• Leona (10/5): We are staying regularly at Lorenz & Coffee House. It’s clean, comfortable and friendly place. - We love the location, the comfortable & clean rooms, the white bedding and towels. We are always happy to stay at Lorenz & Coffee House while in Prague. The Coffee house garden is a green oases with climbing plants, trees and water fountain. The owners and their staff are very friendly and accommodating. There is really not much we don’t like. It’s on a busy road with trams passing by but it isn’t noisy in the rooms or while we’re sleeping, even if windows are facing the road. There is a limited parking on the front although a car park is nearby.

Alcuni dettagli per il miglioramento quali: uno specchio tutto corpo all'ingresso, portaoggetti in bagno, porta sapone in doccia ed alcuni utensili da cucina come un mestolo, forbici da cucina..

• James (10/5): A delightful place. If we return to Prague, we'd stay here again. - The place was very clean and comfortable, in a quiet location but on the tram route into the city centre. The host was very pleasant and helpful. Nothing, it was perfect.

Close to a few good restaurants. Make sure to bring all toiletries ( shower gel, shampoo etc) paand coffee/ tea etc if you need a morning cup like me. The adjacent coffee house doesn't open before 8 am. No frill place.

• Kemal (1/5): The staff, service, and cleanliness are unfortunately extremely inadequate. - The garden is quite nice, but it doesn’t make up for the fact that the owners create a negative atmosphere due to their extremely pedantic behavior. The matcha was okay. My stay was very disappointing and among the worst hotel experiences I have had. The staff and management appeared unprofessional, and communication often felt avoided rather than solution-oriented, leading to uncomfortable and confrontational interactions. Overall, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming and controlling. No room cleaning was done during my entire stay. When asked, the operator (“Kim”) stated: “We only clean after checkout, regardless of how long guests stay.” For a multi-night stay, this is unacceptable. Towels were only replaced upon explicit request, and even then only after insisting, which felt uncomfortable. During a room change, I had to wait about one hour despite having agreed on a specific time, without any apology or acknowledgment, while at the same time I was strictly charged a 10 € late check-out fee for being 50 minutes late, with no flexibility or goodwill shown. The hotel café offers a very limited selection, and the location is very noisy due to a nearby main road and frequent trams. Smoking is heavily restricted and only allowed at a considerable distance from the building. This creates an uncomfortable feeling, as if guests are unwelcome or doing something wrong, leading to excessive distance being taken just to smoke. The rooms are very sparsely furnished. Even if a hotel is under financial pressure, service, communication, hygiene, and cleanliness should remain priorities. This was not the case. Overall, the balance between cost and quality is disproportionate. I cannot recommend this hotel.

• Gogack (8/5): Prag je genijalan grad. - Lokacija je odlična, odmah blizu je tramvajska stanica i dobro je povezano sa centrom grada. Nedostaje mikrovalna u kuhinji u apartmanu ili barem dva ringa za kuhanje, nema dubokih tanjura.

• S (1/5): Disappointing. - It was next to my friends bar. I chose this accommodation only because of its location near friends and because it appeared when I searched for places that allow pets on Booking.com. When we arrived (two women with two rooms booked), the host asked us to remove and set aside the bedding we would not use, which I found unusual. The accommodation itself was quite basic and not especially pleasant. The next morning at around 10:00 a.m., the person managing the property knocked very aggressively on my door and told me I had one hour to leave because I had a dog. He accused me of having “sneaked” my dog in after watching the cameras. My dog is a small rescue dog who is afraid of people, which is why she is carried in a bag. I had no reason to do what I was accused of, and after being forced to leave, we relocated to a five-star hotel with a view of Charles Bridge that was €10 cheaper per night than this property. When the taxi arrived, his attitude suddenly changed and he said he would help, but this was not reflected later. I contacted Booking.com regarding a refund for the two remaining prepaid nights. They said a refund would be arranged once the property accepted their cancellation request. The property refused, and I did not receive any refund. Overall, the way this situation was handled — especially the confrontation and refusal to cooperate with a refund — was disappointing.

• Sıla (9/5): amazing! very clean, practical room, and great location - the room was amazing, very clean with a lovely bathroom an desk. an exceptional location very close to trams 4 and 22, which can take you almost anywhere in prague. the building was also nice, i know they had a cafe but i didn't get to enjoy it, but it smelled great. as a solo female traveller, this was a wonderful experience nothing.

The team was extremely helpful and very welcoming, we were given an extensive list of insider tips for Prague showing amazing places. The room was spacious, light and very clean. The house itself is located on a 2 minute walk from the tram stop in a lively neighbourhood with shops and restaurants. The big bonus is that the coffee served downstairs is a joy for your taste buds!

Außerdem war das Apartment schön eingerichtet und mit allem, was für ein paar Tage braucht, ausgestattet. Es störte nur, dass es im zweiten Zimmer kein Verdunkelungsrollo gab.

The garden in the courtyard was stunning and the room felt really cosy. The staff were really lovely and gave us recommendation of things to do. I am 100% coming back. We could have done with a pan and spatula for cooking but honestly not an issue if you're planning on eating out.

• ayelet (10/5): - המקום נתן לנו תחושת בית בפראג. קיבלו אותנו מאוד יפה, שפע של המלצות ששיפרו את הטיול. מבחינתי הייתה במקום תחושה מדוייקת, העיצוב פשוט, חמים ונעים מאוד. מיטה נוחה ומטבחון שמאובזר בדיוק למה שצריך. היה קר בחוץ, אבל החדר היה חמים, כולל חימום בחדר הרחצה ולמגבות. נוח מבחינת תחבורה, תחנת טראם ממש מול המלון וגם מרחק שהוא סביר להליכה רגלית עד למרכז. יש מאפייה מעולה מאחורי המלון וסופרמרקטים. במקום בית קפה קטן וחמוד שמנוהל גם הוא על ידי בעלי המלון. בקיצור, מקסים! קצת רעש בלילה מהרכבת עד לשעה מסויימת, אבל לא הפריע לישון. התנועה ברחוב מפסיקה בשלב מסויים ויש שקט.

• SamuraiJack101 (10/5): Great bang for the buck! - The place is very nice with an excelent coffee shop right at the entrance. Warm and cosy. Perfect place to camp and rest during the night so you can visit Prague during the day. The apartment we stayed in has a functioning kitchen fully accesorized for a family of four. Hot (boiling) water come fast in the shower so no cold heart attacks 😅. We were two adults and two small children. Pleeenty of room to run arround. Also, Kim, the host a very pleasent and warm welcoming man. Allways helpfull with tips and tricks. He saved us arround 70€ just by recommanding public transportation from and to the airport. And a few bucks more for filling our water bottles with pure filtered water. No smoking allowed on the premises. Not on the balcony, not in the garden, not on the terrace. But this is, i think, a common thing in Prague. Smoking only allowed on the sidewalk.

• Gerda (7/5): - Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm und persönlich. Der kleine grüne Hinterhof ein Idyll. Auch die Lage außerhalb des Trubels der Innenstadt wohltuend, dennoch durch Trams gut verbunden. Die Einrichtung war sehr minimalistisch.
