- Martina (4/5): NIKDY VÍCE - Toto místo těží z lokality-přímo na stadionu v Bedřichově. Pokoje i sociální zázemí bylo čisté- k tomu žádná výtka Naprosto nevhodné chování personálu, nelidský a neklientský přístup. Personál se k nám choval jako ke zlodějům. Přijeli jsme v pátek v 8 večer s 2 malými dětmi a paní nás nechtěla pustit na pokoj dokud nedoplatíme zbytek sumy. celková částka za 2 noci činila 6.700Kč (záloha byla zaplacena ve výši 3000Kč). To ještě dokážu pochopit. Ale byli jsme hosty na 2 dny a při odjezdu-check out jsme se slušně zeptali, zda-li je možné nechat auto ještě chvíli zaparkované (do oběda), že se půjdeme ještě s dětmi projít. nekompromisně nám bylo řečeno, že poplatek je 200Kč! Parkoviště prázdné. Způsob se kterým s námi jednali byl opravdu nevhodný, jednali s námi jako se zloději, co chtějí odjet bez zaplacení. Časy snídaně podivné (so- 7-9hod, ne 8:30-9:30). Na pokoji nefungovala zásuvka. Pokoje bez sociálního zařízení. Celkově hodnotím poměr cena-výkon za extrémně drahé ubytování s příšerným přístupem personálu.
