Natalia (10/5): По семейному теплый прием! - Огромное спасибо Игорю и его супруге Гоар, Успели взглянуть на прекрасный Татев, а потом все занесло непроглядным туманом....расстроились и думали что вечер пропал... Но эти прекрасные люди провели с нами вечер, играли в лото и много рассказывали о стране и о жизни в Армении, было очень интересно и душевно. огромное спасибо вам за прекрасно проведенное время!!! Мы жили на хозяйском этаже в четырехместном номере... все очень чисто! Чистое белоснежное белье с вышивкой!!!! Были в апреле, было прохладно, но нам выдали обогреватель и стало тепло и комфортно. Чистая ванна (душ) напротив нашего номера. Вкусный завтрак! Вкусный творог с собственным вареньем, яичница сыр и тд. все очень вкусно!!! и очень приятно! Удобное расположение очень близко от станции подъемника! недалеко есть магазинчик где можно купить продукты... В общем нам понравилось абсолютно все. Спасибо!!!

Здесь мы жили в чудесной семье и почувствовали, что такое настоящее гостеприимство! Игорь и Гоар олицетворяют гостеприимство в высшем смысле этого слова! Всё, начиная с момента букинга, до последнего "прощай" сопровождалось участием, теплом, и заинтересованностью. Сразу же после бронирования Игорь постоянно был на связи и курировал нас в течение всего пребывания. Дом просторный, атмосферный, уютный и очень чистый, оформлен творчески, есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха и восстановления сил. Кровати большие, бельё белоснежное, было очень удобно, мы отлично выспались. Ощущение что приехали к близким друзьям. Было приятным сюрпризом, когда нас пригласили поужинать и продегустировать домашнее вино и чачу. Вся их продукция высочайшего качества. Гоар великолепная хозяйка и кулинар! Мы никогда не общались с такими хозяивами, как Игорь и Гоар, их искренность, теплота и заинтересованность подкупает, о таком хозяине можно только мечтать! Единственное сожаление, что мы оставались только на 1 ночь, будем ждать следующей встречи! Мы уже скучаем!

Мы узнали что такое армянское гостеприимство и узнали, что такое вкусная армянская кухня. Комфортные кровати, чистейшее постельное белье. Хозяева очень, очень приветливые и заботливые люди. Рекомендуют самые интересные места, помогают составить маршрут поездки. Виды с террасы на заснеженные горы и ущелья просто потрясающие. Мы остались очень довольны, время пролетело незаметно. Как будто мы отдыхали у родных. Важно: Канатная дорога «Крылья Татефа»находится от гостиницы 900м, это еще один бонус.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed not just as guests but as family. After a long journey, Gohar prepared us the most incredible late-night welcome dinner, entirely homemade and filled with love. She treated us as if we were her own children, making sure we were comfortable and cared for in every way. Igor, with his generous spirit, offered us his homemade grape vodka—a true taste of their home and heritage. What truly set this stay apart was the genuine kindness and warmth we felt from both of them. They didn’t just open their home to us; they opened their hearts. We shared fascinating conversations late into the evening, and it was clear that our comfort, safety, and happiness truly mattered to them. The location is perfect—just minutes away from the Wings of Tatev aerial tramway. One of the highlights of our stay was Igor personally taking us to Devil’s Bridge. Not only did he guide us down through the caves, but he led us into the most magical, breathtaking place I have ever seen in my entire life. It felt like a once-in-a-lifetime experience that no typical tour could ever match. Igor’s Bed and Breakfast is not just a place to sleep—it’s a place where you feel like family, where you’re embraced with warmth, generosity, and unforgettable memories. It was a completely unmatched experience, and I will forever treasure the time we spent there.

Igor and his wife tried their best to help us solve problems and provided us with local travel advice. The breakfast was rich and substantial. The room was clean and tidy, and the kitchen, bathroom and other facilities were also clean. Since it is a self-built house, the facilities are somewhat different from those of star-rated hotels. Overall, it offers great value for money.

Delicious food made by Gowar (sorry if spelling is wrong) and an amazing evening spent with the couple. We spoke using google translate and it was no obstacle, if you want to experience true Armenian hospitality this place is an experience on its own. Homemade wine and vodka, homegrown food and lots of love. If I come back to Armenia in the future I will go out of my way to visit and stay with them. Oksana (10/5): - Название bed&breakfast - это очень скромно и совсем не отражает действительность, на самом же деле это настоящий all inclusive, да и ещё какой! Здесь всегда предложат чай и кофе, сыр и вино, тутовую водку, если вы любитель напитков погорячее. Заботливая хозяйка, которая просит чувствовать себя как дома, угостит блинами, выпечкой, вареньем - тутовым, абрикосовым, айвовым и даже из зеленого грецкого ореха, приготовление которого требует особых усилий и терпения (о чем мы, естественно, не знали и даже не догадывались). И это все помимо завтрака, о котором мало сказать что он вкусный. Кроме этих прелестей жизни в all inclusive входят ценные советы по эксклюзивным маршрутам и тайным красивейшим местам, и что нас особенно удивило и порадовало - заботливое сопровождение Игоря с историями и притчами этих мест. Самостоятельно мы бы не получили таких эмоций и впечатлений, потому как даже в эпоху интернета, есть ещё тайные тропки. Но главное впечатление всё-таки оставили гостеприимство и искренняя забота хозяев. Такое внимание и радушный приём трудно встретить в наше время. Моменты настоящего человеческого тепла стали ценным подарком в мире постоянной спешки и равнодушия. Спасибо вам огромное!

Upon arrival we were greeted by smiling hosts who welcomed us with a wonderful dinner with local products. we tried the aveluk they prepare themselves, what a discovery! they offered us their homemade vodka and wine which were perfect. we felt like we were staying with a family we didn't know about. highly recommend! you won't go wrong. /

The dinner and breakfast that Igor’s wife prepared were also very good. Igor and his wife are the most kind and generous people you could ever hope to come across, making sure that we were well-fed, entertained and comfortable. The property itself is in a beautiful location up in the mountains, and worth visiting at any time of year. In addition, they helped me with transportation and how to get to these places. The house itself is an excellent place for travelers who want to get away from the bustle of the city in the mountains. There is everything for this, a comfortable bedroom and shower room and an unusually beautiful view.
Alexander (10/5): Perfect experience with locals - Super hospitable and friendly people, parking place in the closed yard. Located in 5 minutes drive from Tatev air tramway. This place is perect if you are keen on communication with locals, the owner is quite famous on YouTube (search for Booze Traveler Armenia). If you'd prefer to stay on your own, here might be a little more attention, than you can expect. Anyway, my mother, whom I had been travelling with, was excited and the local booze is great! Everything was perfectly fine, thanks to the owner and his wife!

We were met with coffee and sweets, offered multiple meals and snacks throughout our stay, including local fruits and vegetables, home-baked pastries and home-made wine and vodka, etc. The hosts also provide great recommendations of what to visit in the area. The B&B was kept very clean, our concerns about sharing a bathroom went away quickly. There is a parking space on the premises. 10/10 would recommend. There were some problems with water supply in the whole village one night but B&B has a separate water tank that we could use, so that didn't cause any significant issues.

Everything is clean and quiet even at night, despite the proximity to the main road. We were able to have an early breakfast to take advantage of the cooler morning time for the hiking day.

Martin (9/5): Superb - Very very kind hosts, we spent a friendly evening with them, tasting Igor's vodka. Excellent. Rich breakfast. Accommodation clean. Shared bathroom with two other rooms so sometimes you have to wait. We had a triple room, there are four beds and one chair, no wardrobe, no desk. So you have to keep your things in your suitcase or spread them over other beds. This room has no window so it is dark. Other cheap double rooms are more pleasant.
Ernis (10/5): An unforgettable stay - Absolutely fantastic spot to stay for a few days! Igor and Gohar are lovely hosts, giving everyone a heartwarming welcome to their home. If you're in the area, do not hesitate to pick Igor's B&B for your accommodation.
Chris (8/5): Igor - a great host - Igor was an excellent, friendly, host who did everything to make our stay enjoyable. The food was excellent. Because this part of Armenia is mostly cash-based, you can get caught out, like we did, by the lack of ATMs for miles around. When you eventually find one, they don't always have cash! This is nobody's fault; however, prospective visitors should ensure they have more than enough cash to cover their stay before travelling to southern Armenia.
