• Hemisha (8/5): Beautiful living space, but hard to get inside. - The Guest House itself was beautiful. It was like staying in an apartment with a simple bedroom, a gorgeous clean bathroom and communal space that was often empty, including the balcony. The spaces were beautifully decorated with Buddah statues, flowers and scented candles, creating this fresh, feminine ambience. I didn't like how it was difficult to get into the Guest House. The instructions in the email were vague and after asking two different people for help, I finally got help from a young man who showed me the Guest House on the first floor, and gave me Esther's number. After struggling to get inside, an Australian couple appeared and had the keys to open the door.

Abbiamo sofferto un pó la mancanza totale di contatto umano, pur apprezzando la politica dell' "arrangiati come puoi " - che è sempre un buon insegnamento per un viaggiatore. Personale disponibile online ma assente fisicamente. Consiglierei di anticipare l'orario di presenza del personale (che pare attaccare alle 10), anche per trovare i bagni puliti la mattina presto. Appartamento bellissimo, arredo raffinato, ma scarsa attenzione alla pulizia.
• Andrea (6/5): Para dos o tres noches como máximo - Lo mejor es la ubicación y el personal. La chica muy atenta, nos ayudó en todo. La relación calidad precio deja mucho que desear. Es una habitación antigua, con una ventana pequeña y apenas luz. Las toallas y las sábanas no las cambian y por la noche se escucha todo.

• Gregg (8/5): Beautiful apartment, bring earplugs - The location is great, our room with balcony was beautiful, the coffee was good. Check-in was difficult because we couldn't get into the building. The apartment has no soundproofing, so you can hear everything everyone says. The room overlooks a main thoroughfare, so there are trucks, busses and motorcycles going by all night. Good earplugs are a must! I bought some at the Rossmans downstairs.
• Giulia (1/5): Una scelta che non consiglio e non ripeterei pure essendo di poche pretese e molto facilmente adattabile! Ambienti cond - La sala centrale, ben arredata ma del tutto inutile, arredata per bellezza, di fronte a una stanza da letto e nel bel mezzo di un corridoio. Disposizione degli ambienti poco congeniale, tutto sviluppato su un unico corridoio: ingresso, camere e bagni (3) attaccati tra loro, porte e chiusure molto rumorosi, maniglie penzolanti praticamente rotte, ambienti sporchi (la camera già dal primo giorno con il pavimento sporco con capelli e polvere, rifiuti lasciati da altre persone e locali tenuti con trascuratezza e poco igiene (bagni pieni di calcare, capelli, polvere e sporco di lungo tempo, anche nel frigorifero tanto sporco e insetti morti al suo interno).

Room is small but it has everything I needed. There are 2.5 bathroom and they are enough for all visitors, at least I didn't need to wait. Bathroom wa clean too Bedding and the room were clean. My flight was late at night. The manager was super nice that he/she let me store my bags for free in the room until 8 or 9pm of the day I checked out. The manager was very responsive. The door of my room is hard to open or lock. It would be nice to provide shampoo in the shower... It Just has the body wash now...

Det hadde skjedd en feil i bookingen, så så jeg hadde ikke nødvendig info tilgjengelig for å avbestille hotellet selv om jeg ba om det flere ganger. Dette kan ha vært et problem hos Booking.com og ikke hotellet. Jeg kontaktet dem både på spansk og norsk. Fikk et svar på mail uten svar på det jeg lurte på, ingen svar på tlf. Fikk til slutt en mld på whatsApp for å komme inn. Skittent på badet, dårlig vasket. Ingen lufting, veldig lytt. Ingen ann på "kjøkkenet". Ikke rent på balkongen, så det var utrilvelig å sitte der.

• Nathalie (2/5): nicht gut - Lage Das Bett war eine absolute Katastrophe – die Sprungfedern waren durch die Matratze deutlich spürbar. Da eine Person mit Rheuma dabei war, hat dies zu erheblichen Beschwerden geführt. Wir baten daher um eine zusätzliche Decke, um diese unterzulegen und die Situation etwas erträglicher zu machen, doch auch hier wurde uns nicht entgegengekommen. Zudem erhielten wir trotz zwei Personen nur einen Schlüssel, was den Aufenthalt unnötig kompliziert machte. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, und das Personal wirkte unfreundlich. Obwohl niemand vor Ort war, wurden wir per Nachricht in einem unangemessenen Ton darauf hingewiesen, wir sollten beim nächsten Mal doch ein 5-Sterne-Hotel buchen. Ein gewisser Standard sollte jedoch auch hier selbstverständlich sein. Das Bett war instabil und wackelte (nur vier dünne Beine), und die Steckdosen waren teilweise beschädigt bzw. fielen auseinander (Plastikverkleidung).

Até o último dia não obtive sucesso. O colchão da cama é super desconfortável. As paredes, que não são de alvenaria e sim madeiras, não abafa o barulho que vem da casa. O banheiro não tem uma proteção entre o espaço do chuveiro e fora. Ao tomar banho o WC fica todo encharcado o tapete fica molhado e fica sujo. O prédio tem tem um elevador a semanas. Falei com um morador do prédio e disse que está parado a meses

• Diarmuid (6/5): Expected more for the price - Good location. Beautiful apartment if you are spending a lot of time there. Too much noise. Thankfully i had wax earbuds but still. The room wasn't cheap-maybe invest in modernising the doors so they make less noise. Also sometimes the electricity in my room took time to go on. Cheapskate ways not cool. The duvet was very light-it's kinda chilly in the morning in early April.

Nei 5 giorni in cui abbiamo alloggiato qua credo che il bagno sia stato pulito massimo due volte ed essendo condiviso con 5/6 camere era facile che si sporcasse. Sarebbe utile avere anche delle posate in più a disposizione, non solo una per camera.

• Daňková (7/5): I would come back :) - I have to say that for the price in the moment(it was the cheapest in the centre) was this accommodation good… the location, close to the bus (literally in front of the building), train even a metro station…. Historical buildings… from this spot you can walk Barcelona in one day because it’s really good located. The bedroom had everything it needed, comfortable bed, really much space for clothes or just put there something :) the sharing space was okey, bathroom was mostly clean, there is one just for woman, just for man and one toilet. Kitchen was also fine, there was kettle and coffee machine, cups… The owner was really kind, you’ll get very clear information and they are answering very quickly. If you need anything they will help you. For example we asked for one more blanket and they got it for us literally next morning :) There was a noise from a street, when rooms are full and there are more guests the bathroom isn’t enough for that many people, in the kitchen I would appreciate a milk but this isn’t anything I would need that much

• García Muñiz (1/5): Hotel Pésimo - Lo único que tenía buena era la ubicación. Estubimos 4 noches, sólo vimos a alguién del hotel 1 día para cobrarnos impuestos. La habitación estaba sucia. En los 4 días sólo nos dejaron 1 toalla grande y 1 pequeña para cada una. Eramos 2. No pasaron ni un sólo día a vaciar papelera, ni hacer camas, ni dejar toallas ni nada. Los azulejos del baño compartido todos sucios y llenos de humedad. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

• Eliana Naomi (10/5): - El apartamento está ubicado en pleno centro de la ciudad, en una zona muy bien situada. Se encuentra cerca de la Sagrada Familia. Hay muchos cafés, supermercados, restaurantes y bares en los alrededores. Está muy limpio. Limpian todos los días y friegan el suelo a diario. La atmósfera es muy acogedora. Las habitaciones son grandes y espaciosas. Nos gustó todo muchísimo. Además, el precio es muy razonable. Lo recomendamos.

Il bagno era in comune con la doccia e ce ne era un altro con solo il water, quindi top. A disposizione frigorifero, caffè e microonde. La posizione sicuramente eccezionale a due passi da metro e fernata bus Camere non insonorizzate. Mancanza di posate a disposizione per tutti. Il bagno delle donne era ammuffito... si può migliorare

• Jovanovska (6/5): Not my favourite, but it was convenient - It was close to the center. even though the bathroom was shared, it was really clean and pleasant. Our room had a shared balcony with the hall so I felt a little bit unsafe, the room was old and it had a queen and twin sized bed. the twin sized bed looked like a hospital bed so all 3 of us slept on the queen sized bed. The sheets were only changed once in the 6 days and i do not know if it was the material but the bedding was itchy and I had a rash on my face which cleared up later
• Zdeňka (4/5): Barcelona ano, ubytovani vsak na jiné adrese. - Realitě odpovídá jídelna. Nevím, zda-li je vůbec používaná. Najíst se zde moc nedá, nejsou dostupné talíře, příbory, hrníček či sklenice. Byly/nebyly papírové kelímky. Realita a fotografie pokoje jsou zcela odlišné. Pokoj E je vedle pánského zachodu, spláchnutí je slyšet. Komunikace s pronajímatelem byla složitá, popis jak vstoupit do domu byl zcela nepoužitelný. Bydleli jsme na 3 místech a různě, máme slušné srovnání možností.

• Lozupone (4/5): - La ubicación esta bien El lugar indica que tiene cocina (no tiene) comedor (no hay cubiertos de ningun tipo , ni siquiera vasos) cuando se los comenté me dijeron que yo estaba equivocado y claramente en la descripción ponen cocina y comedor (la persona que atiende por escrito tiene 0 amabilidad y ganas de resolverlo) solo te trata de mentiroso. El wifi es bastante deficiente si tenes que trabajar , se corta varias veces al dia y según el lugar donde estés funciona mal, una de las cámas estaba reparada y se movía para todos lados, lo que ofrecen esta por debajo del valor

• Dina (6/5): Stay very deendent on other guests. - Very great location and owner seemed very nice. Your stay is very dependent on the people you stay with and share the apartment with. Unfortunately we were unlucky the first two days with a very loud couple next door, we would wake up very early due to their loud voices and they would keep the bathroom very unclean, even though the apartment offer cleaning every day. The day they moved out, our stay automatically became much nicer and cleaner.
