El trato al ingreso amable y cordial, pero a la salida frío y hasta hostil y fue por la misma persona, deben tener un poco más de cordialidad hacia los pasajeros ya que que al menos los que viajamos mucho nos damos cuanta en esos detalles y nos amargan la estancia al irnos..

Cássio Diogo (9/5): - Mesmo sendo um pouco afastado, é um lugar muito tranquilo. Como estávamos em grupo, a estrutura da cozinha e refeitório foi muito útil. A atenção da proprietária e suas filhas é outro bom referencial. Os chuveiros podem melhorar, pois tem problemas de pressão e dificultam o aquecimento.

El unico defecto el calor es insoportable y no cuenta con Aire Acondicionado o Ventilador. Pero todo lo demas super super bien. Llevar repelente de zancudos, hay muchos! Pero es propio del sector.

Carmen (3/5): Nice landscape and building, but to call it Hotel Boutique and Spa is a little too much - The landscape is nice. the building is new with poor terminations. You can use the kitchen installations to have breakfast and you can put your stuff into the refrigerator. It has a nice open dining area. the beds were ok, I would say in the comfortable side. the view from the window of the room was nice. This place is advertised as Hotel Boutique & Spa, and it's far away to be something similar to that. Nobody offered us any additional service, I was expecting to have a relax day in the spa, this was the main reason why I booked this place, but nobody was there. Our triple room was very basic, the bathroom was good size but with no mirror, there was no mirror either in the room. The only persons that we saw was the owner that just went to receive the payment, and the not too friendly cleaning lady. Be aware that you have to pay in cash with no receipt.
