• Noah (4/5): If you just care about location its alright if you care for anything else keep looking - The location is the only good thing. Its dirty and unkept. The bed frame was broken and there was a weird constant noise coming from the ceiling. Bathroom was old broken and dirty.

Kambarys didžiulis, tamsus, su virtuvės kampeliu, tačiau juo pasinaudot nelabai galėjome, nes indų buvo nedaug, o ir tie labai jau nesidėvėję. Šaldytuvas priaugęs ledo ir skleidžantis garsą, todėl teko jį atjungti. Languose nebuvo tinklelio nuo uodų, tai naktį jie kandžiojosi. Kambario langas išėjo į mažą vidinį kiemą į kurį išeidavo parūkyt ir gan garsiai pasikalbėt gretimo restorano personalas. Kadangi butas pačiame miesto centre, tai triukšmas didelis ne tik dieną, bet ir naktį. Atskira padėka buto savininkui - jis rūpestingas, atidus, viską stengėsi paaiškinti. Bendras 3 kambariams skirtas vonios kambarys visada buvo švarus, visada buvo karšto vandens. Viskas buvo taip kaip ir tikėjomės, jokių nemalonių netikėtumų

• Katherine (7/5): If you don’t mind an uncomfortable sleep, the location is worth staying. - The location was in a great spot within the city. The room and shared bathroom were both clean and tidy. The host provided a video for check in to locate the building more easily. The mattress and pillow made for an incredibly uncomfortable sleep. The toilet seat was broken. The host communicates through WhatsApp and to check in, we must make a video call to verify ourselves and the host unlocked the main door via phone. There is a Cash request for city tax which has been included in the rest of our stays online prices. It would be nice to have a kettle and cups in the room.
• Naël (1/5): Mauvais. - L'endroit est bien situé La chambre est poisseuse, pas aérée, ni ventilation. La fenêtre donne sur larriere court d'un restaurant, merci l'odeur. La chambre est mal nettoyée, les prises électriques sont défectueuses. Les lits sont durs, les oreillers sont plats. La télé n'est que décorative. La douche, collective, fonctionne mal. Pas de frigo pour stocker quoi que ce soit. Aucune isolation phonique, la personne en charge des lieux ouvre les fenêtres et laisse les portes claquer, lumières allumées ce qui empêche de dormir. La propriétaire a essayé de me réclamer des frais additionnels.

• Bianca (6/5): - Localização mesmo central ao pé da famosa catedral, tem vários estabelecimentos ao pé, desde restaurantes, supermercados, cafés, lojas… Não conseguimos dormir porque os canos da água faziam imenso barulho, sempre que alguém abria a torneira, nos andares de cima. Um barulho ensurdecedor, não conseguimos descansar, foi a pior noite destes 20 dias que andamos a viajar. A cama também fazia imenso barulho de cada vez que nos movíamos. E à saída, tentamos colocar as chaves na save box, no check out, e o código que nos foi fornecido deixou de funcionar. Ah, e o check out ser às 09h30 não faz sentido nenhum.

El propietario decía que estaba señalado todo pero no se veía nada, no sabíamos qué puerta era. Además muy pocas luces. El baño se llenaba de agua y las puertas no cerraban

• Marie-Béatrice (7/5): Jolie chambre mais prenez des boulkies - Notre chambre était spacieuse, avec cuisine frigo tv table etc on avait de la place et vraiment dans le centre très proche du ponte vecchio de santa maria novella etc quartier vivant et très sympa Il n’y a pas d'isolation au niveau du bruit on entendait tout, les gens dehors dans la rue, les gens des chambres voisines qui nous ont réveillés 2 ou 3 fois c’etait infernal. Les toilettes sont dans la salle de bain commune donc si vous voulez prendre une douche ou aller au toilette et que vous êtes pressé si le voisin y est déjà c’est vraiment embêtant vous n’avez pas le choix que d’attendre et ça peut être long si la personne se prépare.

While sleeping there was a constant noise coming from a pipe inside. Also, most importantly, there was no hot water and the toilet siphon had a problem.

I wish the best with getting all this fixed up to make it the best stay of its type in Florence - Location, price, Florence’s authentic facility • Not clean utilities, • some hotel residents switched off the hot water tank by accident and at first night of our stay there was not hot water (though the issue was resolved quickly once escalated) • pretty loud water pump at the common room • online guidance to the hotel via a WhatsApp video call is not really my type, prefer it was personal, i wish it had been mentioned at Booking.com before any purchase

Was easy to access at check in and felt safe Was sometimes cold in evening although when heating was turned on it was fine. Air con did not work so was a bit stuffy in room. La mia camera era molto bella e curata: pulita, spaziosa e luminosa, con parquet e travi a vista; il bagno moderno e funzionale. Il check-in è completamente digitale, chiaro e senza intoppi: l’host mi ha guidato passo passo via WhatsApp in modo amichevole ma preciso ed è stato sempre super disponibile. Per la posizione ultra centrale, la pulizia, la comodità e l’assistenza ricevuta, il prezzo pagato è stato più che onesto.

• Teresa (8/5): Superb central location - La posizione al centro di Firenze, in via del Corso, è davvero fantastica, e una cosa che ho apprezzato anche di più è che, una volta dentro la stanza, c'era silenzio. Non ho sentito rumore dalla strada e questo ha reso il soggiorno perfetto. Sia la stanza, che il bagno in comune erano puliti. L’host è stato sempre disponibile, e molto attento e gentile. . If you're looking for a simple clean room at a very reasonable price in a super central location this place is good and I found it very quiet. The host was very kind and helpful, the access information was clear and entry easy. I was in room 2 and, as is typical of buildings in Florence, the window opens onto an air well to the back, but I didn't mind because the room is very reasonably priced and I enjoyed a very peaceful 4-night stay right in the centre of Florence.

• Natalia (7/5): Blisko centrum, ale pokój śmierdzi fajkami - Z pewnością priorytetowym i najlepszym aspektem jest lokalizacja - wychodzisz wprost na zatłoczoną ulicę w centrum miasta. Jednocześnie pokój jest bardzo cichy, mimo otwartego okna (z widokiem na ścianę :P a więc bardzo mrocznego) Pokój duży łazienka do dopracowania - prysznic czy wieszaki już dawno powinny być wymienione. Pokój śmierdzi papierosami. Dostanie się do pokoju wymaga videocalla xDD z właścicielką. To trochę zabawne, ale i niekomfortowe. Bardzo średnia informacja o tym, że we Włoszech za każdą dobę płaci się dodatkowe niemałe pieniądze za opłatę miejską.
• Irene (1/5): Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else - Honestly, this is the worst accommodation I have ever stayed at. I don’t have high standards, I just expect basic decency. Let’s start with the bathroom… it took us half an hour to take a one-minute shower because the water heating system doesn’t work. Either you burn under the shower, or the water suddenly turns freezing, literally like minus 5 degrees. The place is full of mold, the owner speaks very poor English, the electricity goes off in the middle of the day, the heating system is poor, and the kitchen information is misleading, it’s only available for one room out of the three, just to mention a few issues.

La camera si trova in pieno centro, in una posizione ottima, vicina a tutti i servizi principali e, nonostante questo, abbastanza silenziosa. Era situata al primo piano e aveva una finestra che dava su un altro muro. La stanza era ben pulita e funzionale, e veniva pulita tutte le mattine su richiesta. Il bagno è in comune con altre tre stanze. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e professionale. In particolare abbiamo conosciuto Carmine, che si occupava della gestione delle chiavi e dell’assistenza agli ospiti: sempre disponibile, cordiale ed efficiente. Ha risposto con rapidità a ogni nostra richiesta, rendendosi immediatamente reperibile in caso di necessità. Anche grazie alla sua disponibilità siamo riusciti ad allungare il soggiorno di una notte.

Il letto matrimoniale per cui ho pagato non era un letto matrimoniale, ma due materassi singoli messi insieme ma con uno spazio notevole in mezzo. Il telecomando per l’aria condizionata non funzionava, e non c’era acqua calda per le due notti in cui ero li. Avevo anche scritto queste cose alla persona responsabile e non mi è stata data nessuna risposta e non è cambiato niente. La pulizia del bagno era anche pessima.

The bathroom could use some renovation. The toilet seat is broken and the water in the shower is either boiling hot or cold.

• Elisabetta (4/5): Deludente - Posizione strategica. Buon servizio di deposito bagagli Vista camera su un muro con odori e rumori fastidiosi da una cucina sottostante. In bagno la tavoletta del wc era rotta e ci è stato detto che sarebbe stata cambiata la settimana successiva quindi dopo la nostra partenza. Non hanno messo nemmeno lo scotch per cui risultava pericolosa. La doccia non si riusciva a regolare per niente.:temperatura o da ustione o gelida. Impossibile miscelare. In ogni caso usciva pochissima acqua e ho dovuto rinunciare a lavare i capelli. Un unico bagno per 3 camere è decisamente insufficiente. Di sicuro non ci tornerò.

• Mangata (5/5): Sirvió cómo experiencia - La ubicación está muy bien. Te envían un video para entrar y eso también está bueno. La cama es súper vieja, hace ruido por todos lados. No podes dejar la ventana abierta porque entra olor a podrido. El baño es malisimo. No te podes bañar porque el agua sale hirviendo o congelada, no tiene punto medio. La tapa del inodoro te pellizca el culo y te lastima portare esta rota
• Costanza (3/5): Decepcionante - Buena ubicación En general el apartamento tenia pinta de ser viejo y descuidado, con cosas rotas y sucias, pero el problema principal fue el ruido, un pitido que llegaba de abajo muy molesto, había mosquitos (en noviembre) las camas no eran nada cómodas y encima para entrar el dueño/la dueña al llegar tiene que abrirte la puerta. Deberían de hacer alguna reforma al piso y en mi opinión un baño para 3 habitaciones es poco. Nos quedamos una noche porque no había muchas opciones por el puente y la verdad no nos gustó nada.
