• Tisheva (6/5): - Локацията е чудесна, тихо място на края на селцето. Мениджмънтът на това място определено куца. Създали са едно бижу, на прекрасна локация, но просто не влагат необходимите ресурси, за да го поддържат и превърнат в наистина невероятно място за настаняване. Не може да се плаща с карта, което за нас беше много голямо неудобство. Менюто е силно ограничено. Чистотата също не беше на ниво, нито в стаята, нито в останалата част на хотела и басейна. Водата в банята течеше много слабо, лампата в коридора и над мивката не светеха. По-голямата от двете дами-домакини не беше особено любезна и на почти всички въпроси отговаряше "защото така", "при нас е така", или с подобни кратки и високомерни отговори, на съвсем нормални въпроси, което изобщо не е гостоприемно и по-скоро би отблъснало клиентите. За щастие, младата домакиня беше изключително внимателна и любезна. Бях на косъм да отменя втората ни нощувка, след първите ни впечатления от мястото и после съжалихме, че не сме го направили, защото втората вечер бяхме свидетели на скандали на висок тон и чужд език почти цяла вечер, до сутринта и като изказахме лошите си впечатления на доскоро нелюбезната домакиня, тя изведнъж се превърна в най-любезната такава, като се опита да ни обясни, че уж въпросните гости били в еуфория, поради някакъв си повод... Мисля, всеки би различил празничната еуфория, пред бурни циг@нски скандали. Дори не се опитаха да ни компенсират по някакъв начин, каквато е добрата практика. Определено не бихме повторили!

• Slava (7/5): I’d recommend this place for a short stay if you’re looking to disconnect and enjoy the mountain air - I stayed at this charming mountain hotel and enjoyed the peaceful setting and beautiful views. The facility is great, especially the swimming pool, which adds a nice touch for relaxing. The hotel owners and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the stay feel warm and personal. However, the location is quite remote, with no nearby restaurants or cafés, so you're entirely dependent on the hotel for meals. Unfortunately, the food options are very limited and repetitive. The pool area had only two chaise longues, despite several guests wanting to use it — and oddly, they kept the area around the pool mostly clear of chairs, which doesn’t make much sense if the pool is meant to be a key feature. Wi-Fi was available only around the restaurant and pool area. Once you go upstairs to your room, there’s no connection, which may be inconvenient for some. Also, since it’s a family-run hotel, the owners are often around, so there isn’t much privacy.
