• Nemanja (10/5): Fantastično! - Dopalo nam se to što je smeštaj funkcionalan, čist, jeftin, kreveti su udobni i vodi se računa i o svakoj sitnici. Vlasnik je takođe izuzetno fin i kulturan čovek i komunikacija je bila brza i laka. Svima od srca preporučujemo da koriste baš ovaj smeštaj, a vlasniku se zahvaljujemo na svemu. 😊 Apsolutno nemamo nijednu zamerku.

• Ivan (10/5): - Mirna i tiha lokacija, a u gradu ste za 30 min hoda. 7 do 8 min vožnje do centra.

• Mika (6/5): - Host’s son was very flexible, kind and understanding. Hot water is extremely limited. Hair dryer is very weak, takes forever to dry. Host seemed nice but turned out to be pretty aggressive and biased. He wasn’t very understanding of the tourist’s circumstances.
• Asia (10/5): bello - carina, molto pulita, il proprietario é molto gentile e la struttura mette a disposizione tutto quello che serve per cucinare. Si trova in cima ad una salita però ha una bella vista. Il castello si raggiunge in 10 minuti a piedi.

• Guest (10/5): Preporučujem, sve za čistu desetku. - Odličan smještaj. Odlični i susretljivi domaćini. Cijena veoma povoljna. Sve za čistu desetku.
• Sambor (10/5): Idealny noclego na krotki pobyt w Banja Luce. - Na pewno mocną stroną tego miejsca jest stosunek jakości do ceny. Łóżko jest bardzo wygodne i kanapa też. Gospodarz jest bardzo miły i jest gdzie zaparkować. Nie jest to jakiś minus tego noclegu, bo uważam, że na jedną noc jest idealny, ale warto wspomnieć: telewizor posiadał tylko kilkanaście prostych kanałów. Kuchnia jest nieźle wyposażona, ale przydałaby się jakaś mała porcja kawy i herbaty. W łazience trochę czuć zapachy z odpływu.

• Zychal-Szwanenfeld (10/5): - Bardzo blisko centrum. W bardzo atrakcyjnej cenie przestronny apartament z wyposażonym aneksem kuchennym, dużym balkonem, łazienka. Sympatyczny i pomocny właściciel. Wybrałabym to miejsce ponownie.

• Edīte (10/5): - Ļoti jauka nakstsmītne. Mums ļoti patika. Jauks saimnieks, ieradāmies vēlu pa nakti, bet tā nebija problēma, saimnieks mūs sagaidīja un ierādīja vietu automašīnai. Mums viss patika.
• Guest (10/5): Gostoljubje,dobra lokacija, lepo urejen apartma. - Izjemno prijazni gostitelji. Naš prihod je bil pozno zvečer pa so nas gostoljubno pričakali in zaželeli dobrodošlico. Lokacija blizu mesta ( 10 min z avtom od centra).

• Nenad (4/5): This time dissapointed - We stayed at the same appartment for the second time. The owners were very nice. The part of the city is very quiet. It was cleaned. The beds were more than unconfortable. On one bed, the mattress has completely collapsed so that you can feel the boards when you lie down on it. I realy couldn't sleep well, woke up very tired. We get the same appartment with the two grown children as the one before we came with only one child. Because lack of parking place other guests woke me up to remove my car.so they can park out their motorcycles.

It's quite, but you are in town centrum in 5 minutes. Extra bonus for bikers. Property have garage and it's absolutely safe. Your bike covered. Biker friendly!

Not too far away from the town centre. On the hill so you need either to be quite fit or use a vehicle! Also the WiFi was not working too well.

There was coffee, so that was nice. The wifi was unfortunatelly very weak in the room and could be caught only in the toilet and like 2 specific spots in the kitchen.

The owner family is very caring and helpful. We had an issue with a car and this family did everything they could to help us, it was very nice of them. Thanks again.

• Max (9/5): Very nice - The apartment is central and a shopping opportunity is very close. The landlord was super friendly and helpful although we do not speak the same language. The Bathroom occasionally smelled like sewage.
• Pm111 (9/5): Excellent place to stay in Banja Luka with 4 people - The location is close to city center. It is a little difficult to find, we asked the local people after reaching the address. It is on a hill top so best views of the city and a very peaceful residential area. The room has all facilities like pillows, blankets, shampoo, dryer, towels, coffee, drinkable water from tap. Owner is a very nice person and lives just below the room. We loved it. Everything was good. There was a bee which came in the room at night and we had to remove it out.
