• Frank (1/5): Hast du keinen Schlüssel, guckst du nur... - Leider kann ich wenig zur Unterkunft erzählen, denn ich habe sie ja nur von außen gesehen, bzw. die Eingangstür mit dem Schlüsselkasten. Nachdem man einen Tag zuvor noch die Übersendung des Codes für diesen Schlüsselkasten avisiert hatte, hörte ich anschließend nichts mehr und auch telefonisch war niemand zu erreichen. So stand ich da ohne Unterkunft und konnte aber mit Unterstützung von booking.com kurzfristig etwas anderes buchen. So eine Sauerei habe ich bis dato nicht erlebt.

• Sarah (6/5): Nicht optimal für einen Familienurlaub ... - Die Region ist ein Traum. Wir würden jederzeit wieder nach Ettlingen reisen. Bei Ankunft war das Bad nicht sauber. Zudem hat es in den Küchenschränken unangenehm gerochen. Wir haben das Schlafzimmer direkt zur Straße und die Lautstärke des Verkehrs ist enorm, als würde man direkt an der Straße stehen. Zudem war scheinbar jemand (Vermieter) in unserer Abwesenheit in der Wohnung, ohne Ankündigung. Das finde ich schon ein starkes Stück ...

• Nicole (3/5): - Das Personal hat sich bemüht fehlende Dinge wie zum Beispiel (Bettwäsche oder Schlüssel) zu organisieren. Man musste extrem lange warten, das man ein Schlüssel bekam bei dem Check-In, (meist waren sie nicht im Schlüsselkasten vorhanden) sodass man 2 bis 3 Stunden warten musste, nach einer langen Reise sich erholen zu können! Als man im Zimmer kam war vieles verstaubt und Dreck lag unter den Betten und Schränken! Zudem wurde unser Essen was wir gekocht hatten einfach in den Müll entsorgt obwohl wir davon noch essen wollten. Genauso wie trinken von der Reinigungskraft. Sowas ist unter aller Würde. Wäre es einmal passiert, könnte man ein Auge zudrucken, aber wir mussten genau das gleiche zweimal durchmachen. .

Leider wurden wir kurzfristig auf ein anderes Zimmer umgebucht, aber das Bett etc war nur für 1 Person gerichtet....haben uns dann nach Anruf beim Vermieter sozusagen das Bett selbst gerichtet, allerdings würde uns zugesagt, dass am anderen Tag eine Bettdecke vom Reinigungspersonal gebracht wird....was nicht geschah und im geneinschaftsbad war auch nicht gereinigt! Man sagte mir eine kostenrückerstattung zu,habe aber leider bis heute keine Gutschriftsanz3ige erhalten, trotz mehrmaligem Nachfragen!?

• Mark (5/5): - Ich habe rechtzeitig vor der Reise gefragt ob mein 12 jähriger Sohn mit in dem Zimmer übernachten kann. Das sollte ich vor Ort nach bezahlen aber es war nie einer vom Personal da und das zweite Bett nicht vorbereitet und auch keine Handtücher. Also haben wir ein anderes Handtuch gekauft und eine Decke aus dem Auto genommen. Im Nachhinein also als wir wieder zuhause waren kam aber eine Rechnung für meinen Sohn, die nach zu zahlen ist! Ausserdem waren viel Tierhaare in der Wohnung die nachher an unseren Sachen hingen. Die Unterkunft liegt an einer stark befahrenen Straße, was das lüften in der Nacht sehr mühsam macht. Aber das Haus heizt sich tagsüber sehr stark auf obwohl es zum Teil Rollläden gibt, die wir auch nutzten. Man kann aber sehr Kostengünstig übernachten wenn man vielleicht nicht gerade Urlaub macht und nicht groß Ansprüche stellt!
• Norbert (8/5): - Hatte ein Doppelzimmer gebucht und ein Zweibettzimmer bekommen, von denen nur ein Bett bezogen war. Das andere musste ich mir Dank der freundlichen Dame am Telefon selbst zusammen suchen und beziehen. Die Küche war sehr großzügig und mit allem eingerichtet, was man braucht.

• Markus (7/5): Spacious studio with a nice bathroom - Location is well reachable with an excellent Aldi grocery, a McDonalds and gas station nearby. We rented the studio which is a spacious room with an open kitchen and a nice and large bathroom. Ettlingen is expensive, thus good value for money. The property is right in front of a noisy and busy road with heavy traffic. The entrance of the Guesthouse was dirty. It gives a poor and badly maintained impression when entering the place. Checkout is too early at 9:30am

Would definitely be coming back. Main road can be noisy at times but the road does not disturb sleep. The key thingy is complicated. Didn't know where to deposit key when I left.
