• simona (9/5): Séjour idéal à Xishuangbanna - Dans le cœur d'un quartier verdoyant et tranquille, à deux pas du marché de nuit et du Mékong, des boutiques et desrestaurants. La guest house est très jolie, notre chambre était très propre, spacieuse et confortable, les propriétaires sont très chaleureux et ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Nous recommandons vivement !
• Joseph (9/5): Very nice and comfy stay. - Very friendly and helpful hosts, very sweet of them to call and paid for a taxi for us when we were leaving. They offered us food and presents too. Informed us of good spots to visit too. Wifi was a bit slow, but not a big problem.

I proprietari sono persone carine e dolci, che ti accolgono con il sorriso, non parlano inglese ma col traduttore tutto è possibile. • Greg (10/5): Wonderfully Relaxing! - I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Elephant Home Guesthouse. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The guesthouse was a short stroll to all of the attractions and eateries in Xishuangbanna. Check-in and out was smooth. The owners of the guesthouse were extremely polite, attentive and extremely helpful. They conveniently provided airport pick-up and transfer. Everything was fabulous. I will definitely be coming back in the near future!

We need to check out early on our last day in the city and catch the morning train, and the host kindly offered to take us to the train station for free. The room was spacious and quiet, and the hotel location is great. The hosts would also bring us different snacks everything, which was super kind. We liked everything! We really enjoyed our stay there!

• Vincent (6/5): Could have been better. - It is a short distance to some of the Xishuangbanna attractions. Transportation to these attractions is easy though one has to make advance booking. The manager in-charge was helpful and will readily provide much-needed information. On the day of departure, received a small tin of tea and mooncake as it was during Mid-Autumn festival. One thing not too good is that it is hard to locate for first timer at night because it is dark, and most turns look almost alike. Not sure if there were Wi-Fi as it didn't work most of the time. No breakfast even though it is the most expensive of the three hotels during this trip.

• Marta.cr (10/5): Convenient location and friendly staff - Location was great, less than ten minutes walking-distance from the night market. Around the guesthouse there are also some nice coffee shops and restaurants. Overall the guesthouse was awesome, our room was spotless, super cozy and loved enjoying our morning coffee in the balcony. The owners are super nice :D and helped us with some tips to move around the city. I couldn't recommend it more if you go to Xishuangbanna. Don't have anything negative to add about the guesthouse or our stay. Everything was perfect for us and will definitely come back if I can come back to Xishuangbanna.

• Jean-francois (10/5): A GREAT PLACE TO FEEL AT HOME - Mr. LIWEI the manager on the premises has a warm welcoming smile and exceptionally friendly manners that certainly deserve a 10 grade or even higher. You just feel greeted by your closest friend, and actually the first thing he did was to pay my taxi before I even went out of the car!... And during all my stay anything I asked was immediately provided with pleasure. The guesthouse is nicely decorated with many antique furniture and equipments that make you feel being in a personal home and not in a hotel. The street is far away from the main traffic and the property is quiet and conveniently located. The owner, Mr. Li, is living far away but he's quick in helping in anything you request and actually he spent a lot of time showing me around. A great team and certainly a great place to stay. Nothing to complain about, except sometimes you wished the neighbours would stop their music but the guesthouse has no control on such thing and it was not continuous either nor a big deal.

• J (10/5): Nice hotel & Very nice host - The location is great. It’s very close to the fantastic’Star Light Night Market’. The room is very clean. There is everything you need in the room. The host Mr. Li and his wife were very nice and friendly. They help every single guest who stayed in this charming hotel. They give very detailed advice about where to go, where to eat…… Mr.Li even writes in Chinese in a piece of paper for directions for those who don't understand Chinese. Mr.Li was very kindly drive us to the railway station when we were leaving Xishuangbanna. We think everyone would feel home in this very nice hotel. None

Even we had not booked breakfast, they provided for us, including sorts of fruits as well! The house/room was short walking distance to incredible night market. And there was a nice garden downstairs...

• Bergur (10/5): 3 Night Stay in Xishuangbanna - The guesthouse is run by a very welcoming, helpful, and knowledgable couple that made the stay great and the experience personal. There are a lot of properties with Elephant in the name in the area and the address on Booking.com isn't very precise. It was a bit hard to find but the host called us and helped us find the right Elephant guesthouse.

• Rupert (8/5): Vwry good stay - Xi Shuang Ba Na developing quickly and very popular with Chinese tourists - The place is located in middle of tourist area not far from the night market. very convenient. Good sized room with air conditioner and TV with lots of channels including latest movies. The landlord is an excellent host - he looked after everything, invited me to drink Pu’er tea and when I left he gave me a very nice gift of tea boxes which was a very nice gesture. I highly recommend for foreigners visiting area. I liked most things. A tad pricey compared with similar places but acceptable. There is no breakfast option and I think this is a missed opportunity as westerner like a certain type of hotel breakfast
• Olga (8/5): Very good - Amazing place! Would love to stay longer but it was fully booked unluckily and we had to relocate to an other hotel(( Very friendly and helpful owner! Was so kind to explain in details where it is worse to go and what to see, arranged our trip by car around the local sightseeing next day! The hotel is very nice, room was lovely, beds very comfortable!! The location is right next to the Golden Pagoda and Night Market. Our highly recommendation!! The only thing what was missing is breakfast. But since there are plenties of dining places around that isn't a big problem

It could be anywhere in Thailand. It is surrounded by a lush tropical garden but is still centrally located, close to shops, restaurants, and main attractions. The night market is just within a few minutes walking distance. The owner is super friendly, always smiling, and ready to help at any time. It is a real bargain. I loved my relaxing and laid-back holiday here. I will definitely stay in this guesthouse if I visit Xishuangbanna next time. everything was perfect

The owner and his wife are ve - The staff were very accommodating, we ended up having to extend our stay due to lockdown regulations and the owner did what he could to make it a pleasant time. He is friendly and warm and the accomodation was comfortable!
• Michelle (10/5): A peaceful tropical getaway in the middle of the city! - I chose this property because of its lush tropical vibe, and the hotel did not disappoint! I truly felt like I was in the middle of a jungle oasis even though the hotel was in the middle of the city in very close proximity to the Night Market and many excellent restaurants. My room overlooked the garden and I made great use of the balcony every morning and evening. The room itself was immaculately clean, quiet, and the bed comfortable (unlike some hard Asian beds). Everyone from the manager to the receptionist and driver were kind, accommodating and friendly. the manager speaks excellent English and was extremely helpful in helping me organize a number of plans for sightseeing, restaurants, etc. Thank you to the staff for making my stay in Banna so wonderful! Nothing really
