• Elizabeth (7/5): - The location of the property was excellent. Very convenient for lots of museums, art galleries and other major attractions. Everything was within a few minutes walk. Situation was quiet at night. The room was very clean, excellent shower. The staff we had contact with were very friendly and helpful. It is quite difficult to find. It is only a room without any other facilities.

The room is cozy, clean and spacious, toilet is also good (except shampoo not provided) We booked 2 rooms, one of the room, heating isn’t working well. Even though hot air came out from the “air conditioning”, we still felt cold. Spoke to staff, she came to room and show us hot air came out, the machine works. But the reality is we are all cold. The other room is perfectly fine and warm.

• Cristina Iuliana (8/5): Foarte bine - Cazare centrală, foarte aproape de toate obiectivele turistice precum Ponte Vecchio și Palazzo Vecchio. Camera curată, pat confortabil, lenjerie și prosoape curate. Ne-au fost puse la dispoziție produse de igienă (gel de duș, șampon, săpun) iar mini frigiderul din cameră cu apă plată/minerala și băuturi carbogazoase este un mare plus. Zona, deși centrala, liniștită și ușor accesibilă. Personalul foarte drăguț, ne-au oferit sugestii de restaurante și au fost foarte săritori. Un inconvenient destul de mare a fost ventilația din cameră (nu aerul condiționat, există o gură de ventilație aparte de aerul condiționat) care era foarte zgomotoasă și funcționa aparent doar pe timp de noapte, ceea ce a fost foarte deranjant. Am adormit cu greu din cauza aceasta sau chiar ne trezeam de câteva ori pe noapte.

• Tony (2/5): - I had expected a hotel, but the sign states it's a bed and breakfast - It isn't, because they don't serve breakfast either!! You are directed to local restaurants for that at an extra charge. Our room was part of the reception with cardboard walls, so we had to listen to reception conversations from 8am till it closed at 7pm. Florence was chilly at night. No extra blankets and the air con was locked on cooling only, so no heat until we called a night porter and thankfully got a heater and more blankets. The location was perfect, very central in the crazy place that Florence is these days, but this place is not what it claims to be.

Unica piccola cosa scomoda l’ascensore , con il bimbo e il passeggino che non entrava aperto era un pó un disagio.. ma nulla confrontato al comfort della posizione 😬
• Karin (8/5): We have a wonderful time exploring Florence - The property is down a cul de sac and therefore appears off the beaten track yet is only a few paces from piazza della Signoria and the uffizzi. Great location ! There is a beautiful cafe opposite the entrance with delicious pastries and coffee for breakfast . The concierge welcomed us warmly and gave us some great food location tips away from the crowds . Thank you

Resterande delarna av badrummet kändes tyvärr ofräscht och trångt. I trappuppgången från ingången till receptionen är det dålig belysning, smutsigt och slitna dörrar som inte ger nån trevlig hotellkänsla.

The man who greeted us upon arrival was extremely friendly and welcoming, providing all of the relevant information for our stay! The room was much bigger than expected which was amazing. They were very helpful in relocating to a new room although it was not the same size. The staff was very helpful and nice. AC not working.

• Robert (8/5): Great location, good amenities, tired room - The room was centrally located with everything you needed for a short stay in Florence. Fresh towels and soap was provided everyday, including a top up of water and coffee. The rooms are well sound proofed too. Honestly the room (standard double) was a lot more tired than they look in the original photos advertised. The bathroom needed re doing and also had mascara splashes down the door. For the money I won’t be rushing back.
