Sebastian (10/5): Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt bei einem Vermieter, der seine Heimatliebe an die Gäste weitergibt. - Die von uns genutzte Wohnung wurde erst kürzlich umgebaut und war dementsprechend modern und neu eingerichtet. Für 2 Personen war die Wohnung mehr als ausreichend groß dimensioniert. Die Küche war mit allen notwendigen Utensilien (Kaffemaschine, Toaster, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Backofen, Herd, Spülmaschine usw.) ausgestattet. Wir konnten beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon den Blick auf Zugspitze und die Sonnenspitze genießen. Die Wohnung war sehr, sehr sauber, sodass meine Frau gerne nach den verwendeten Reinigungsmitteln gefragt hätte :-). Die Unterkunft liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten vom Zentrum entfernt, in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zwei Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Die Talstation der Bergbahn ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, der Fahrradweg nach Ehrwald geht in 300 m Entfernung am Haus vorbei, für Fahrräder gibt es eine verschließbare Unterstellmöglichkeit vor Ort, für jede Wohnung steht ein PKW-Stellplatz zur Verfügung. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut per Email oder Handy funktioniert. In mehreren persönlichen Gesprächen hat er uns zahlreiche Ausflugtipps und Empfehlungen (Wandern, Fahrradfahren usw.) gegeben, die uns nicht enttäuscht haben. In seinen Erzählungen merkt man seine Verbundenheit und Liebe zu seiner Heimat Lermoos und dies gibt er auch an seine Gäste weiter. Von unserer Seite aus gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

We regret not booking longer, 4 days was no where near enough to explore all there is to do on your doorstep - hikes, climbs, swimming in clear lakes, exploring ancient castles, standing on a glacier, etc. The property was clean and spacious with everything we needed. The owner couldn’t have been more helpful with all his suggestions and fantastic local knowledge.
