À deux pas de la place centrale de Guadalupe mais au calme, en pleine nature avec une vue absolument magnifique sur le village d'un côté et sur la campagne et les montagnes de l'autre. Chambre spacieuse et très confortable, avec même une lampe de chevet, ce qui est rare en Colombie. Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux. Un accueil très chaleureux. Et le propriétaire, señor Rafael, est d'une amabilité remarquable et donne de très bons conseils et aide à organiser les visites des Guachas et des autres sites touristiques de cette superbe région. Merci à lui et à son équipe. Devoir partir au bout de trois jours !!!

- Olaya betancur (10/5): Mevilloso lugar - Todo, la amabilidad de Don Rafael, el desayuno, la señora que nos atendió en el desayuno, la tranquilidad, el orden, aseo, silencio y lo bonito del lugar, seguro y cerca a todo. Definitivamente no solo el municipio es hermoso, también el hospedaje el portón de don Luis fue maravilloso. No hay nada malo.

- Carlos (9/5): Recommended! - Nice view from the hotel. Near to the center Square (2 blocks away) and walking distance to las Gachas (45 mins). Quiet place. Excellent breakfast and kindness from the hostess and his team.
- Anonymous (10/5): This place is worth visiting! - Rafael greeted me upon arrival, took the time to get to know me and introduce me to his farm. He was kind and knowledgeable of the area. I was able to join in farming chores and see how local cheese and butter is made. The place is peaceful and spacious. I would return again! I wish the farm had a water filter to fill my waterbottle.
- Robert (8/5): I would recommend this and would stay there again. - Great location and the owner, Rafael, is very accommodating. The rooms are spacious and the view is spectacular. It is clean and the staff are great. The walls between the rooms are, obviously very thin. We could hear one of the neighbor snoring and all of the conversations on both sides of our room.

- Jill (10/5): Excellent place to relax - Rafael, the owner, is a very kind and helpful individual. He helped us when we were lost in Guadalupe and couldn't find the place. He personally walked to our car to meet us and helped us find his place. He was very personable and willing to go the extra mile to help us locate a way to get cash in his small town, organized our tours, brought coffee in the morning, and even explained the intricacies of breeding cattle. The views are incredible. You are surrounded by green mountains and valleys and close to Las Gachas, waterfalls, rivers, caves and nature. It is a wonderful place to enjoy the beauty of nature. The construction in town made it hard to locate the hotel and the address on Google maps is not accurate.

- Saara (10/5): Beautiful place & helpful host - Beautiful location and lovely, spotlessly clean room. Our host Rafael was very attentive and helpful despite us not speaking any Spanish, and he organised a walking trip for us with a local guide called Francisco who showed us around waterfalls and the gorgeous countryside - a very nice day out. Food was tasty and freshly prepared. Gardens and surrounding countryside buzzing with life: we saw a hummingbird and many other colourful birds straight from the veranda! Recommended. Gracias Rafael & El Portal De Don Luis!
