Daya (1/5): Katastrophal - Nichts Ich war für zwei Tage geschäftlich dort und war leider sehr enttäuscht. Schon bei der Ankunft musste ich etwa 10 Minuten an der Rezeption warten, ohne dass jemand erreichbar war. Erst danach kam Personal, was keinen besonders guten ersten Eindruck hinterlassen hat. Insgesamt habe ich mich während meines Aufenthalts nicht wohlgefühlt. Die Gemeinschaftsküche war nicht sauber, im gesamten Bereich lag ein unangenehmer Geruch in der Luft, und auch das Badezimmer wirkte stark abgewohnt. Besonders die Dusche machte keinen gepflegten Eindruck. Auch die Betten waren sehr unbequem, und auf dem Bettlaken befanden sich Flecken, was für mich ein absolutes No-Go ist. Für den Preis hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet. Meiner Meinung nach gibt es in dieser Preisklasse bessere Alternativen.

Benita (4/5): Raum stinkt, Rest ok, sauber, Küche vorhanden, schöne Morgensonne - Küche vorhanden Durchgelegene Matratze auf abgebautem Doppelbett, Bettpfosten gefährlich! Raum stank nach Zigaretten und Duftbäumen!!! Luft im Flur nach altem Fisch, abgestanden, bei Ankunft stockfinster, man musste nach Lichtschaltern tasten, nachts dann doch hell durch Bodenritze zum Flur. Leider nicht wie vorher angekündigt „überall Parkmöglichkeiten“, sondern musste ca 10 min Laufen nach 15 Min Suchen, da überall Parkverbot (auch ohne Baustelle), Kind derweil allein im Zimmer, da erst Gepäck hochgebracht. Hässliches Gebäude in Industriegebiet.

Feho (10/5): Ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt – saubere Unterkunft, freundliche Gastgeber und alles genauso wie beschrieben. - Eine Unterkunft wie man es sich wünscht.. Preisleistung sowie Service eine 10!! Unkomplizierte Abwicklung, sowie die Kommunikation mit den Gastgeber war super - schnell und freundlich. Großes Lob an die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und der Ausstattung.. ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und hatte alles was ich brauche. Sehr Empfehlenswert diese Unterkunft!! Keine Beanstandung!

Lennart (1/5): Abzocke und Verarsche!!! Überhaupt nicht wie auf den Bildern. Maximal 1 Stern wert! - Gar nichts! Vorab: Es ist KEIN Hotel!!! Auch nicht das was auf dem Bild zusehen ist. Ich weiß nicht wie das seitens Booking.com als Hotel durchgehen kann und auch noch 7,8 Sterne als Bewertung hat??? Es handelt sich schlicht und einfach gesagt um ein leerstehendes Bürogebäude, indem Feldbetten aufgestellt wurden. KEIN HOTEL!!! Gefallen hat mir also gar nichts. Dazu: Unhygienisch! Auf dem Spannbettlaken sowie auf der Bettdecke und Kopfkissen waren Haare vom vorherigen Gast. Absolut ekelhaft! Eine Übernachtung sollte maximal 10€ kosten, weil man zumindest ein Dach über den Kopf hat, mehr nicht!

Félix (9/5): Bon séjour. Merci pour la vidéo de l’accès à l’hébergement - Bon hébergement bon marché. Utile pour profiter du marché de Noël de Stuttgart si vous êtes prêts à passer un peu de temps dans les transports publics. Il y a un arrêt de bus à 30 mètres de l’hébergement. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la vidéo envoyée par l’hôte, qui facilite l’arrivée à l’hébergement. Un peu loin, mais c’était en connaissance de cause.
