essential stuff. The owner or mana - The position, in the heart of Florence. The bed was not very comfortable.

Pyydettäessä sain heti apua majoitukseen liittyvissä asioissa. Sisäänkäynti linnamaisen ja vähän aavemaisen tunnelmallinen ja erityisen heikosti valaistu, jossa jyrkät raput ylöspäin. Paikka ei sovi liikuntarajoitteisille. -

• Penelope (8/5): - Very clean and although it is a shared house it is very private, the rooms are far away from each other with locks. We had the bathroom en-suite which was great. Good position maybe too touristy for Italians but great for travelers

• Perez (7/5): - L'emplacement Il faut monter plus de deux étages pour atteindre la porte de l'appartement ; il n'y a pas d'ascenseur et porter des valises est difficile. Les escaliers sont sombres et sans éclairage, et si vous rentrez la nuit, vous devez allumer la lampe torche de votre téléphone pour éclairer les escaliers. La douche est vraiment petite, et il n'y a ni tapis ni serviette pour marcher en sortant.

• María (1/5): Lo único bueno, la ubicación - Lo único bueno es la ubicación El baño estaba sucio (había un tampón usado en la ducha), le mandé un mensaje a Carmine y no contestó. Llamó para que lo limpiarán y la persona volvió a dejarlo, se lo volvimos a decir y jamás se supo de ella. La cocina estaba poco limpia, la campana extractora ya ni extrae el aire. No hay microondas y el horno no funciona. Además no se detalla en la reserva que el baño esté fuera de la habitación, teniendo que cruzar el salón-cocina para acceder y teniendo en cuenta que es compartida, se hace incómodo.

• Claudia (9/5): - La ubicación es excelente, a pocos pasos del casco histórico. La atención y amabilidad de Carmine, nos ayudó a subir nuestro equipaje. Además es muy divertido. Todo bien, pero no tiene ascensor.

• Aneliya Stoyanоva (8/5): - Апартамента е направен много добре. Кухнята и хола обзаведени с всичко необходимо. Кафемашина, печка, хладилник, климатик. Отличен интернет. Контакти до леглото. Чисто и подредено. Ключвете ги получихме с код през телефона. Самостоятелно настаняване. В статята има вентилатор. Апартамента е на много възлово място в центъра на Флоренция. Банята - голяма, с душ кабина, лира за сушене и шампоан за къпане. Хавлии за баня. Стаята беше малка. Няма достатъчно място къде да си сложиш дрехите. Помолихме за две отделни завивки (два чаршафа), уви предложиха ни зимни завивки :) Лято, високи температури. Прозореца на стаята е към вътрешен двор, две вечери подред се носеха всички миризми на съседите и техните крясаци. Високите стълби :)

• francesco (5/5): Pessima la stanza ottima la posizione - La posizione ottima. La pulizia della camera, bagno sporco, casa vecchia e mura che richiedono anche una semplice rinfrescata. Nella stanza è presente un condizionatore di tipo pinguino, vecchissimo poco funzionante e rumorosissimo al punto che, la notte, se vuoi dormire non lo puoi accendere, ma se non lo accendi muori di caldo e non dormi lo stesso. Zanziera non presente. Doccia stretta e priva di mensola appoggia saponi quindi dovevi poggiare i saponi per terra ma per poggiarli a terra dato il poco spazio dovevi aprire le ante del box per poterti muovere...scarsa illuminazione della stanza

• Frances (4/5): Less than adequate. I would not recommend. - The location was great for what we wanted to do in Florence No human contact at all, the walls in the room and common areas were dirty and the bathroom was far from the bedroom. The rooms were very hot.

• Ali (8/5): - - The location is very closed the atraction areas. The room is clean and tidy. Carmine is very frendly and helpful. The plugs are too close to the bed and we had difficulty in inserting are charges.
• Vasilisa (7/5): Good - Great location right in the heart of Florence with 5 to 10 mins walk to all the key attractions and museums. Nice and Responsive host. The room was a bit dark as it was overlooking internal courtyard. The bed really needs a new mattress, the current one is a complete disaster (you fall into it deep the moment you seat or lay down on it) The bathroom has all you need, but the shower is super tiny. For me it wasn’t an issue but for a big tall guy it could be challenging not to stuck in it. There was no light in the common areas in the building so when you get back home after dawn it’s uncomfortable. Also mind the stairs, you’ll have to move your luggage up and down to the second floor and the staircase is although wide but steep. But it’s common for Florence.
• Marina (6/5): Great location but average accommodation - The location is the biggest bonus to stay at this guest house. It was very central and easy to get to from all major attractions and sites. We stayed in a room with private external bathroom which was okay (but you do have to cross kitchen and living room to get to the bathroom that is essentially only yours). The biggest drawback for our room was a funky smell that was constantly there. We kept our window opened while we were there. The comforter had stains and the overall cleaning state was mediocre. Totally understandable that nothing can be super clean, but for the nightly rate, there is definitely room for improvement (i.e. may be for future stays provide regular black tea vs chamomile that is very taste specific)
• Петър (10/5): Nice location, kind and organized host, clean - It was very clean and comfortable. The host was very kind and organised. The location was great - 2-3 minutes from the main street and 5 minutes from the main plaza.

• Edith (4/5): Disappointing - The localisation of the room is ok. The mattress was not comfortable at all! To extremely soft and too old. The shower was not been clean for a months! It's too much stairs to reach the door of the apartment. There is no mentioned in the announce that the room is on 3° floor without lift. I had paid for 4* hotel/ room and I have got service of 2* hotel/ room.
• Elizabeth (9/5): Great location and beautiful place - Really great location! We stayed in the room with attached bathroom, pictures were very accurate. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed. There were people staying in the other room but they were very quiet. Nice to have a kitchen and fridge. Very unique building and felt like we were locals! Host was quick to respond to questions. Need to leave euros in cash for the city tax when you leave. Had to wait outside the door and call host to get buzzed into the property, thankfully we had a data plan and could call via WhatsApp, otherwise would have been tricky. Instructions to get into the place were otherwise good. The shower was very slow to drain and flooded the floor if you took more than 10 mins, and the couch in the living room seemed broken? Not comfortable to sit on.

• Urusha (5/5): Good location apartment - Location was excellent short walking distance everywhere. Overall for one night things were ok. My room had an external bathroom and shared kitchen with another room that another guest were staying in which was not a problem lol for me as I didn’t notice they were there. Room was decent size and clean. Very hot apartment although there was a fan and air conditioning the air conditioning wasn’t working although the host tried to fix it late in the night which I appreciate . No lift is available and the apartment was on the third floor so if you have large suitcases it’s difficult to carry them up.
• Estefania (8/5): the location of the apartment was super good. - the location is excellent, you have everything near you like restaurants and grocery stores. it didn’t have air-conditioning in the room it only has a ceiling fan and it was super hot in the room. Also the bathroom was always super hot.

• Gal.zsuzsanna (8/5): Good place - It was close to the city centre. The apartment is very well equipped. The owner is quick to reply. It was hot in the apartment, room nr 1 has no aircon only in the shared kitchen. The room was quite small and the mattress has a hole in it.
