• Luhana (9/5): Todo muy cómodo y limpio - El lugar está muy bien cuidado y muy limpio, fue cómodo para un día que nos quedamos cumplió todos los requisitos. La calle hacia el alojamiento es muy oscuro y si pasas de noche da un poco de pesadez por las obras, pero está bien ubicado cerca del metro.
• daniela (8/5): Il soggiorno a Barcellona è andato bene - Questo albergo molto semplice si trova in una posizione comoda rispetto alle attrazioni principali, la colazione è stata discreta, la camera non grandissima ma dotata di ogni confort e abbastanza pulita. I ragazzi in reception sono stati molto gentili. Purtroppo a noi è capitata una camera "con vista" sul cavedio, quindi non bella, ma immagino che ce ne fossero altre con viste sulla strada...

• Mathieu (7/5): - Hôtel très bien situé, centre ville, proximité du mètro, les lieux à visiter sont facile d'accès. Accueil ouvert 24h/24h. Chambre très propre. Certaine chose pourrait être remis au propre dans la chambre, trop d'usure qui est à limite du "pas propre". C'est dommage car le nettoyage est bien là.

• Luis (10/5): Foi maravilhoso a minha estadia e se voltar escolherei o mesmo local para ficar. - Localização, dimensão do quarto, conforto da cama, frigorifico. O meu pedido foi satisfeito. Barulho ao fechar as portas do 401 e o nosso 402 que estava ao lado. Também existiam outros quartos com o meso problema. As portas têm de ser afinadas, temos de fazer força para fechar e quando fecha faz muito barulho e de noite incomoda. O ar condicionado não estava a funcionar. Nem ficou até ao fim da minha estadia de 4 noite, embora não tenha sido necessário, porque o clima estava fresco.

Odeur d'humidité/de moisi dans la salle de bain. Cafard dans la salle de bain. Tous les murs sont très fins donc on entend tout des chambres voisines et du couloir.

• Capucine (9/5): Séjour très agréable et confortable au sein de cet hôtel. - L'emplacement est très accessible, proche de la Rambla et le personnel est très gentil. Le lit était très confortable et le logement propre et agréable. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas au sein de l'hôtel comme il semble être dans la description et sur les photos. C'est dommage mais néanmoins pas invivable.

• Juan (8/5): Very nice location and staff, could use better maintenance - Room was spacious and reasonably appointed. It had a real cupboard, something you seldom find these days, and a kettle and small fridge. Location was excellent, as were staff Walls were painted in the darkest navy blue, not nice. Maintenance could improve: one lamp did not work (not because of a blown bulb, but for some not obvious reason), one of window glasses was broken, and the bathtub was rusty. Worst of all, there was no hot water in the bathroom sink, not because it was not working, but out of (poor) design (only one, cold water pipe).

• NESTOR MATIAS (7/5): Si incluyen desayuno, volveria... - Muy bien ubicado, cuentan con todo lo necesario en la habitacion. Wiffi funciona perfecto. Tamaño adecuado de la habitacion. No tiene desayuno incluido, un poco caro para lo que ofrecen. Estuve 2 noches y solo me dejaron la toalla sin limpiarme la habitacion.

• Mosthaf (6/5): Für den Preis akzeptabel, perfekte Lage für Kurztrip - Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt. Der Mercat de la Boqueria und auch die La Rambla sind einen Katzensprung entfernt. Generell kann man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichen. Auch zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Generell finde ich die Unterkunft jedoch akzeptabel und die Lage ist perfekt. Ich war Solo als Frau unterwegs und habe mich sicher gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist leider unfassbar hellhörig und man hört jedes Gespräch und jede Bewegung aus den anderen Zimmern. Nachts war es oft sehr laut durch Gespräche von anderen, wofür die Unterkunft aber nichts kann. Jedoch lässt die Hygiene etwas zu wünschen übrig. Man bekommt keine neuen Handtücher oder Bettbezüge bei beim Roomservice. Das einzige was gemacht wird, ist das Bett neu zu falten. Bei der Dusche ist das Wasser nicht abgelaufen. Ich habe zwei mal dort geduscht. Das erste Mal hatte ich ganz normal warmes Wasser und das zweite Mal kam nach ca 2min nurnoch kaltes Wasser raus.

El desayuno es pre-establecido pero preciso, lo encuentro bien Las instalaciones algo anticuadas pero tiene que ver con la edificacion de la zona y para tomar el ascensor se debe subir a un nivel intermedio para tomarlo

• Veronika (6/5): Good booking platform, but lack of transparency in complaint handling - The booking itself was straightforward. Unfortunately, the stay did not take place. Afterward, there was a lack of transparency regarding rebooking options, which were visible close to arrival and then disappeared after the reservation was marked as completed. In addition, the payment was processed by Hotel Aneto, which is listed as a separate property on Booking.com, even though the booking confirmation stated a different accommodation as responsible for payment. This caused unnecessary confusion and lengthy clarification. —Customer service communication was polite, but despite documentation and an announced internal review, no final response was provided. —Booking.com works well for standard bookings, but transparency and complaint handling in more complex cases need improvement.

• Mark (8/5): It was a bit funky, but really was enjoyable, and romantic - like being in a 1940s atelier. - Great location a few streets off La Rambla. We were provided a top floor room with a quaint Juliet balcony with working louvres - very nice. The room was very clean, and furnished kind of funky (not updated) but comfortable. I wouldn't say this is not what I liked..... The place is listed as a hostel. It's more like a hotel room without any additional services. There's a grocery store just next door, and lots of restaurants and pastry shops. Be cautious with the shower glass divider. It moves and can easily be broken if pushed against the bathroom sink. When exiting the shower, place a hand towel on the sink so the glass divider hits the towel, and not the porcelain sink.

The aircon seemingly only had 1 setting and was quite strong. It was a hot day 39C so it was great to have an aircon but having on full blast aimed at the bed with no option to adjust the settings wasn't great
• Doris (8/5): Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip! - Super sauber, perfekte Lage, hilfsbereites Personal und die Option mit dem Frühstück in der Bäckerei hat gut gepasst! Schwarze Wände haben zwar eine gewisse Coolness, sind im Hotelzimmer aber dennoch ein bisschen depri.
• Rozemarijne (6/5): Door de koude douches, het uitvallen stroom, redelijk spartaans. - Pension Iznajar ligt dicht bij de oude stad. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Er was een goed werkende airco. Pension iznajar ligt in een mindere buurt. Op een avond werd er in de straat geschoten. Ook was het hotel in renovatie. De gangen werden geverft waardoor er tijdelijk niet echt een receptie was. Ook hadden we 2 dagen geen warm water en een paar uur geen stroom. Het is er erg gehorig. Geluiden van de andere kamers, maar ook van de straat komen de hele nacht binnen. De badkamer was verouderd en niet echt schoon.
