• Marina (10/5): Very nice, clean any well equipped apartment to staying in! - The location of the property is not central, but it is very nice, quiet neighborhood with easy access to the city center by public transport. All was really great, the beds are comfy, very clean apartment, kitchen is very beautiful, full of different stuff needed for daily use. The host Esmeralda is super friendly, helpful and nice person. I definitely recommend this property!

La habitación es bastante antigua, y el calentador de agua hace un ruido bastante desagradable. La habitación, da a la calle, por lo que es bastante ruidosa, te dejan unos tapones, pero aún así se escuchan bastante los coches.

Anastasia è stata molto gentile e super presente anche con preziosi consigli su bar e ristoranti. Non semplice il parcheggio libero intorno alla struttura ma il parcheggio pubblico Parterre è a 2 minuti a piedi: poco costoso e vi si può accedere facilmente anche con il telepass.

• Raul (10/5): - Muy buena ubicación con el tranvía desde el aeropuerto, la parada de la plaza de la libertad está a escasos metros del alojamiento. Caminando desde allí a la catedral se tardan 20 min al mismo centro de Florencia, si quieres puedes tomar el tranvía también. Alrededor hay muchas opciones para comer, desayunar y un supermercado cercano. La habitación era más amplia de los esperado, equipada con cafetera, hervidor, mini nevera. La cama era muy cómoda. El baño estaba equipado con un secador pequeño pero muy útil, toallas, zapatillas e incluso un bidé. Pero lo mejor fue la anfitriona, Esmeralda, es una persona encantadora, nos dió muy buenos consejos y recomendaciones para visitar la ciudad. Nos sentimos como en casa, sin duda si volvemos a Florencia repetiremos.

• Connie (10/5): Our visit to Florence was busy and Il Magnifico Firenze was a great place to stay. - Esmeralda was exceptionally helpful from the start when I made a mistake with our booking. When we arrived she took time to review a tourist map with us & marked a number of things we might be interested in seeing. The hotel is in a good location with easy access to a local tram to get to some of the sights in Florence. Numerous good restaurants nearby.

She is an incredible human being who is thoughtful of every single detail. Her attention to detail made our stay wonderful. We felt at home and were well taken care of. Her housekeeper was the sweetest young lady we had ever met. She is hospital, generous, kind, understanding and the location of the property was the best part that made walking around Florence great.

• Jeanne (8/5): Great stay in the center of Florence - Close to city center, the airport and the room holds amenities like a kettle, coffee machine and air conditioning. Very kind and responsive host. We did find the bed quite firm, and the building is somewhat noisy, so you can often hear other guests (in the hallway or their rooms) as well as traffic outside.

In camera c'erano anche a disposizione delle bevande e dei cantucci. La camera era molto pulita e luminosa, proprio come nelle foto. Tubature rumorose e scarico del water non subito funzionante (bisognava premere il pulsante 4-5 volte per poter scaricare correttamente)

Cal destacar la neteja i els detalls que et permeten fer un cafè quan et lleves. Si no tens cap dificultat de mobilitat (hi ha esglaons, sostres baixos...) val la pena gaudir-lo. La ubicació és bona, pots anar caminant al centre (20') o en tranvia. Si has vingut en cotxe, trobaràs lloc per aparcar gratuïtant al carrer o un pàrquing de pagament al costat amb preu raonable. • Carola (10/5): Indimenticabile - Sono venuta a Firenze per due notti per festeggiare il mio compleanno con una mia amica, abbiamo scelto questo alloggio facendoci convincere dalle foto e dalla posizione (un po’ meno centrale quindi c’è sempre da fare una breve camminata per arrivare in centro, ma per questo molto più tranquilla e senza troppa gente in giro!). Ciò che ci ha stupite di più è stata l’accoglienza di Esmeralda, che da subito si è mostrata gentilissima e disponibile (pur avendo viaggiato molto sia io che la mia amica, non abbiamo MAI trovato questa cortesia) e lo è stata per tutto il soggiorno, pur rimanendo discreta e senza invadere i nostri spazi. La nostra camera era bellissima: spaziosa, luminosa e pulita, con un bollitore per il tè, una macchinetta del caffè e un mini frigo, quindi super rifornita!! Torneremo sicuramente e speriamo che sarà molto presto! /

• Ian (10/5): Excellent little pensione right next to Piazza Liberta. - Very clean and comfortable room, high above the street so no noise. All fittings excellent. I was a bit early on arrival, but Esmeralda came quickly to meet me and show me inside the property. The building is two minutes walk from the tram stop at Parterre Liberta, and close to the stop for the buses to Fiesole. Hopefully the stairs will be fixed soon, as the building has the world's slowest lift! Fine for those not in any hurry though...

It’s one of the few places that feel like they truly want to give you a great experience with discount cards and pamphlets to use so you can explore the city. Nothing. 10/10 would recommend for anyone traveling to Florence. Great location really accessible for both transport and very walkable towards the city center.

Located north in the city, Il Magnifico Firenze is within walking distance to most of the historical interests of Florence. It's also easily accessible by tram T2 and buses. The lift, which looks very new compared with this old building, makes it really friendly to travelers with luggage. Our host Esmeralda is very welcoming, doting and energetic as she offers great suggestions on how to explore the magnificence of Florence. We really benefitted a lot from the traffic advice she provided. She is accommodating and helps take care of our luggage post checkout, which made our last half day in town very convenient. I'd highly recommend Il Magnifico Firenze to people who enjoy exploring and also want a quiet place to rest after a long day in the city.

• Aurora Maria (10/5): Meravigliosa fuga a Firenze - Abbiano trascorso due giorni a "Il Magnifico Firenze" in occasione di una piccola fuga per un anniversario. La struttura è veramente deliziosa, la camera molto ampia, calda, pulitissima e rilassante. All'interno della stanza, oltre ad asciugami, pantofole e prodotti bagno, abbiamo trovato anche, un frigobar con 3 bottiglie d'acqua, macchinetta del caffè e cialde, bollitore, diverse tisane e tè ma anche piatti, bicchieri e posate (che per noi sono stati comodissimi, considerata anche la presenza di un supermercato Esselunga a pochi metri dalla struttura). La pulizia della camera è avvenuta giornalmente, altro elemento che ha reso il soggiorno piacevole e comodo. Ultimo, ma non per importanza, Esmeralda è un host fantastica. Gentilissima fin dalla prima accoglienza, al nostro arrivo ci ha fornito una cartina della città, mostrandoci i principali luoghi di interesse e piccole chicche sconosciute ai turisti. Ci ha inoltre indicato i mezzi di trasporto per raggiungerli (numeri di autobus e tram) che ci sono stati utilissimi per spostarci. È stara veramente adoralbile. Soggiorno da 10 e lode!!! ❤️
• Asia (8/5): Lovely, fun, clean - Really lovely hospitality, regarding being greeted and told about everything. As well as recommended transport to get to the main part of Florence and a nice restaurant with a discount. Overall lovely accomadation. I didn't realise it would be a little noisy within the morning, due to being by a road. But earplugs were provided but did not struggle to get to sleep and wasn't awaken by the road either. You can just notice the road, that's all.

• Sébastien (9/5): Quelques jours agréables - Accueil sympathique et facile, n'hésitez pas à appeler dès que vous arrivez sur Florence les chambres sont peut être déjà prêtes bien avant l'heure stipulée. De bons conseils, des attentions appréciées Chambre classe, typée, hauteur sous plafond, lit à baldaquin, vrais meubles ... Equipements nécessaires présents tant dans la chambre que dans la salle d'eau. Commerces et restaurants de proximité au bas de l'immeuble et des places de parking gratuites dans la rue 20 minutes de marche du centre La faiblesse des écoulements, les canalisations sont vétustes et peuvent vite être problématiques La climatisation est un peu faible (et bruyante) pour rafraichir correctement en rentrant tard le soir

• Zeynab (9/5): Overall, I’d give our stay a solid 9 out of 10.♥️ - We had a lovely stay at this hotel, thanks especially to the amazing staff. Esmeralda was like an angel—so kind, warm, and welcoming. She made us feel right at home. The room was clean and cozy, with comfortable bedding. While the space was a bit small, it was still very comfortable for us. The location was fantastic—close to tram and bus stations, which made getting around very easy. The biggest issue we faced was the noise from outside. Although Esmeralda kindly provided earplugs, the windows didn’t block the sound well, and it felt like we were sleeping on the street. If you're not too sensitive to noise, it should be fine. But if you are, I’d recommend bringing high-quality earplugs just in case.
• Laura (8/5): Authentic lovely stay - The room was very well decorated, location is very handy to transport links, and the host and property owner was so kind! The only thing is that it’s very loud as it’s next to a busy road and you can hear others in the building
