• Maria Angeles (6/5): Amabilidad y hospitalidad Albanesa - Lo mejor del alojamiento la familia que lo lleva, son encantadores, amabilísimos y muy hospitalarios. La comida sencilla pero fresca. Tuvimos mucha suerte y la noche que estuvimos en una localidad vecina hubo un concierto de un tenor Albanés muy famoso y pudimos cenar en un restaurante cercano con la música de fondo, cómo una verbena pero con música clásica. Lo mejor la gente, es muy agradable en todos lados con ganas de que vengan turistas. La carretera para llegar estaba en obras y era incluso peligroso ir hasta allí. El alojamiento es tipo hostal. No hay un pueblo alrededor, no hay oferta para tomar un café. Es un zona sin las infraestructuras básicas y hay que ir en coche. Seguramente en unos años estará mucho mejor con todas las obras que se están haciendo en la zona.
• Roland (7/5): Ausreichend je nach Vorstellung - Die Familie war nett, höflich und hilfsbereit. Das Abendessen und das Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker. Es gab kein Buffet, sondern zugeteilt auf den Tisch. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Kein Fernseher. Dusche nicht separat. Anreise über viele Kilometer nur Schotterpiste. Alles im Bau.
• Sittsam (8/5): Ein ruhiger Platz, bei herzlichen Gastgebern! - Das Frühstück war sehr gut, und unsere Gastgeber sehr herzlich. Sie haben alle unsere Wünsche erfüllt. Ein wunderbarer Blick auf den See, und eine entspannte ruhige Lage. Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber bei dem Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ist das auch in Ordnung.

• Roman (10/5): Skvělý pan majitel, o hosty je opravdu stará, lokalita je úžasná, perfektní koupání a jako bonus Pelikán, který se nechá - Ubytování bylo v pořádku, překrásná lokalita.
• christophe (4/5): - La vue sur le lac Hôtel éloigné de tout, entretien des abords plus que limite, j'ai réservé 2 nuits que j'ai payé mais nous en avons passé qu'une seule. Le patron m'a quand même fait régler un café supplémentaire lors du petit-déjeuner, quelle classe... L'établissement est noté 9,2 comme fabuleux, ce qui est une complètement scandaleux.

• GERARD (9/5): Séjour agréable loin de l'agitation - La gentillesse du personnel, la vue exceptionnelle sur le lac, les repas copieux, le calme... Le personnel parle italien. Rien, tout était parfait. La route en ce moment est en réfection.
• GIARDI (6/5): Peccato un bel panorama così meritava una stanza migliorerà - Mi é piaciuto molto il panorama, la gentilezza dello staff e .a colazione. La stanza arredata male secondo i nostri standard, mancava un comodino e non c'erano le luci sui comodini, bagno con doccia improvvisata e lavandino minuscolo. il costo era sproporzionato rispetto ai prezzi dell'Albania. Purtroppo un altro lato negativo da non imputare alla struttura è il percorso da fare di circa 6 km su una strada sterrata e in un totale rifacimento.

• Ķkkkkkkkkkkkkkk (9/5): - Heel leuk hotelletje vlak naast de zee, met eigen kiezelstrandje. Lekker ontbijt met fantastisch uitzicht, eenvoudige, propere kamer met balkon. Ook s avonds lekker gegeten. De laatste km van de weg ernaartoe zijn ze momenteel aan het verharden, waardoor wat moeilijk bereikbaar, maar binnenkort zal het dus heel goed bereikbaar zijn.

Eigener Privatstrand mit Liegen - Leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen im hauseigenen Restaurant (extrem preiswert) - Aussicht auf der Terrasse - Sehr nette Inhaberfamilie - Klimaanlage im Zimmer - Balkon mit Seeblick - Privater Parkplatz - Bei An- und Abreise gab es Getränke umsonst - Küche recht dürftig ausgestattet, waren nur Teller vorhanden und kein Besteck (hat uns aber nicht gestört)

La propreté des lieux. Actuellement la route est en travaux pour rejoindre le village depuis skoder ce qui augmente le temps de trajet.....mais cela vaut le coup pour se sentir au bout du monde...

• Hansel (10/5): Perfect Host, Perfect location, unbeatable views just above the lake with sunset and dawn. - Host very helpful. Located in front of the lake. Beautiful view of sunset and sunrise. Private parking. I would like to highlight the exceptional service provided by the host. When we encountered an issue with our rental car, the host went above and beyond to assist us, staying in touch and supporting us until the car was back on the road. Their dedication and responsiveness truly made a difference and ensured our trip continued smoothly. Highly recommended! All was good.

• Zaid (9/5): Highly recommended if you are looking for a quiet place with the most beautiful view in Shkoder. - Family run business. Beautiful atmosphere. Best view of the lake in the whole city. I slept at night listening to the relaxing sound of the lake waves. The onwers are very nice. Special thanks to Mustafa he was extremely nice to us. Loved the homemade breakfast. My wife liked the fish ( i’m not a sea food fan myself) I struggled in conversations because the owners didn't speak English,but everything turned out to be good in the end. The hotel is a little remote, we struggled a bit to find a taxi to take us there, but if you have a car, you are good.

• Gertjan (9/5): Great location to spend 1 or 2 nights with your family (teenagers) - Very beautiful location with breathtaking sunset and private beach. The family was very caring and welcoming us. The beds are very nice. Not too hard, not too soft, perfectly. Diner can be recommend as well. Try the traditional fish from to oven. Kids appreciated the fast WiFi. Bathrooms could be improved but it serves it purpose well.

• Teejay (10/5): We hired bikes and cycled here which is very easy to do- if you like a quiet and friendly location with an awesome view - The friendly family and the awesome location- I could lie on my bed with the door open and watch the lake. Breakfast was lovely and the location quiet. Having to check out after only one night!
• Faye (9/5): Superb - Basic and clean room for a good night’s rest. Two things really stood out that made us fall in love with this place. 1) the B&B is a bit of a drive on a narrow road along the lake but it’s a scenic drive nevertheless. More importantly, the location and view is breathtaking and makes the drive so worth it and the stay so value for money. 2) Balan and his family are incredibly warm, hospitable, accommodating and kind. Their home cooking was delicious — so much love in their cooking. Definitely try the traditional oven baked fish, worth the 50min wait as they make it from scratch on demand.

• Erik (10/5): Lakeview with silence- a very good stay - I’ve loved this location. The lake view from the clean and comfortable rooms is awesome. It’s an unique place at the end of the street - silence pure. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The dinner and the breakfast were very delicious, together with the view over lake. It’s gonna be not better. Anything was more than fine

• Douwe (8/5): Very good - Friendly staff, family run, went above and beyond when asked to help to try to help. Room was big enough for two. Bed was quite comfortable. Secure parking. Boiler for hot water was scalding hot. Road to hotel is 1 lane street but asphalt was in okay-ish condition, had breakfast and dinner there but was not the best (wasn't terrible but could be better) fridge in the room was nice to have but quite noisy, room could have betters oundproofing. Would be nice of you could prepare a coffee or tea on the room.
• Karolis (10/5): Our favourite place to stay in Balkans! - we stayed at 10+ accommodations during our trip around Balkans with Balani guest house was our absolute favourite. the owner was the most hospitable guy we ever met, and even if he doesn’t speak so much English, he made our day! the location is also amazing, as it’s situated directly on the lake shore, overviewing the amazing landscape. in summer, the lake water is really warm (29 C), and you can relax in the water for a long time.
