• schiefer (7/5): - Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer wunderschön renoviert, mit sehr viel Zirbenholz, guter Duft im Zimmer. Frühstücken mussten wir 200m ins Haupthotel gehen, nur wegen dem Umstand, haben eir Gutschein für die RaxSeilbahn erhalten. Duschwasser nicht heiß gewesen.

• Mónika (8/5): Jó választás, ha a Raxon szeretnél túrázni. - Kényelmes, tágas, tiszta szoba. Kedves, segítőkész személyzet. Önkiszolgáló “minibár” a földszinten. Kisebb, 15 szobás szállás, saját parkolóval. A Raxon túrázáshoz választottuk, néhány kilométerre vannak a parkolók, ahonnan a túraútvonalak indulnak. Furcsa a régi és a modern stílus keveredése. Hűtő és pohár nagyon hiányzott a szobából. Gyenge volt a víznyomás.

• Horst (7/5): Es war Toll - Die Lage und die Ruhe, wir waren auch zur Zeit die einzigen Gäste im Haus und haben es genossen. Frühstück war gut und die Bedienung sehr Freundlich. Das warme Wasser zum Duschen könnte um ein paar Grad mehr haben.
• Sabine (8/5): schöne Unterkunft für einen Kurzurlaub - schöne Zimmer, sehr ansprechendes Hotel Wir haben ein anderes Zimmer in einem anderen Hotel in der Nähe bekommen, da wir in diesem Haus sonst alleine gewesen wären, es war ein Upgrade, aber ich bekomme lieber gerne das was ich mir aussuche.
• Martin (7/5): Sehr gute Organisation, nettes Personal und komfortables Zimmer. - Frühstück war gut. Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Der Verkehrslärm. Die Strasse zum Preiner Gscheid ist in der Früh sehr stark befahren, auch von vielen lauten Motorrädern. Ein hofseitiges Zimmer ist sicher ruhiger.

• Cecilia (6/5): - Location, room, comfort. Breakfast too basic, mainly the last day of the staying: I understand that probably we were the only guests that morning but I'd appreciate more care from your side, taking into consideration the quality-price ratio per night.
• Štefan (8/5): - Very kind and friendly staff, especially the lady at the reception who was extremely helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was good, and there was parking available. The room was very clean, and a big advantage is that dogs are allowed. We really enjoyed our stay. Overall, the stay was pleasant, however I think it might be time to renovate the showers (little old), as there was a slight issue with the hot water. The radiator was heating very strongly and could not be regulated or turned off, so we had to keep the window slightly open. Judging by the drafts, it seemed that other rooms were dealing with this in the same way. It would also be nicer to have glass glasses in the rooms instead of plastic ones.

Nagyon szimpatikus volt, hogy mindenki kedves volt, segítőkész és ha valamit nem értettünk egyből elmagyarázták és segítettek. Nagyon esett a hó, hátsó kerekes kocsival voltunk, de ez szerintem nem a helyszín problémája hahaha ☺️

• Franz (9/5): Super Unterkunft im Herbst - Nette, ruhige Lage in der Nähe der Rax-Seilbahn. Ausgezeichnetes Essen und Frühstück. Der Geruch der Zirbenvertäfelung im Zimmer ist wirklich beeindruckend und beruhigend!

• Susanne (8/5): - Wir hatten ein Upgrade auf das Haupthotel 'Raxalpenhof' mit größeren Zimmern, daher können wir das ursprünglich gebuchte Nebenhotel 'Kaiserhof' nicht bewerten. Leider war das Zimmer direkt über dem Restaurant-Eingang (Raucher). Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

• Dora (10/5): Very kind staff, beautiful room, delicious breakfast, amazing scenery, just a perfect location for a weekend in the Aust - We got last minute upgraded by the owners of Raxalpenhof, so we spent our weekend in the end there. Based on the reviews and photos of Kaiserhof, I’m sure we have liked it there too, and our stay at Raxalpenhof was exceptional as well. Very kind staff, beautiful room, delicious breakfast, amazing scenery, just a perfect location for a weekend in the Austrian Alps.

• József (10/5): Kaiserhof - excellent place for a weekend getaway, the restaurant nearby (owned by the hotel) is TOP - The room in Kaiserhof was amazing, it had a wooden interior and you could smell the pine as you antered the room, it was very relaxing. The heating was, nice, we had a cute balcony where we could cool our drinks :) Bathroom was right size, and there was a separate toilet. The breakfast was fabulous, and it was served withing Kaiserhof so you do not need to walk to the hotel. They had ski boots heater and ski storage in Kaiserhof so they welcome skiers too - as we were also one of them. The hotel in a 3-5 minutes walk has a wellness area for which we could pay 14 eur to use for a whole day, it is extremely well equipped, I suggest ot to everyone who loves wellness. We had dinner in the hotel - you just need to reserve a table, they have plenty - it was amaying, I recommend trying the local specialties, especially if you like game / wild meats

Access to the spa facilites was a great bonus! Somewhat complicated to get to without a car but possible! Call the hotel beforehand to get instructions

• Viola (7/5): It's ok for just one day, beacuse you could'nt take a bath - The accomodation was in a really quiet village, so you can relax there. There are a lot of hiking trails around it. The room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast was healthy and copious. Our dog was also welcome. :) There was no Wifi signal at all. For us the biggest problem was, that there was'nt warm water. We hiked all day in cold weather, so we just wanted to take bath, but we could'nt. The water was really cold. (We tried to release the water long time, but it doesnt worked.)

• Attila (9/5): We shall certainly come back either to Kaiserhof or Raxalpenhof. - Contrary to some other hotels the room is really like what you can see on the picture, big, cozy, comfortable and very clean! Very relaxing place, close to the mountains where we hiked. The hotel belongs to the Raxalpenhof Hotel where there is an excellent restaurant with very high quality dishes from wild animals (deer, roe, chamois, boar) and fishes. No negative feeling at all.

• Ilona (7/5): Good - Rooms are super cosy and well equipped,very clean. Breakfast is varied, really filling. Nice view from the room. Friendly staff. And there are boots Dryers for skiers too. The place is very silent. We got the smallest room, there was not enough space to properly open the bathroom door. The heating couldn't be set so it was like 30degrees,we slept with windows open still boiling. My mobile didn't get wifi signal, and no hot water only after 15minutes !running water.
