• Hans (10/5): Ein sehr zu empfehlendes Hotel. - Der erste Eindruck mag täuschen, denn das Hotel liegt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße. Aber nach dem Einbiegen auf das Hotelgelände sieht man einen schönen Gartenbereich. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 2.Stock mit Blick in viel Grün. Das Zimmer war gemütlich und ausreichend groß. Es war nachts trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig, wir hatten sogar das Fenster auf. Die natürliche Herzlichkeit des Personals hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Wir haben im hauseigenen Restaurant hervorragend zu Abend gegessen. Alles gut, wir haben uns dort wohlgefühlt. Ein Dank ans ganze Haus. Es gab keine störenden Details.
• Hans (8/5): Prima en waar voor je geld - Nette en schone kamer , goede bedden en een prima douche. Het ontbijt was prima met volop keuzes aan broodjes, sappen, yoghurtjes etcetera etcetera. Parkeerplaatsen bij het hotel. Wat gedateerd. Klein liftje. Geen koelkastje en kluisje op de kamer

• Peter (7/5): Gutes Hotel für einen Kurztrip an den Main - Das Zimmer incl. Bad/Toilette entsprach dem normalen Standard. Ein Plus war der Balkon. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Mit dem Frühstücksbuffet waren wir auch sehr zufrieden. Es war keine Minibar vorhanden.

Essen sehr gut, Frühstück gut und ausreichend. Personal sehr nett. Fahrradgarage uralt und muffelig und zu wenig Steckdosen für Fahrrad laden

Room was reasonable size and bed comfortable. Had free parking. Too much noise from the road to have window open to lower temperature but manageable overnight with window closed.

The check-in process was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by the charming decor that combined traditional German elements with modern comfort. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with all the amenities one could ask for, including a comfortable bed and a lovely view of the surrounding area. It was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the beautiful town of Kitzingen. The highlight of my stay was definitely the on-site restaurant. The menu featured a delightful selection of local dishes, all expertly prepared. I highly recommend trying the regional specialties; the flavors were simply outstanding! The staff was attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent recommendations to enhance my dining experience. Additionally, the location of Esbach Hof is ideal for exploring Kitzingen and its picturesque surroundings. Whether you're walking along the river or visiting local vineyards, there's plenty to see and do nearby. Overall, my experience at Hotel-Restaurant Esbach Hof was fantastic. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, excellent service, and delicious food. I can’t wait to return for another stay!

• Art (10/5): Our overall stay was really pleasant. The staff was very friendly and professional. - The breakfast was okay, but the bread rolls were a bit hard and not enough lunch meat. Actually, everything was pretty good. I think the bath towels could be a bit larger, but what towels were furnished were okay. The location of the hotel is good, not too far from the autobahn and filling stations were nearby.

• 354RichardH354 (6/5): An average hotel - We were visiting friends nearby so this was a convenient spot. Otherwise we wouldn't have chosen the location. It is (as other reviewers have remarked) on a major road junction and some rooms must be quite noisy. Ours wasn't one, as the receptionist put us on the top (of 4) floors at the furthest end of a long service corridor as far from the lift as possible (we are both elderly). If there was anyone else staying in the hotel they didn't put in an appearance whilst we were there though the restaurant was popular. A very average place: easy parking; efficient though not friendly reception staff; clean throughout; bed comfortable; lift worked; breakfast quite extensive; good restaurant; no atmosphere anywhere though. Just a well functioning commercial hotel. No complaints from us but no sighs of pleasure or delight either.

It has perfect internet, parking, good room service, good food, good rate around 70 euro including BB, close to city center, good standard room quality, mgt are the owners so they care about customer Weaknesses points : the bed isn't comfort and no air condition because its old refurbished hotel and this is the case in all Germany villages but heater is availabe
• mulberry54 (6/5): An average stay - We booked this place as it is registered with 'bett und bike' and has a safe place to store bicycles. I'd booked a double room, which ended up being two singles end to end. The room was really warm but the traffic noise was too loud to sleep with the window open. Although the breakfast was excellent, I thought the room was very expensive for what you get. Not even a bottle of water!

Breakfast was very good and it is including. Staff was friendly and helpful. Don't speak much english. Clean hotel, beds are a little hard. You have a mini bar.overall it's good hotel.

Rooms were very clean and the breakfast was very good with alot of variety. Front door locks at 11 pm. We arrived back to the hotel around 12:30 in the night; my sister realized she forgot the key to her room. We could see a staff through the check-in office glass door (which was locked). We motioned to her that we needed to speak with her and she seemed annoyed. Serious face, smoking a cig and watching t.v. in the dark. Not very empathetic. She did find a key to get my sister into her room. Other than the negative experience with her, other staff were very nice.
• Golddigger888 (6/5): Nice hotel - close to city centre - We stayed here for one night on our way home from Croatia. It's a pretty basic hotel located close to the city centre (about 15 minutes walk). The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was pretty good.
• Pravasi_Mandar (6/5): Good option for stay in Kitzingen - This was my second stay at the hotel. It has nice restaurant. There are small options for Veg. food. Staff is polite and attentive. It's 1.5 km away from railway station. I like breakfast they serve. The rooms are smaller but are having essential amenities.
• SLEEP68 (8/5): Great food - I've never stayed here but the food is fantastic. I've eaten here on several occassions and have left full and happy every time. Food is traditional bavarian cuisine and they have a nice wine menu as well with plenty of local selections to choose from. Staff is very friendly and service is great.
• 13Woodys (8/5): Good Stopover - This hotel is very good for a stopover when travelling through Europe. Although the rooms are good they could do with an upgrade. There is some traffic noise due its proximity to the main road, just use earplugs! The food, however, and the ambience in the restaurant are excellent. All staff are extremely pleasant , friendly and helpful. Car parking is free and there is a petrol station directly opposite. We would definitely stay again next time we are in the area.
