Guest Reviews
- David (6/5): Pleasant -
- Edgaras (10/5): Exceptional -
- Amalia (9/5): Superb -
- Dinushaz (5/5): Passable - very close to the tram line and the airport and the bus stop is right outside, the rooms are clean due to no air-conditioning it gets hot
- Julen (10/5): Excellent welcome and super clean and comfortable house! - The best thing was the incredibly welcoming personality of the host, Anna. So sweet! The room was also very clean and so were the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen itself was greatly equipped too! Just to mention one thing, its location. It might take you a little while to get to the city centre, but you can be there in just one 20 minute bus ride!
- Claudia (9/5): Superb -
- Majerska (10/5): Exceptional -
- Isabelle (7/5): Good -
- Mohammed (10/5): Exceptional -
- Elgars (1/5): BEDBUGS!!! Do NOT stay here - Nothing in particular. The host: the woman was ok enough, the man vas rude, inconsiderate and none of them spoke English. Very complicated communication with them.
BEDBUGS: if you don’t want to have bedbug bites all over your body, DO NOT visit. We made the mistake of not reading the reviews in advance and both of us have bites everywhere.
Location is not the worst, but be prepared to walk quite a bit if you plan on going with the tram.
- Veljko (3/5): I wouldn't recommend, it wasn't clean - I liked the fact there's easy to find the parking and that you could use washing machine and kitchen. I didn't like that our room was smelling heavily on the cigarets, we had to sleep with our window open and the bad wasn't the cleanest. The owner wanted us to pay 20 euros of city tax, while in reality we should have pay 4 euros.
- Beretta (7/5): Good -
- Şirin (1/5): This man or woman they was very rude. - Nothing Everything
- Qamar (1/5): Bad -
- Di (10/5): perfect - The room is pretty nice and the bathroom was really clean. You can hear EVERYTHING from the other rooms tho. It is pretty far from the city center but with a bus you’ll be there in 30-35’. We were handed just one set of towels and we where two people. (you have to pay extra ir you want to use the oven and the burners) overall price quality relation is perfect! It has a full size mirror on the hallway! -having to pay extra to use burners and oven
-rooms are not soundproof at all
- Anonymous (1/5): Unpleasant - Very very rude . He doesn't know how to speak to guests. He was not there to meet us even though we were earlier to the arrival time . He was unhelpful and very un respectful. The place is hilarious and disgusting. Definitely i will not go again not even suggesting it to anybody The owner is very rude
- Heba (10/5): Amazing stay in Florence - Everything was super clean and worked well and checkin time was flexible (no need to tell 100% in advance, just an estimation is fine). The supermarket was nearby and public transportation like buses were near
- Maria (7/5): Good -
- Leonard (6/5): Rude host - The place was clean and it had some forks, glasses and a wine opener. But that's the most I can say on a good note about the place. The host was pretty rude, didn't speak English and threaten to leave when we announced that we'll be late, because our bus was delayed. Good think we managed to go almost in time, otherwise he'd probably leave, as I saw repeatedly in other comments for this place. The bed was pretty loud and we had homeless people fight under our window at some point (but that's not the owners fault). I don't understand why they don't let only the woman host greet the clients as everyone had good experience with her... Also, the place is pretty damn far from the main attractions, but again, that's something that can be looked before booking.
- Agut (6/5): Pleasant -
- Zlatislava (6/5): 1 night stand - The location was in bad place, overall a place for 1 night, not more. The shared bathroom. If you are not okay with this, don't stay there.
- Rashadur (5/5): Passable -
- Ritwik (9/5): Superb -
- Salome (1/5): Bad -
- Sidhartha (8/5): Very good - budget friendly..
- Sophie (1/5): Bad -
- Felicity (1/5): Not what we expected - There was a fan in the room. Communicating with this hotel was an awful experience. The owner was quite rude via messages. If you do not say an exact time of arrival at least 2 hours beforehand they will make you wait 2 hours to check in apparently. They were not happy that I could not provide an exact time.
Check in was complicated and confusing.
There are 2 other rooms that are in the accommodation so there is the potential that you have to share a single bathroom between 6 people.
You have to pay to use the kitchen (€10 per day).
It was not disclosed on the booking about paying for the kitchen or the check in process.
The bed made so much noise just rolling over we would wake each other up in the night. The pillows were also completely flat you had to fold them in half and there were what looked like small blood stains on the sheets at the foot end of the bed.
We didn't get given towels. This was awkward and inconvenient as we had to find them in the accommodation.
There was an issue with the lock one night. The door swung closed once we entered and the lock shut without us realising which meant the other guests couldn't get into the accommodation.
- Billy (1/5): Bad - Nothing. Don't be fooled by the cheap price – this place was a total DISASTER. The host was rude and unhelpful from the start. They didn't speak English, making communication difficult and frustrating.
When I initially made a booking, I received a message stating that my request was declined. Naturally, I assumed the transaction was void, but to my astonishment, they charged me the full amount anyway. I ended up booking an alternative place after that, only to cancel it later and give this place a chance. Regrettably, this was a big mistake.
Even though I told them about our flight delay, they wouldn't let us check in just two hours later than planned. We arrived at around 3 pm, well within the check-in window of 12:00 to 18:00, but they were adamant about not letting us even put our heavy bags inside. Instead, they insisted we wait until 6 pm or find somewhere else to stay.
We ended up booking another place nearby and had a much better time. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and pick a different option to enjoy your holiday.
- Hatice (10/5): Exceptional - The Lady of the facility was really nice. there was a vantilator and TV. Bathroom was very clean. -
- Serguei (4/5): Disappointing - Since it is a noisy street one can not sleep without AC, which is not available.
Location is unlabeled. The place is unmanned.
- Kari (1/5): Customer service was not appropriate. - The person in charge was not nice. The way I was treated was disrespectful.
- Baadal (3/5): Poor - The location is convenient. 1) The host was very confrontational. Didn't respond to a detailed message we had sent telling him about our arrival time and claimed he never received it. As a result, the whole family had to wait outside in the evening/night for more than 30 minutes with mosquitoes having a field day while he came to the property to hand us the keys.
2) Would not allow the use of the air-conditioner. Hadn't provided fans in each room either, which were provided on request. However, one of the pedestal fans provided didn't have any protective shields exposing us to the blades000?!?!?!?
3) The netting in the bathroom window covered only half the window allowing the mosquitoes in.
4) Not enough toilet supplies. We stayed there 3 nights and even though we saw that someone came to the property everyday to take away the trash, they never restocked the toilet paper, and we ran out, prompting us to make an early morning run to the grocery store on the morning of our last stay.
- Theodora (1/5): Bad - THERE WERE PROSTITUTES IN FRONT OF THE ACCOMMODATION. MOREOVER, WE GOT BED BUGS BITES.
- Andrea (9/5): Superb -
- Klaudia (7/5): Perfect for relaxing after sightseeing - Very nice lady host, everything was explained to us. There was also no problem with early check-in. Very close to bus stops that take you to the center of Florence. It was a bit cold at night, but it wasn't the worst
- Abidemi (7/5): Good -
- Lucia (3/5): Poor - There’s no wifi and it’s soooo far from the city center.
- Hannah (8/5): Very good -
- Fábio (1/5): Bedbugs and no Help solving the issue - On the last day we noticed a bedbug on the bed. The host denied it even with our photos as proof and did nothing to help. We had to pay for all the cleaning of our clothes, bags, etc. Host was also rude when we approached him about the issue.
