- Mak (8/5): Very good - Location is fantastic with lots of facilities n transport outside doorstep. Friendly staff n fair service because I think it's not hotel industry regulated but staff did what I expected. Only thing that travellers need to be aware was room keys are not given to travellers, this was not mentioned on web when I booked. Stayers inform conceige whenever they leave or return then staff will lock room doors each time....a bit strange to me but it works for me. Towels are bit aged but clean. No tea cups nor tea bags are supplied but a kettle is provided. My room had no windows pro is I woke up without sun glare, con is I didn't see daylight even it's sunny outside.

- Sandor (5/5): good location but broken facilities and very old style - Very good location, right next to North Point metro station. very busy area full of shops and restaurants. The room was very old and old style. The furniture is broken sometimes. very small windows looking at the neighbour's wall so very limited daylight. The electricity was broken sometimes and we had to ask the receptionist to turn on the fuse again to have electricity in the room. We didn't have a room key for some reason so we always had to ask someone at the reception to open the door for us, which was a bit uncomfortable. However, the reception was open 24/7.

- Jack (1/5): Bad - i think the bed and furnish in this hotel is more than 100 years old. it is not worth that much money absolutely. the rooms have no windows at all.
- Karen (4/5): Disappointing - Good location and not difficult to find. Stairs were very difficult to get luggage up. No windows in our room. I also got the impression that the room would be larger. We were not given keys to the room and someone would let us into the room each time we went out.

I booked for a single Queen bed, but was notified by the staff that only 2 twin beds are available. During check-in, the staff at first cannot find my booking records until I showed them a screenshot showing my booking confirmation.
