Renate (5/5): - Chemnitz war sehr interessant. Unterkunft bescheiden aber sauber und funktional. Ich bin nicht gerne im Hinterhof und Parterre. Aber war ok.
Michael (4/5): Besser nicht - Eigentlich nichts. Heizung war max. Lauwarm (Außentemperatur-7 Grad). Zustand des Apartments extrem runtergekommen. Mir wurde gesagt, Nutzung wäre hauptsächlich für Monteure etc. Aber auch diesen Gästen wünscht man besseres. Badezimmer bestimmt ein Drittel der Fliesen kaputt. Silikonnähte schwarz schimmelig. Duschkabine rostig. Lage des Zimmers im Erdgeschoß, direkt am Parkplatz bzw. Anlieferzone einer Apotheke und Schnellimbiss. Ich habe nach nur einer Nacht, gezwungenerweise die Unterkunft gewechselt.

M. (7/5): - Lage optimal, Innenstadt und Bahnhof fußläufig gut erreichbar. Ausstattung einfachstes Niveau, Wohnung im Gegensatz zum Treppenhaus sauber TV Empfang quasi nicht vorhanden, Haus sehr hellhörig Als Ferienwohnung würde ich dort nicht wieder buchen.

Annette (3/5): - - Bahnhofsnähe - Die Heizung hat funktioniert. Das sind typische Monteurs- Unterkünfte. Wenn ein Zimmer anderweitig vermietet wird, ziehen die Monteure vorübergehend aus. Entsprechend sieht das Zimmer aus. Die Möbel sind abgewohnt, an der Deckenlampe fehlte die Abdeckung, dafür gab es Spinnweben. Auf dem sehr schmalen Schrank lag neben Staub noch eine alte Mütze. Die Matratze war durchgelegen und auf dem Laken hatte sich Pilling gebildet. Die Eingangstür sah von innen auch etwas ramponiert aus. Im Bad sind die meisten Fliesen gerissen, es gibt alte Bohrlöcher und auf der Ablage finden sich Zigarettenflecken. Es roch auch sehr stark nach Zigarettenrauch in der gesamten Wohneinheit. Der originale Kühlschrank war defekt, dafür gab es einen kleinen extra Kühlschrank. Der stand allerdings im Wohnraum und machte großen Krach, was das Schlafen erschwerte.. Meine Unterkunft versprach eine Terrasse. Das war ein ca 1 m breiter überdachter Gang. Mehr nicht. Noch dazu befand sich genau neben meinen beiden Fenstern die Raucherinsel. Der Beschreibung nach sollte mein Blick auf den Innenhof gehen. Im weitesten Sinne war es so, aber es war auch der Parkplatz. Ein Monteurs- Auto wurde allabendlich genau vor meinen beiden Fenstern quer geparkt, so dass ich gar keine Aussicht mehr hatte. Das ganze Gebäude ist sehr sehr hellhörig. Eines nachts muss ein Monteur wohl bei voller Fernsehlautstärke eingeschlafen sein, so dass ich während der gesamten Nacht Dauerbeschallung hatte, von anderen Geräuschen ganz zu schweigen... Die "Terrasse" wurde auch dazu genutzt, tagelang Baumaterialien, Möbelteile, usw abzustellen, es wurde wohl was repariert. Zum Glück wurde meine Eingangstür aber freigelassen. Das Fernsehprogramm war übersichtlich, es gab nicht mal ARD. Zwar ist der Übernachtungspreis mit ca.45 € relativ günstig, aber absolut nicht seinen Preis wert.

Jürgen (3/5): Hatten in dem Zeitraum leider keine andere Unterkunft gefunden. - Lage ok. Ruhig. Sauerkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig. Boden ok. Der Rest wurde schon länger nicht mehr geputzt.
Remonkue (5/5): Lage sehr gut, Einrichtung weniger - Lage nahe am Bahnhof sehr gut. Busstation fast vor der Tür und Einkaufszentrum in ca 5 Minuten erreichbar. Alles,was man so braucht, ist da. Sehr spartanisch eingerichtet, gemütlich geht anders.
