• Alexandra (9/5): Top du top! - Nous regrettons de ne pas avoir pris plus de jour! L’appartement est superbe ! L’emplacement aussi, d’une superbe propreté. Rien à redire. La vue est incroyable, pour un café, pour un apéro ou même un repas. Il manquerait peut être juste un torchon pour la vaisselle et un égouttoir. Mais ce n’est vraiment que du détail!

• Joanna (10/5): - Komfortowy apartament ze wspaniałym widokiem na port w Dubrowniku. Przesympatyczny, bardzo pomocny właściciel. Apartament wyposażony jest we wszystko, co może być potrzebne podczas dłuższego pobytu. Apartament zlokalizowany jest tuż przy Magistrali, co może być pewnym problemem w czasie sezonu letniego. Poza sezonem lokalizacja jest idealna.

• Terence (10/5): Very pleasant stay - Seno was very responsive and made sure we were comfortable in the apartment. Water pressure in the shower was great. Beds were comfortable and has a great view. It's a 3 minute walk from the Nuncijata bus stop which bus no. 3 goes to. The apartment is at the top of the slope and it would be quite a climb from the intercity bus terminal. Seno would be able to fetch you to the apartment for 10 euros.

• Daniel (10/5): If you get the chance to stay here, take it! - The apartment was SO clean and spacious with every modern convenience and every possible small touch thought of. Our host Seno (spelling?) was so helpful and responded to all of our messages and questions immediately. The view from the balcony out over the (newer part of the) city was incredible. The bed was very comfortable. It was also really nice to have a washing machine. I wish we had booked more than just two nights, it was an ideal spot. The ONLY tiny negative comment I could possibly make is that there was no little shelf in the shower to put your shampoo and soap on. But that's such a minor thing I'm almost embarrassed to write it lol.

• Joey (10/5): Comfortable place with amazing sunset views - This apartment is perfect for a stay in Dubrovnik. It’s easily walkable to Lapad and the Old City. There are also two different bus routes that stop close to the place - route 3 and 3a. The place is fully equipped and Seno is a great host and makes sure you are confortable. Another plus is the amazing balcony with the great view!!

• Anonymous (10/5): Stunning View, Wonderful Host - Seno was so welcoming & lovely! Organised taking us to & from the airport and was very accommodating. The property itself is beautiful - clean & modern and of course a Balcony with a stunning view - perfect for watching the sun set with a beer in hand! It’s also in a good place for transport with bus stops nearby to take you to the Old Town, etc. All this for a good price makes it even better! I would definitely recommend & stay again. Nothing - everything was excellent.
• Nicoleta (10/5): Really lovely stay - We’ve been traveling all around Croatia for 10 days and we had 4 different accommodations. This apartment was for sure the best of them all. We loved all the little details, you really find everything you need for a perfect stay. The owner is also very helpful and he replied very fast to all our questions. It’s no need to say that the view from the terrace is absolutely lovely. The location was pretty far from the city but you can reach the Old Town very easy with an Uber.
• Verena (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing apartment! The apartment is exceptionally well equipped with everything you need, especially the kitchen! A dishwasher and washing machine is also in the apartment. The bathroom is super nice, two air cons cool down the apartment really well and the best part is the balcony to watch ships come in and out of the harbor. The view and the sunsets were really the best part! A small supermarket is close by. The old town is a little further away but in walkable distance (if you don't mind the stairs and a bit of walking). The bus is also close, but we did not need it during our stay. Seno is a wonderful host and was easy to reach at any time and gave us tips on things to do on Dubrovnik. Thanks for hosting us!

The apartment has a wonderful view from the terrace with astonishing sunsets! The host was always available and very helpful, advised about attractions, shops and restaurants in the area. The apartment is newly renovated and has everything one needs.

In the kitchen there is everything you might need for having breakfast or cooking a meal. I enjoyed the calm neighborhood without tourists all around. On the other hand is very easy to reach the city centre by bus. The host is very kind and helpful, providing all the info about the city, activities and transport. I had a little problem with keys and after 5 minutes someone came to help me. Definitely I will be back here! All was perfect!

• Douglas (9/5): Superb - Private balcony with an amazing view of gruz canal. The space is well decorated and toilet looks newly renovated with strong rainshower. The location is within 3 mins walk to the main bus line to old town. Seno and his family is very welcoming and helpful with all our queries. Balcony has no shelter so it can get messy especially after rain. The wifi was also not working but was quickly fixed by the owner.

Next time in D I will be staying at this same apartment - The apartment was perfect, parking and close to bus stop into town (though a bit dangerous as its on the main road). The apartment is brand new with all the amenities for a longer star. The hosts were welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed for a stay in town. Although it is a bit out of town it was chosen so we wouldn't have to drag luggage up/down stairs. Parking right in front and no stairs to climb. Good sized living room and kitchen with all you need, good terrace and amazing views. There were complimentary tea, coffee (different types) water, juices, etc - more than enough to keep you going until you can do a shop. Nothing to complain about.

• Maria (10/5): Exceptional - First of all, THE VIEW. It is excellent even though it is not in the old town! We mostly enjoyed the calm mornings, without tourists all around us, the bird sounds, the amazing sunsets. it’s a very romantic apartment, especially for couples! The apartment was very clean and everything you might need, is inside! Seno is an excellent host. He helped us with the buses and the activities in Dubrovnik. We had an amazing time! It is slightly further away from the old town, but there are 2 buses that take you directly to Pile gate. The bus stations are very close. However, you can always walk! It takes approximately 40 minutes to reach the old town on foot, but on your way there you will discover small, picturesque streets, smell freshly baked bread from the neighborhood’s pekara, meet locals. However, returning from the old town on foot requires some strong legs since there are stairs that take you to the apartment. You are rewarded with the amazing view though!
