• Vsudybyl (9/5): Pěkné ubytování v Trutnově - Stylové, ale žádný kýč. Prostorný světlý apartmán s vysokými stropy a pohodlnými postelemi, ze kterých se nám nechtělo. Na přespání ideální. Kuchyňka se základním vybavením se může hodit, ale bylo fajn si nechat přinést připravené snídaně s čerstvým pečivem. Parkovat se dá přímo před domem, klíče jsou ve schránce s kódem. Občas byl slyšet hluk z chodby nebo jiného pokoje, ale nic vážného. Něco mi taky chybělo ve výbavě kuchyňky, ale už si ani nevzpomenu co, takže taky nic vážného :)

Not possible to enter the property as no staff , no reception there - Booking.com will do nothing if you need help with entering the accomodation for which you paid but still no entry was possible for some absurd reason!!! Dont fool yourself neither the booking.com nor any of these so called " Villas" care about you. I paid for the night but was left stranded outside in the cold with a small child but noone cared and nobody answered for an hour at 9-10pm with 5°C outside. There was no information at the time of payment that thaey would ask for another small payment before asking me to go through some complecated process of self check in online process before actually givjng me any information on how to enter the property. But even when I did everything they asked I still had to wait for another 20 minutes to get the code to the key locker. This is really treating their customer like shit. Thank you They did not give the code for the door and did not answer to my phone calls. Late night I was standimg in  minus 5 tempreture in winter with a 10 year old putside the building  only to realise that I was not going to enter  even though I paid for the night. I was not sent amy information neither on my phone nor on whats app. The booking was first confirmed in the afternoon so I just went there in the evening but was left outside in the freezing tempreture together with my 10 years old daughter  to stand like stupid outside the property but nobody answer neither my calls nor the knocking on the door to the buil It was 9pm. After a long time I realized that it was not any kind of Villa as the title said.It as just a house where there is no reception  and no stuff nor administration. Nobody would answer my calls though there were phone numbers visible on the door including the emergency phone. I finally saw that there were lockers with keys on the side of a rubbish bin hut. I tried to find a code but there was none anywhere. Not in the email. I paid for the night! I finally realised that after the first email which was a confirmation of the booking after payment was received, they sent me another email after half an hour asking  for another payment (which was not mentioned on the booking.com site). They asked for an extra small money and did not want to give amy more information on how to enter before I maid the payment but this email went into my spam so I could not see it. Nobody ever tried to contact me neither on the phone nor via text message nor through the whats app to clarify this. So I was standing in the cold and trying to make a payment. After I finallg succeeded It asked me for another thing. So staning in the cold and loosing the phone battery power I was forced to put all the details of our stay on an online form- passports  , addresses, age and so on. I somehow managed it but still there was no response. No codes for the key lockers to get inside.  It

• Hoffmanova (10/5): Exceptional - I liked the apartment so much, it looked older on the pictures then it's actually is so we was made up. we had everything we needed comfy beds, kitchen with equipment and lovely terrace with city view. communication with owner was great we did not see them but they were ready to help through to messages so all good. bathroom shower unit could be little bit bigger my 2 metres tall husband did not fit very well but suppose they not use to giant people over in Czech Republic 😀

• Hugh (9/5): Classic First Republic villa in the "Czech Quarter"; comfortable room with useful amenities. - I did not have breakfast at the vila (didn't seem to be offered in early January). But was grateful for the tea/coffee service, which was a pleasant way to wake up. Entry via key box was easy and convenient, and spared me and property owner from coordinating arrival times beyond a general agreement that it would be in the evening after the train arrived. Property is an easy walk from the train station (easier if is isn't -10 degrees! But that's not the property's fault). Room had microwave and mini-fridge which would have been useful for a longer stay, but we only needed one night. I had no complaints. Bed was comfortable, bathroom excellent with hairdryer, good towels, and body/hair shampoo and liquid soap provided, and we didn't need anything else. And on a freezing cold January day/night, the room was comfortably warm.

• Krystian (10/5): Amazing and beautiful apartment - I really recommend this apartment it was beautiful and very comfortable couches. It was close to the city center 7-10 minutes by walk. Close to the accommodation was everything what you need groceries(3 minutes by walk), few restaurants(5 minutes by walk) and others.

• Magdalena (9/5): Nice place to stay. - Very nice and comfortable apartments near the city centre. Looks a bit old fashioned but it was definitely an intention of the owner. We booked 2 apartments and had plenty of space. Quiet neighbourhood. Nothing to complain about, Maybe we would prefer not to have a small fridge in the bathroom because it was too loud.
• Tomáš (8/5): Very good - Perfect location, 5 minutes to train station or center. Location is quite, only few cars on the street, no problem with parking. 5 minute walk to LIDL supermarket, restaurant or tea house.
