• Oleksiy St (9/5): Comfortable, clean, historical building, great location, good communication from the staff. - Clean, comfortable, effective and fast communication with the staff. We had everything we needed. It was out third stay during the last 4 years. We really like the room, the hotel and its location. One not critical thing, would be good to have a small fridge in the room. Due to the nature of the building structure, you can hear people walking in the room above, and sometimes people outside. But none was very dsturbing.

• Weena (8/5): На фото номер виглядав краще, ніж наш в реальності - Дуже зручне розташування в старій частині міста, від вокзалу легко дійти пішки. Поблизу багато кафе, магазинів, аптек. Зручно добиратися у Леголенд. Зручно, що не потрібно реєструватися на рецепції, бо вхід за спец паролем, не потрібні ключі. На першому поверсі був холодильник з напоями для самообслуговування, оплата у скарбничку. Не було одноразових косметичних засобів, капців. Але була велика пляшка з шампунем майже використана і гель для душу, наче хазяї з дому принесли. Добре, що ми брали з собою своє. Через особливості будови перекриттів між поверхами ( стара будівля) дуже сильно було дуже чутно, як ходили сусіди на верхньому поверсі. Також на мій смак, хотілося б більш якісні подушки, бо у нас були якісь дивні синтепонові і щоб іноді протирали настільні лампи, бо там дуже багато пилу зібралося. Важливо, в будівлі немає ліфту, тож треба переконатися, чи зручно буде підійматися сходами, але сходи не дуже високі.

• PfiBig (7/5): Zentral am Stadtplatz mit vielen Gaststätten. - Leider kein Frühstück. Gutes Frühstück ne enan im Hirschen. Die tscheppernde Glastüre und Fensterchen im Bad sind Mumpitz.

• Elisa (7/5): - Bellissimo edificio storico ristrutturato in maniera eccellente. Arredato con gusto. Pulizia ineccepibile. Le luci nel vano notte non funzionavano. Contattando l’host tramite messaggistica in app, mi risponde che ne era a conoscenza dal precedente ospite e che purtroppo non era possibile riparare prima dell’indomani. Il giorno successivo il guasto non solo non è stato riparato, ma non ho ricevuto alcuna comunicazione a riguardo. Il silenzio assoluto. Assolutamente inaccettabile.
• Zorica (10/5): Klein, aber gemütlich und praktisch - Perfekt für eine Nacht! Sauberes, gemütliches Zimmer und hilfreiche Infos zu Parken, Frühstück und allem Wichtigen. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert – sehr zu empfehlen! Es wäre sehr angenehm, ein Begrüßungskaffee im Zimmer zu haben.

• Sabrina (10/5): Accogliente soggiorno nel cuore di Günzburg - Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti. La stanza che abbiamo scelto era molto accogliente e pulita. C'era anche un piccolo angolo "cucina" con un lavabo, un piccolo frigorifero e un bollitore. Bagno spazioso. Un'altra cosa positiva è che tutta la stanza era oscurata molto bene. La posizione è ottima: situato proprio nel centro di Günzburg, a circa 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione degli autobus/treni. Ci siamo spostati comodamente sia per raggiungere Legoland che per raggiungere Monaco. La porta del bagno era un pó troppo trasparente! 😅

Wir hatten das kleinste Zimmer nach vorne heraus erwischt und waren allerdings zum Guntiafest vor Ort, da war es leider sehr laut , auch bei geschlossenem Fenster zudem sehr warm...die anderen Zimmer wohl eher dann empfehlenswert..Positiv fanden wir die Snacks und Getränke die man erwerben konnte. Laut und warm, und die Matratzen waren beide rech durchgelegen

• Sabine (7/5): - Zentrale Lage, Nähe zum Legoland, süße Stadt, gutes Angebot an Restaurants in der Nähe Wir waren zum dritten Mal in der alten Ritterstube und die beiden Male davor hatten wir wesentlich schönere Zimmer zum selben Preis mit einer kleinen Küche und Kühlschrank. Das fehlte diesmal komplett, obwohl ich einen Zimmerwunsch bei Buchung geäußert hatte. Es fand außer Mülleimer leeren keine Säuberung statt, frische Handtücher erst auf Nachfrage - Schade, hat uns immer gut gefallen bei Euch!

Cleaning was so and so; too much dust… A tray for toothbrushes would be appreciated such as some trays inside the shower box. • Michal.dalog (4/5): nice, but short of some neccessary equipment, therefore not good money/value ratio. - Alte Ritterstube is possitioned very close to the old city centre, when you lucky, you can park 50meters to the accomodation There are no, better say zero possibility to store your clothes, the appartment has no wardrobe. As well, only water kettel for coffe or tee is available, but nothing else, as well no dining table.

Bit noisy since old building has no sound isolation, however you get old charm on other hand. Supreme location. Cleaning lady did great job with bathroom, very clean, however apt not fully cleaned - lot's of dust on nightstand and lamps beside bed (bulb fully covered with old dust). My child has alergies and had issues breathing due to dust, had to clean myself

• Gunn (10/5): Memorable - Loved the design, the fridge was very useful, the location was top tier, and it gave me cozy vibes. Sometimes when we had to keep the windows open for fresh air, the streets outside were noisy particularly the bells too. But you unfortunately have no control over that.

Not something we really didn't like, but the building is quite old, which definteily has its charm, but when people walk above, you can hear that quite a bit.

• Christo (10/5): Perfect - Very nice old building with a modern feel inside and nice wooden interior, having all the needed features. The location is in the perfect center of the city with very nice restaurant next door. There is a free parking a few streets down where you can leave your car.

However, I would like to stay upstairs in the future. The room temperature. It was freezing cold upon arrival and did not improve much over time. You need to preheat for arrival and then keep it at 21 degrees. It kept going down to 19.
