• Margaret (10/5): Everything I was hoping for - enjoyable and relaxing. - I have stayed here before several years ago since then the property has been completely renovated to a very high standard. Everything is very well appointed. It is run in an efficient, organised and very friendly welcoming manner. Breakfast has an well presented excellent selection. The whole stay was most enjoyable. The walk up the hill, but I knew that when I booked and the compensation is the location next to a ski lift.

• Ricky (8/5): Cozy Stay right below the ski lifts 👌🏻 - Location was perfect right below the Ski lift. Stunning views of the Zugspitze. Has a lovely bar right next door. Interiors are very cozy. Alexandra was a very kind host and helped us with all the information. Walking distance to everything. Parking also available. We had big bags, were assigned the second floor and the property had no lifts. But we get it, it’s a vintage property that’s modernized. Has the charms of carpeted wooden stairs so not really a negative.

• Uwe (10/5): Dir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. - Es waren ja eigentlich zwei Zimmer mit gemeinsamer Badnutzung. Perfekt für unsere Familie. Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

• Janet (8/5): Comfortable overnight stay with wonderful views - Located in quiet area of Lermoos, blocks above main street that runs through town. Amazing views from the balcony. Our room was a little small but very clean and comfortable. A friendly bar is conveniently located across small street. Getting clarity from the host around check in procedures. We were advised that after 6pm we had to do a self checkin so we rearranged our travel to arrive before then only to find out that the host would not be there anyway. Self-checkin was easy, however. There also seemed to be a miscommunication regarding the fact we were bringing our dog despite the fact that we indicated in our booking that we would be doing so. No elevator on site.

• Kirstin (7/5): Gut für eine Nacht - Am Skilift gelegen kann man im Sommer den Parkplatz auch als Hotelgast benutzen. Die Pension ist eine von wenigen Unterkünften die auch Übernachtung für eine Nacht anbietet. Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist grenzwertig.

Das Frühstück war schön und es gab eine gute Auswahl an verschiedenen Sachen, wie Joghurt, Cornflakes, Kuchen, Toast, Brötchen etc. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett. Der Flur ist sehr hellhörig. Die Menschen reden teilweise sehr laut auf den Fluren und auch die Türen sind teilweise sehr laut, weshalb frühes schlafen gehen schwierig ist. Auch waren in meinem Zimmer 3 Silberfische und 3 Ohrenkneifer (vielleicht durchs Fenster gekommen?, kein Insektenschutz).

Было под ними ужасно жарко, кондиционера нет. Раскрытым спать не вариант, так как у нас в другой комнате друзья, а дверей почему у нас в комнату нет. Поэтому получилась почти бессонная ночь в духоте

• Gérald (9/5): Promenades enchanteresses au cœur des Alpes tyroliennes. - Magnifique situation face à la Zugspitze, le plus haut sommet d’Allemagne, à la frontière autrichienne. Large balcon pour admirer le paysage. Excellente variété de pains au petit déjeuner. Absence d’ascenseur, petitesse de la salle de bain.
• Thomas Ae (1/5): - Obwohl beim Frühstücksbüffet von mir nur zwei kleine Brötchen entnommen wurden, von denen ich eins, weil ich morgens noch nicht so viel essen kann, mitnehmen wollte, wurde dies, weil ich es nicht versteckt, wie andere Gäste in großem Umfang taten, mit 2 Euro berechnet. Als ich mich dazu äußerte und darauf hinwies, dass die meisten Gäste deutlich mehr (und heimlich) konsumiert hatten, wurde ich als Dieb beschimpft. Nie wieder diese Unterkunft!

• Balazs (8/5): Amazing views, once you can check in... - The view from any one of the rooms are exceptional with direct view either of the Zugspitze or the Sonnerspitze. Breathtaking valley all over. The ski lift is right next door, but it doesn't work in summer. There's an other lift in the other side of town (Grubigsteinbahn) which does work in summer too. Breakfast is regular continental with plenty of choices available. The reception is very often unmanned, with long waits for staff to turn up who actually lives on site. We've seen lots of people wandering around to find someone for check in or just ask questions. Our check in experience was the same with phone calls not answered, walking around unattended in the building, and at the end there were 3 parties waiting to check in at the same time.

• Ben (9/5): Mooi hotel op perfecte locatie - Perfecte locatie naast de skilift en naast de piste. Handige skikelder met verwarmde platen voor skischoenen e.d. Onze kamer had een balkon met uitzicht op de piste.

• Kateřina (4/5): - Penzion je na výborném místě. Vedle je bar, takže po lyžování je kde posedět. Snídaně byly velmi dobré a odpovídající penzionu. Pokoj byl velmi malý, starší vybavení. Měli jsme rodinný pokoj složený z hlavního pokoje, který ani tak nebyl velký a vedlejší pokojík, kde byly dvě postele a velmi malé místo kolem nich. Tento pokojík měl zkosený strop, takže byl opravdu jen na přespání. Veškerý čas trávíte v tom větším pokoji všichni. Měli jsme dvě šestileté děti a i ten malý pokojík byl pro ně malý a nechtěli tam trávit čas.

• dirk (8/5): - vermits we pas om 23.00u in het pension aankwamen, was er een sleutel in een sleutelkastje voorzien. Met de sleutel hadden we toegang tot het pension de kamer, en de skikelder. Alles was prima uitgelegd, dus de toegang verliep heel vlot. we konden zelf nog een gekoeld drankje nuttigen vooraleer te gaan slapen. Na een goede nachtrust, hebben we genoten van een goed ontbijt met voldoende variatie. Vanuit het hotel was het slechts 50m gaan om de skipas te kopen en de lift te nemen. Ski tot aan de deur is altijd leuk meegenenomen. kortom een goed verblijf
• MartinaR. (8/5): Tolles Hotel in guter Lage - Parkplätze am Haus, nette Rezeption mit guten Tipps, sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr authentisch ,geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus/ Zimmer. Für 1 Zwischen Übernachtung Stopp eingekehrt und sehr zu empfehlen. Für die günstigste Zimmer Kategorie ein super Preis- Leistung Verhältnis 👍 Leider kein Aufzug, Zimmer unterm Dach mit Wanne( Dusche nur im Sitzen).
