• Nathalia (7/5): Convenient and good value for money - Very close to tram station which makes it easy to reach bus station and other parts of the city center. I think the quality was ok for the price that we paid for 2 people. Also it was great that we didn’t have to pay for city taxes and the owners were nice and thoughtful. Closet and drawers were a bit dirty and hot water was not working properly, so getting a shower was challenging.

• Roberta (10/5): gentili e disponibili anche via whatsapp. Se tornerò a Firenze, sicuramente terrò questa struttura in considerazione - posizione ottima vicina alla fermata di T1 e di bus, nulla da dire, check-in rapido e stanza ben sistemata, per un weekend è perfetto
• Gaella (6/5): Seul l'emplacement en vaut la peine. - Bon emplacement et arrivée facile grâce aux instructions. Logement vétuste et mal entretenu. Nous entendions les bruits de la rues. Nous sentions les ressorts du lit, le volet était cassé nous n'avons pas pu aérer et la fenêtre de la salle de bain ne se fermait pas nous avons bien ressenti les 13 degrés extérieurs!

• Sofia Barata (7/5): - Very nice employees, and we even got a room upgrade (private bathroom inside our room instead of exterior). Very simple room as expected. A bit far from city center but with transportation right next to the building. They provided towels, the check-in was very smooth and they allowed us to check in several hours earlier! Overall it was good enough! Unfortunately the walls were paper thin and the other guests were very noisy, we heard voices the whole night, and also every noise from the street. The apartment could use some renovation/modernization work.

• Gatien (5/5): Logement bien situé mais pas confortable - Le logement est situé proche d'un supermarché et d'un arrêt de tramway et de bus, donc c'est super pour pouvoir aller en ville ! Il était propre, et bien rangé. Une cuisine commune était présente dans le logement mais celle-ci n'était pas correctement entretenue. La vaisselle sale, les équipements sales et défectueux (micro-ondes et gazinière qui ne fonctionnent pas), et nous avons dû demander du liquide vaisselle car il n'y avait rien pour nettoyer (la propriétaire en a rajouté un qui était rempli à 1/4). La climatisation fonctionnait bien mais sentait la moisissure. Idem pour le logement qui sentait beaucoup l'humidité malgré l'avoir aéré. Les chambres ne sont pas bien isolées phonétiquement donc nous entendions le passage de chaque locataire dans le logement.

• salma (6/5): - the location decently clean and cool the first day no hot water and one of the tenant was very rude she smoked weed the all apartment smells like weed.
• Tichá (7/5): Good - We had a really nice 3-night stay, the beds were really comfortable, we really apreciated air-conditioning. The bathroom was okay, kitchen was also nice, but the knives were really dull. We used a fridge a lot which was also a part of our room. The room had nice shades so the sleep was really good-quality. Location was great, it has a tram station nearby, also some supermarkets to buy groceries. According to the price i would recommend it. :-)

• Ishita (10/5): Comfortable Stay - I had a great stay! The private room was comfortable and featured a lovely balcony. The location was excellent—close to downtown and the tram station, which made getting around very convenient. The room had a private washroom and air conditioning, which was a big plus on a warm day. Towels and sheets were clean and of good quality. The only minor downside was that the hot water ran out after about five minutes in the shower. Despite that, I would definitely visit again and would love to stay here!

• Glib (8/5): A place to stay to save some money - There was no one else there, so that was great. It's conveniently located not far from the tram station. Due to being close to the main road, you can hear the cars at all times.

If you like walking then it’s a perfect loca - It was in a quiet neighbourhood, good AC, everything you need is there. The staff although no one was present at the location in person were helpful, explained everything over the phone, and are nice. The kitchen wasn’t the cleanest, and the worst thing is that I got bitten by some bugs, I’m not sure if bed bugs, because I didn’t find any, but maybe spiders? I don’t know. Not the best experience because of that.

• Ludvig (10/5): Exceptional - A very nice accomodation a 7 minute tram ride from the main station. Our host was very friendly and welcomed us with a lot of tips of what we could do while visiting Florence.
• Steph (8/5): Very good - it was great value for money for a private bedroom (with two beds) and private bathroom with towels, TV and fridge included. The balcony was also lovely. The shower didn't stay at a consistent temperature, it would constantly fluctuate between hot and cold.
• Clarisa (9/5): Great appartment! - The appartment was well equiped and confortable. The room was good and private. It's better to take the tram ti get to City Center. It is possible to get there by foot but some areas on the way may not be so pleasant.

Windows are not with sound isolation. There wasn't charging ports on the walls. The Kitchen is shared with others and is not clean. The main entry door don't work well, you can't get into apartment easily. The toilet was super noisy, when you use water makes strange loud noise. Very thin walls. The other guests tried to get in our door.

• Marissa (2/5): Bed and car? What is going on....worst stay so far. - Nothing, to be honest. The reason it is called car and bed is because you go to bed and wake up feeling like you slept in a car. With mosquitos biting all night, uncomfortable beds, old blankets that felt dirty and an odd smell it was not the most comfortable of stays I've had. We also had construction next to the building that we were not warned about before, as well as neighbors that were loud in the morning hours. We were also not greeted but texted in all capitals, which was not friendly in our experience. My friend and I were on a long EU trip and this by far was the worst stay especially for the price. Do yourself a favor and look for another booking stay!

• Ranieri (8/5): It was a good stay. If we had more time, we would have stayed a bit longer. - I made my own breakfast, and that of my son. You need to purchase a frying pan. It's hard to make scrambled eggs in a soup pot! Also a spatula. The price was reasonable.

• Masami (2/5): Most uncomfortable and awful stay - Location is ok, could find somewhere much better for the price. Staff tried their best to communicate and resolve issues. Really awful and stinging bleach & paint smell as soon as we came in. Made me cough throughout the night, didn't have any choice but stay the night as we arrive late in the evening. Developed a terrible cough, had the worst sleep and couldn't breathe throughout the night. I have read that kind of smell is harmful to ones health and honestly they should have compensated me for this but only gave me 50% of what I paid. Transferred to a different b&b first thing in the morning. AC is worse than a fan, didn't make the room cold and it's boiling hot as it is summer (could reach up to 39c), much cooler outside than in the room. Door handles are hard to turn and work out. The beds are really hard to sleep on, despite being new according to staff, probably bought a very cheap mattress.

• Bela (7/5): Good - The appartment is in a quite district, nearby tram station, well connected to florence city center(S.M.Novella Station), with convenient size room, shared kitchen(dining room), and all necessary utensils. 1. We had check in at 3 o'clock, it's quite late. We were tired, as had traveled from Rome and was waiting for extra 30-40 minutes in front of the building, as our host was late. 2. Host demanded us 22 Euro as city tax for 2 nights and 2 persons, but it was not mentioned in booking conditions. It was bad "surprise" for us and not fair. At first, guest should know about any charges before arriving, and the city tax was quite big. As I mentioned our room was good, but honestly, need more cleaning, especially, bathroom. The furniture was made from very cheap and basic materials, but OK with price.

It was cheap yes but a little more money can give you a lot better. - The pillows were comfortable and it has a very good connection the centre by tram. Loads of clean towels and many toiletries. The hosts were not very friendly. They weren’t rude but they barely made any contact and ignored multiple text. Communication was very poorly. It was almost a 45 minute walk to the centre depending on what part of the city you wanted to go to. Very thin walls. The baby in the room next door woke us up or kept us up every night. The bathroom was extremely smelly. We think we were able to smell the sewer through the toilet or bidet.
• Carina (9/5): Perfect Stay! - We really enjoyed our stay here, the place was clean and well kept. Location was good as tram is right outside. Host was super lovey as well. The key didn’t seem to work well with the lock to the front door.

• David (7/5): Good - Friendly host, easily accessible via buses and tram. The room needs some renovation. Some tiles in the floor were torn and the shower room doors were falling apart.
• Clara (10/5): Very pleasant stay and comfortable location - The place looks better in real life compared to the pictures posted online. The room is spacious, there is an air conditioner, cute balcony and we had our private bathroom. Unfortunately quite late check-in (3pm) and very early check-out (10am).

• Julia (7/5): Good - 30 minutes away from the center of the City by foot. A supermarket is 10 minutes away. Clean room and nice personal. Very loud at night (traffic noises). Doorhandles make squeaky noises. Balkonydoor is hard to open (but possible). Big surprise in bathroom. One time water sprinkeled backwards from the toilett bowl (dirty water).
• Belinda (5/5): Good location, clean towels, but no kettle n shower heater goes off at times. - location clean towels main door sometimes get stuck.. can’t open. one couple was knocking so hard cos they can’t open. there’s no kettle for boiling water. The shower heater goes on n off.

• Victor (9/5): Perfect place for a fair price. Would totally go again. - Having your own fridge and a balcony was nice. The AC was just perfect for the hot days we spent. Some of the utensils in the kitchen were not that clean, but I know it's not the accommodation's fault but from other guests.
