I opened the fridge and there was old food in there. We didn’t end up using or needing to use the kitchen facilities in the end.

Si sono trovati benissimo, camera che rispecchia le foto, pulita e in ordine, silenziosa e vicinissima al centro città e alla stazione di SMN pertanto non hanno usato mezzi e si sono goduti il week end a pieno visto la breve distanza al centro e ai monumenti. Lo staff egregio e affidabile, ho avuto modo di chiedere alcune cose sempre tramite chat e mi hanno risposto in tempi brevissimi e sempre molto gentili e cordiali. Check-in in autonomia con la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli all’arrivo prima del check-in e al check out, non hanno un vero e proprio deposito bagagli ma ti danno la possibilità di lasciarli o in camera o nel soggiorno. We were ok as we only had hand luggage but if you have a large luggage it's very inconvenient to go up 3 flights of stairs without lift, when you arrive and when you leave. These details should be divulged when booking. I leave this to lots of hotels: a shelf is needed near the sink to put toiletries on.

L’host ci ha dato degli asciugamani per il pavimento ma il disagio é stato molto grande: tutto quello che era sul pavimento si é bagnato, rischiando di bagnare anche il caricatore del telefono poiché il cavo poggiava per terra.

La ducha( ducha/WC conjuntos)se inunda con solo poner un poco la potencia fuerte, no hay recambio de toallas aunque vayas varios días y el propietario nos dijo por WhatsApp que había que pagar un suplemento por turista y día, dijo que se lo dejáramos en la habitación, lo recogió y no hizo ni la habitación.

Unica nota negativa era la pulizia. La pulizia nella zona comune (cucina e sala). Nella stanza 1 la puzza del bagno.

La habitación es amplia, con baño privado, todo muy limpio. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos buenos días. El piso tiene además cocina común y está decorado con mucho gusto. Acogedor La habitación para 3 personas tiene una cama amplia pero para la 3º persona hay un sofá-cama que no es tan cómodo, aunque para unos días es suficiente.

The room was comfy & there was a central kitchen living room area where we - Very close to many of the major attractions The stairs were very dark - during the day it was ok but coming in after dark you had to be careful unless you rode the elevator.
