Ihre wertvollen Tipps zu den Skigebieten waren uns eine große Hilfe. Die Wohnung war groß, modern und sauber und es fehlte an Nichts.

Ha fornito utili suggerimenti su cosa visitare, dove conviene andare a mangiare e in genere cosa c'è di interessante e quali supermarket erano aperti in questo periodo. l'appartamentino è ben arredato in maniera intelligente. materassi da migliorare nella camera da letto, a mio avviso troppo molli.

Ich schließe mich einigen Vorbewertungen an: Lieber bei freien Bewertungsportalen schauen, dieser Aufenthalt hat mein Vertrauen in die Authentizität der Bewertungen bei booking.com schwer erschüttert. Die Unterkunft ist völlig in Ordnung, die Umgangsformen der Wirtin überhaupt nicht. Gastfreundschaft (und Urlaub) geht definitiv anders.

• Marta (3/5): Trato pésimo - Lamentablemente no puedo dar buenas referencias de este lugar. Solo reservamos para una noche ya que estábamos de paso visitando mercados navideños de la zona y justo cuando íbamos a hacer el check-in, era sobre las 16h (la franja horaria del check-in era entre las 15h y las 20h, se dejan las llaves en un buzón con un código que nos enviaron), recibimos un mensaje diciéndonos que las llaves serían entregadas a las 20h. Llamamos al establecimiento para decirles que nos era imposible ir a esa hora ya que estábamos en un evento en otro pueblo; la mujer que respondió el teléfono no hablaba inglés y de malas maneras nos colgó el teléfono. Les enviamos un mensaje pidiéndoles por favor que dejaran las llaves en el buzón tal y como nos habían dicho inicialmente que harían, y decidimos ir. Antes de llegar recibimos un mensaje (en alemán) en respuesta al nuestro, diciéndonos "que no iban a hacer eso y que a partir de las ocho querían paz y tranquilidad"... NO ENTENDÍAMOS A QUÉ VENÍA ESO. Al llegar al establecimiento encontramos la llave en el buzón y accedimos a la habitación sin problema... buscamos a la mujer pero no había nadie. Nos fuimos al evento que teníamos en un pueblo de al lado, volvimos sobres las 21h y pasamos la noche allí sin problema aparente. Nuestra sorpresa fue que a la mañana siguiente teníamos un mensaje de Booking diciendo que EL ESTABLECIMIENTO HABÍA CANCELADO LA RESERVA y que se encargarían de hablar con ellos. Al cabo de unos días Booking nos dijo que la mujer del establecimiento se confundió de reserva, que tuvo algún problema con otras personas de otra reserva y en vez de cancelar su reserva nos canceló la nuestra. Podemos comprender un error, lo que no comprendemos es que a fecha de hoy no hayamos recibido unas disculpas por el malentendido, creo que es un mínimo pues recibimos un trato fasto sin causa alguna. Y AQUÍ NO HA PASADO NADA. Pues no, a nosotros nos hicieron pasar un mal rato y creo que se tiene que hacer saber. Adjunto xat.

• Michael (10/5): Nice place to stay - I’d take the low ratings with a grain of salt or perhaps just a clash of personalities. I enjoyed my night here, bed was comfortable, place was clean, nice place to stay in a small town. There was even some information for local places/recommendations. There wasn’t much in the way of sound proofing, I heard cars going by often and a few other guests but it didn’t keep me up.

• Serhii (9/5): Everything is fine. - Staying at this hotel was pleasant. The hostess Viola is a strict but pleasant lady. I don't see any shortcomings, maybe only that I would like to have breakfast. But these are trifles. The location is excellent. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Bed linen without smell.

• Jörg (6/5): Ruhige Lage, es hat noch Potenzial - Wenige Minuten zur Bushaltestelle Leutasch Aue. Bauernhof Verkauf um die Ecke. Ruhig. Schöne Aussicht. Wenige Minuten bis Leutasch Weidach Zentrum mit Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Bad, Hotels und Restaurant. Aber nur mit dem Bus etwas mühsam. Es gibt ausser der Übernachtung nahezu nichts. Trotz der abgeschiedenen Lage nicht mal Kaffee am Morgen. Ein Wasserkocher ist auf dem Zimmer, Teebeutel gibt's auf Nachfrage. Einrichtung rustikal.

You might need to bring soap and cleaning soap for the dishes, sadly we did not find one. But in my opinion that does not change the fact, that we had great time at this place.

Very clean location, the host do the cleaning daily (except Sundays). The host speak English. If you want to check out early you get the breakfast at 07:30. (Normally it's from 08:00 till 09:30) Breakfast is good with quality products. Good value for the money. Pillow wasn't very comfortable. For the breakfast you can't find any options if you are a vegetarian. The check-in hours could be more flexible. Coffee isn't so good, coffee machine could be switched to a new one.
• Igor (1/5): Never stay here - Alps Ruined mood for 3 days. The hostess is rude from the first minutes. We asked in advance by email for hippo allergenic pillows, there were feather pillows in the room, we called the hostess, she started angrily poking them and loudly claiming that they were featherless, although the feathers were flying in different directions, a few minutes after arguing she snatched the pillow from our hands and went for another pillow. At breakfast, she took away plates with meat and cheese platters from the common table from under our noses and did not bring them back until we left. One morning she literally snatched a plate from my hands. "very hospitable", ... When asked to replace the bath towels, she yelled - no!!!; because it's a weekend and there's no cleaning. But we didn't ask for cleaning, just give me 2 miserable towels... She didn't give us a tourist card either, we got it ourselves via an app by email from seefeld.com. We are sure that after Mrs. Viola reads our review, she will lie here that we are wrong. We are travelers with a lot of experience and we have a good rating and we always give good marks. But we don't recommend going to this guest house. An angry, rude woman lives there. The bed is sagging and creaky.
