• Alexander (1/5): We never managed to use our reservation, because at the date of our arrival nobody bothered to pick - NOTHING. At the date of our arrival nobody bothered to pick up the phone and the property was closed. So we had to find another place to stay in the late evening.

• Fania (8/5): Много добър - Чисти стаи, удобно легло, красива градина, близо до центъра. Има места за паркиране. Басейнът изглеждаше добре, но не сме го ползвали. Има шезлонги и е приятна обстановката около басейна.

• Ildikó (7/5): Overall it was fine but they could put a little bit more effort into the small details, like cleaning properly and worki - The beds are really comfortable and the backyard is really nice, the owner was also kind and helpful. Our rooms were fairly clean however they could have cleaned them a little bit more properly. The address and the phone number that are given in the description are wrong. We could not reach them by the phone number but there was another number on the gates so we used that, the address was also wrong, it took us to a completely different apartment but since we have been here a couple years ago and with the help of the internet we found the apartment.

• Sofi (8/5): - Чисто, удобно легло, красива градина, свободно място за паркиране. Въпреки, че в Booking.com, е посочено че има ресторант и басейн, в действителност, на място, в разгара на сезона, не работеха нито басейна, нито ресторанта.
• Tomáš (8/5): Spokojenost, ubytování splnilo co jsem potřeboval, přespání, lednice ,kuchyňka a koupelna. - Po příjezdu trochu problém sehnat někoho kdo vás ubytuje, po počátečních zmatcích již bylo následně vše v pohodě, ubytování čisté pohodlné a super bylo, že jsme si mohli dát motorky za bránu do vjezdu. Nádobí, lednice vařič přístřešek stoly židle gril vše bylo k dispozici. Počáteční zmatky při příjezdu i když byla zaslána informace o čase příjezdu.

• Amelia (7/5): Reasonable accommodation for 1 night stop - Large rooms, clean, very comfortable beds, at 2 min walk we found a bar-pub where we could have dinner and a beer at very good prices Quite far from the highway to Sofia (20 min), difficult communication with the owner which we didn't see at all (we arrived at 9.30pm and left at 7am next morning) and the lady speaks no English; for payment you must have exact amount in bgn; they say they have a restaurant, but it was not working

• Silvia (8/5): Very good - It's a good place to relax, quiet and nice. Good size of the apartment where we stayed, clean and comfortable. Very nice and spacious terrace. The swimming pool & the jakuzzi were a real treat in the heat. It was kind of weird that bathroom door was made of crystal, kind of uncomfortable if you are sharing with other family members. Pool was generally clean, but with some leaves and small pieces of trash, which are supposed to be cleaned each morning
• Mark (9/5): Everything was ok, nice stay, perhaps one day we will return... - Nice place, somewhere hidden, near to the mountains. A quiet place to relax, after a long travel. The owner lady was expecting us at the time we have arrived. The rooms are big, the sleep was very good, The cleanliness of the rooms was everything ok. She was offering also bottles of water in the rooms. Nothing to complain about the comfort. Unfortunatly the owner lady doesnt speak english at all. We had some questions to ask her, but we couldnt. Also everything related to the room, informations paper in the rooms, what the clients should read and should know it is only in bulgarian. Take leva with you to pay exactly your accomodation, otherwise in euro, you will be a bit overcharged. In euro she cannot give back exactly amount.

• Maria (1/5): Bad - Location at the center The restaurant is booked for private parties as a rule - in our case it was a wedding. The noise was awful over 2.00 am. The bathroom and toilet door is just a glass which is quite weird even for a couple. The way to the swimming pool is through the back door of the restaurant and is quite dirty and sunbeds are not enough for the capacity of the property. I regret for not checking in details the reviews upfront as those are repeatable.

• Виктория (10/5): Lovely surprise! Give it a try! You won't regret it! - We were welcomed like old friends even though this was the first time we were visiting the place. The room was very spacious and very warm (weather outside was cold). The dinner was amazingly delicious, compliments to the chef! Truth is that the area of Etropole totally exceeded my expectations. We found an amazing track nearby that led us to a monastery and waterfall. We came across the Sunday market and bought some delicious groceries for a very good price. I would definitely recommend everybody to stop by. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the destination is not too popular so the hotel needs more guest in order to continue working, otherwise unfortunately for the staff they might close :(

• Ildikó (9/5): Superb - The whole property is amazing, and it's really easy to find. The staff was also really nice and helpful. The room is fine and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is a tiny bit small and crowded but it's completely fine. Stayed there for 1 night on our way back from Greece and it was totally worth the price.
• John (3/5): If you enjoy peace and tranquility and value your sanity stay away from here as it is far too noisy! - The location and the beautiful gardens, small pool and jaccuzzi, were excellent. There were several restaurants and cafes nearby, and a pedestrian mall with shops and a lovely hotel quite close, and a market place that came alive on a Sunday. The terribly loud frequent functions held in their large restaurant/conference centre with extremely loud thump thump noise that seems to pass for music these days, shouting and screaming children, popping balloons, loud mouthed adults talking endlessly while sitting at tables in the courtyard outside our room keeping us awake. We only enjoyed one quiet day on the Monday, and even that was spoilt by people talking outside our room until after 11:30 pm. This place looks like heaven on earth on a quiet day, but turns into a total nightmare when they have a function! The room had nowhere to sit comfortably, no desk, no kettle and no fridge. There was a communal fridge full of bottles and other items previous guests left behind that only got cleared out late in our stay. When we arrived we had guest towels for hand towels and hand towels for bath towels. We eventually got these changed for proper hand towels and bath towels. Their restaurant only seems to cater for functions, and opens for dinner now and then. It is not open for breakfast or lunch, so we went elsewhere for the meals we wanted, or we ate in our room. It is not a place we would stay at again.
