• lorinne (10/5): - Il est très bien situé, à moins de 10 minutes de la gare. De plus, nous avons pu avoir la chambre avant l’horaire prévu, ce qui était vraiment très agréable, car il faisait très chaud et nous étions avec deux petits enfants. La chambre, avec une décoration très italienne, était charmante. Le petit déjeuner était également très appréciable, surtout que nous sommes partis de la chambre à 5h du matin pour prendre l’avion. Rien à redire, tout était parfait. La dame qui nous a accueillis était très gentille. ras
• SURESH (1/5): Terrible experience. - Nothing The online photos were entirely misleading. There was no hot water and we entered our room to find it smelled weird and was covered in dust. We chose the option that included “breakfast” only to find that the meal we were promised was a meager set of cheap packaged food. Do not be fooled, in no way, shape, or form does this resemble the somewhat luxurious room listed!

• Bob Moujaes (5/5): Disappointing - The location is central, the room spacious and the bathroom renovated. I didn't see any staff but the checkin was smooth since we received the room code a day before. The rooms are old and dated. There were 2 ACs in the room but one only did hot air only and the other had a horrible smell. The area is super noisy at night so you don't sleep either from the noise or from the heat or both since the windows are thin and old. The bed is also very uncomfortable and the mattress dips when you sleep. Since the city center is walkable i should've gotten a hotel less central in a calmer neighborhood

• Gabriel (6/5): Great location but not what we expected. - Location was perfect.... very close to the train station and all the restaurants... and a close walk to some of the main attractions. Little communication prior to arrival. Never met the host in person only via messages.
• GAST (7/5): - L'emplacement très central, la bonne insonorisation de la chambre par rapport à la rue. Le petit déjeuner ! J'ai loué une chambre avec petit déjeuner. Nous avions des biscottes et 2 pains briochés industriels sous blister, pas de beurre, pas de confiture, ce qui est quand même un minimum. Pas de personnel sur place, aucun moyen de se faire aider.

Nutikas vana mööbli kasutus. Voodi mugav. Vannituva värskelt renoveeritud ja puhas. Asukoht suurepärane ja tänavamüra oli asukohta arvestades üsna vähe. Välja reklaamitud hommikusöök osutus kaheks toas ootavaks kilesse pakitud haledaks saiakeseks, külmkapis ootas jogurt ja kohvi jaoks pabertopsid - see kõik ei sobinud muidu stiilsesse õhkkonda ja tekitas pettumust!
• LORENA (8/5): A good stay per total - Close to the train station and city center. A lot of restaurants, shops, had a supermarket just next to it. Very noisy in the mornings. Breakfast is NOT breakfast: 1 small yogurt, a small croissant in a bag, some cornflakes and a coffee is not EXCEPTIONAL breakfast. Is more like a disappointment for clients. Put 5 euro more in the price of accomodation and offer these for “free”, i think is more honest like that.

There was no parking as the street was closed off (even though we entered the ZTL zone!) and hence we had to park at the train station which costs us 100 euros op top. The price for the room is way too high for what you get. On top, breakfast is prepackaged goods that you get the day before - and a microwave to heat it up yourself. There was no lock on the bathroom.

Ubytováni je velmi blizko Duomo a středu stareho mesta.Komunikace s pronajimatelem bezproblémová v pohodé Snidané je připravovana den dopředu., lahev vody, dva malé pomerančove ďžusy , baleny croissant, mleko, yogurt, sušenky.. plastové kelinky na čaj a kavu a vodu.Bez nádobi. Je tan mikrovlna trouba, ale bez taliře neohřejete.:-( Naštesti je v dome obchod Conad a skvela kavarna s pecivem a skvelou kavou asi 50 kroku od vchodu od domu.
• Margaret (9/5): A great stay in a great location. - The location was fabulous! A short walk from the train station and a short walk to all Florence has to offer! The rooms were a nice size and the bathroom was modern and clean. They had a refigerator, water for us, wonderful coffee, a microwave, and everthing we needed. My husband and I traveled with our three teen/young adult children, so we had two rooms down the hall from each other. We had stayed in a different location the first part of our trip, and I found this location to be more convenient as well as a slightly nicer area. We felt safe walking around at night. The facility is decorated as one would think - a palace. The elevator was convenient when we were moving our luggage to and from our rooms, but other than that we took the stairs. I was pleased with the choice. The only "complaint" is that the hall lights are on a timer, so they would go off quicker than I prefer. You also have to punch your door code in and out, which turns off your interior lights. We got used to it after a while. It was not a deal breaker!

• elisa (7/5): Bella posizione ma scarsa pulizia - La posizione e gli accordi con il parcheggio a pagamento a prezzo agevolato. La cortesia della signora che risponde al telefono. La facilità di fare il check in. La pulizia delle stanze era scarsa, in doccia abbiamo trovato dei campioni strappati di shampoo e di bagno schiuma dei precedenti ospiti. La struttura non da campioncini ma ci sono i dispenser ricaricabili a parete. :-( La porta del bagno se si chiedeva poi si aveva molte difficoltà a riaprirla rischiando di rimanere bloccati. L asciuga capelli è molto vecchio e lentissimo. Dentro al bollitore abbiamo trovato le bustine già usate e lasciate lì dai precedenti ospiti. Nell armadio cucina era scritto che in frigo avremmo trovato del latte e yogurt gratis ma non c'erano e che potevamo scaldare il latte nel microonde ma il microonde non c'era nella nostra stanza. Le finiture delle stanze non erano molto rifinite e le persiane della stanza con il divano letto non si riuscivano a chiudere.

Bref à coup de sms , de code d’accès ect ….. via nos téléphones , nous n’avons rencontré personne en présentiel

• Asta (8/5): Good stay - The location was very good. It was centrally located and a walking distance to main attractions. Easy to find and check in. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was plenty of room to move around. Not sure if the staff was trying to cover up a smell or simply make the space feel more pleasant, but we were greeted by a very strong scent when we walked in. It took a while to air out and was a bit uncomfortable. My suggestion would be to use less fragrance, as some guests might be sensitive to strong scents.
• ALISON (10/5): Very spacious, well equiped fabulous apartment with beautiful old traditional decore modernised. - It was in an great location close to the city centre. Having a small kitchen area complete with small fridge, kettle, microwave and even some essential food items such as milk, juice tea and coffee was fantastic. The traditional old Italian decor which has been modernised was also very nice. Loved this place, totallly enjoyed staying at this property and felt homely. The shower was very small, and it was quite noisy late at night especially as we were there on a Saturday night,
