James (8/5): - The room I had was very comfortable and I got a very good night sleep here. Great shower, as well. They have a kitchen you can use to cook and a fridge to store food in. There is a shop just next door, conveniently. It's a very charming and beautiful area. The person checking me in, and the person running the property, don't speak English which made things a bit difficult but I can't hold that against them too much. It ended up being a bit difficult to get to where I wanted to go (Malyovitsa trail head - there are no buses there unless you book one) but you can get a bus back to Samakov and then a taxi. Without a car I wouldn't necessarily recommend staying in this area as the transport is a bit limited.

Anonymous (9/5): Great for big groups - The house has 4 floors (there are many stairs to the top floor) . The rooms are big and clean. There is a nice garden and a big dinning room. the washing machine was a great addition. There is a shop on the first floor which is useful when you need something. The Wi-Fi in the top floors isn’t working that well. Every room has an en-suite bathroom but some of them are really small.
